KFC

I don’t eat out often but when i do I would like a franchise to get the formulaic (KFC) experience right, man!!! I would think it’s not that hard but apparently it is because either they don’t have what I want, or send me to wait (seemingly forgetting about me), or don’t know how to put a fukking lid on gravy causing it to spill all over everything I’ve purchased.
I guess I should be glad I’m not ruining my arteries anymore because I’m not going back.
I would like to say one positive though… the restaurant seems cleaner. Especially the drive thru window.

KFC in riverbank needs major improvement got dinner last nite and it was disgusting ! The chicken was old and greasy, the mash potatoes were fine but the gravy was terrible ! A big old clump in the container, nothing pourable about it, the biscuits hard, rock hard, no butter no honey and overall 100% not satisfied. They need to fix this location ASAP

Horrible 20 minutes and still don’t have my food. When I received it I had to send it back because it wasn’t correct. Then they went even slower.

Unhappy to find that this KFC just raised their prices but also eliminated the Senior Discount. Ok well, I will take my business across the street to El Pollo Loco where a Senior Discount is still given. Not a good PR move I would think especially as they just raised their prices.

The worst ever! I’m not a big KFC fan but went thru drive thru 2 weeks ago for kids meal for daughter. Chicken strips would be 10 minute wait… ok I’ll just get chicken littles, that needs chicken strips 10 minute wait… hmm. Ok, I’ll just take the bowl, guess what’s in that… yep 10 minute wait! Ok why not have some ready???
Today is Wednesday, seen commercial pot pies r $ 3.99 and my son wanted one. go thru drive thru. He says there will be a 25 – 30 min wait is that ok??? Umm no. It’s a drive thru. And there are like 2 customers. DONE with this place!

If I could give a big 0 I would ! My husband came from the Bay ordered 6 Biscuits. Biscuits. I had fried chicken all ready not that fast food crap. We sat down for dinner open box to butter are biscuits and there’s chicken strips. 6 chicken strips. Wtf. How do get a order for biscuits wrong. Are you stupid. So we are hell far from them. I talk to manager and she said well I can give u biscuits tomorrow if u don’t feel like coming back. What the hell would I want biscuits tomorrow for. I told her my husband will be back for them she said ok offered no refund for the inconvenience. Never Will I Go To THEm Again !

Expensive and their credit cards wipers didn’t work so it was cash only… didn’t have any cash. Screw this place

Completely appalled by the integrity of their workers. My last 3 visits have been disappointing and not cheap! ! I can honestly say this is the Worst KFC I’ve ever been too, and I will not be returning, EVER!!!

This location puts all other fast food places to shame. They have the best guest service ever. There’s always someone at the counter in position to take your order right when you walk through the door. You get your order lightning fast. They even bring your order out to you if you’re sitting down. It just doesn’t get any easier than that!

Okay, here’s a story for you!
Tonight, my wife goes to this KFC to get dinner for us. The bill comes out to $ 29.03, so my wife gives the Server 5 $ 1 bills along with her debit card and asks the Server to apply the $ 5 to the bill and then charge the balance, $ 24.03, to the card. What does the Server do? She charges the full $ 29.03 to the card and keeps the $ 5! My wife only discovered this «error» later tonight when she decided to enter the transaction in Quicken and then check the Bank Statement. My wife knew she had enough to cover $ 24.03, not $ 29.03, which is why she gave the Server the $ 5 cash to apply to the bill in the first place. My wife then goes out to the car to find the receipt and only finds the receipt generated by the POS system. No debit card receipt! The receipt from the POS shows that $ 34.03 was tendered and that $ 5 was given in change, but $ 5 never was given in change! The end result is that this might cost us not only $ 5 more for the meal, but a $ 25 overdraft charge if my wife can’t get to the credit union in time to cover the $ 1.99 negative balance.
The Lesson: Check your receipts at the Drive Thru! Even if cars are lined up behind you…
The Assistant Manager checked the Till when my wife called her and said that she cannot find the extra $ 5. In fact, she stated that her Till is less than it should be! And get this, the Assistant Manager could not find the Debit Card receipt either!
My wife will follow up with the Manager tomorrow. Hopefully, the manager will realize what happened and make this right and HOPEFULLY we won’t get dinged for $ 25 by the credit union!

I love this place. The food is always hot and the service is world class. It’s clean, the mood is great. Would have given them 5 stars but the grill is broken. Sorry. But still kicks butt on long john silvers.

Worst KFC that I’ve been to. I wanted to try the new 10 piece original bites and I got 7. How hard is it to count to 10? And it wasn’t even busy.

Under new ownership and it is now clean and manned by attentive, courteous staff.

I think this location is on a strong rebound.

One of the better KFCs that I’ve been to in a long time.
Quick service. Polite staff. Hot fresh food.
No complaints!

My neighbor, my hubby, and I had KFC and man the chicken was so hot and so was the mashed potatoes, that I had to have my biscuit first. Nothing like a hot meal.
I am probably going to be eating here more often because of the grilled chicken, it’s very yummy. Not much of a fried chicken lover, so didn’t eat here but maybe once a year. Thanks for adding the grilled chicken KFC!
