I hate to admin it, but I eat here at least once a week. The restaurant itself isn’t much to look at, but their food more than makes up for it. I consider this place a guilty pleasure

The lady on the phone was hard to communicate with but I let that slide. It’s America and you can speak any language you want. However the delivery person«didn’t have change» when they knew I was Paying cash! No Bueno. Never ordering here. I could have saved 10 bucks driving a couple miles…

Service is always consistent here. Food is great every time I come in. I usually order the Mongolian Beef and Chicken Fried Rice. It can get busy depending what time you go but that’s normal for a place people like to eat good Chinese food. They also deliver which is great. 5* experience so far and I’ve been coming here for over 3yrs.

Oh my goodness, this place I feel deprived, thinking how many years I’ve missed out on because I didn’t know about this diamond in the rough, the food is so delicious I could eat it everyday for quite some time, and not feel like im missing out on something better, def, my favorite Asian, oriental, Chinese Restaurant, used to be sun sun on L St. and Maze Blvd. it’s now a place of business expansion for ceramic home and yard décor, you just must eat establishment, the other was Yummy’s/Bob’s burgers it was on 10th street between I and J St East side of the street couple doors down from subway, gone!!! Anyways this place makes up for those lost !!!

The worst Chinese food I have ever tasted. The noodles are discolored and tasteless. The rice is just the same. Wontons have barely any filling IN them. Pot stickers are disgusting and taste like frozen ones. This stuff makes me sad. Take pride in your culture and do your best at making its food. They have«fresh» fruit smoothies. The only thing that looks okay, have yet to try them though. This establishment constantly has riff raff hanging out outside all the time because it’s right next to a smoke shop. Unpleasant. The lady who works the front is nice. That’s about it on the positive side.

Not so impressed. It is a hole in the wall place. The food is bland hut was fresh. It was cooked by real Chinese folks, but they really didn’t cook it traditional, but rather for the Americans. The price was fair for the am out of food.

Food is only ok, however the delivery is abysmal. Twice I have ordered and deliver took over an HOUR more than the quoted wait time. I called to get a status and was given excuses with a new delivery time, only to still be waiting. I gave the restaurant a second chance and that is two chances too many.

Restaurant is mom and pop. Located in a crammed strip mall. Staff was ok and we were okay to sit anywhere. Order and check was taken. Ordered a lunch combination. Combo came with usual fair egg rolls noodle or rice. The ordered chicken dish came with rice and noodles. Nothing great or bad. The side accompaniments were nothing stellar either. Plenty of food to have left overs. Bill settlement was settled without much delay from the staff. Friendly was the staff though. Good: friendly quick staff. Bad: nothing spectacular. It was okay.

So good. i would eat here every day if i could. yes it looks like a hole in the wall but who cares? the peole are nice its delicious and i want more just thinking of it writing this now. I order a meal to go usally garlic chicken, orange chicken and half rice half chowmein. sometimes i get sweet n sour chicken.(i really like chicken) if you havnet noticed already. So basically try their food you wont regret it. you get tripple the ammount of food that panda servers for a compairable price. parking does suck lot is tiny but is a small factor in this. just becareful backing up due to parking lot and how close spaces are.

WOW! I was driving by and I saw this place I decided to stop in. I’m really glad I did. This place doesn’t look like much on the inside. I decided to get the spicy chicken with chow mein & rice. Holy Shit! It was great. It was a hole in the wall place with great food.

I called from my hotel, the Best Western in Modesto, they didn’t know where it was and basically talked me out of ordering from them. I really tried to order from them but couldn’t do it. They basically refused our business. They must be very very successful to be able to simply turn customers away.

It was just okay… grabbed lunch today for me and coworkers. I don’t recommend the Chinese Chicken Salad. Too plain and watery and it tasted like they used fat meat chicken. I was thinking too much of my food,(stereotypical thoughts) like what kind of meat is this, is it really chicken… LOL, I came to the conclusion of I’m thinking waay too much and just trashed it. But my coworkers loved their Chow mein and Rice combo dishes. Ill go again, just won’t be getting Chinese Chicken Salad.

Best place for Chinese hands down! It’s a little mom & pop shop– but they say the holes in the wall places are always the best and that is so true when it comes to fat wongs. We’ve been coming here since I was a kid, it’s always been our family’s Chinese place. Love it. The service is always great, their food is AMAZING! I recommend their wonton soup, it’s the best that you’ll find in this area, that’s for sure. I love everything they have here. It’s cheap too! So you really can’t beat it.

Been going to the wongs since the 90’s. They cater to the working community near them in the warehouses and also the local people that live there. Can’t best a combo plate for 5.99 I get the no.17 garlic chicken. The cream cheese won tons are amazing. Sometimes their stuff is pre made to compensate for rushes but the best is when they make it fresh and it’s the best as anyone around. If your in the east modesto area must give them a try, it won’t hurt your wallet.

Ordered quart of seafood chow mein, orange chicken, and fried rice. Also potstickers. Unfortunately my boyfriend and I were not fans of the sauce with the orange chicken. I’m used to chow mein having noodles but unfortunately mine was noodle-less. But potstickers were delicious. Total came out to $ 28 with what we ordered.
