@nd time that I have had awful service at the Foot locker and will not return. Employee seemed much more interested in greeting and talking with new customers rather than sizing my daughters feet and finding shoes for us. We were there at the opening of the store on Sunday and were so disgusted by the employees lack of service and their outright rudeness… we will never return.

This foot locker is not all that big and its not in a mall. Their collection is pretty decent but they dont really have want we want and or are interested in. I, E Jordan collection. With them being a small store they really dont get much Jordan releases. We will stop by now and then just to see what they have and if they had any new shipments. But most of the time its all the same shoes. Id probably stop by if I need workout shoes.
Overall the customer service is pretty good, they know their shoes and if someone walks in looking for a particular shoe they will know right away if they have it or not. To save time for the customers to be wondering around the store looking.
