I was a loyal customer for 5 years. They cleaned my comforter for $ 10.50 for all those years. All of a sudden the rude owner increased the prices and told me my comforter would cost $ 15.00 to clean. I spoke to him, indicating I had been a customer for years, and he still said the prices are increased and he can’t afford to wash for that price anymore. I gave in and paid the $ 15.00. Fast forward 1 month. I just walked in and he told me price increased again to $ 19.50. I told him I’d find a new place to go and immediately walked out. Horrible customer care, they don’t care about loyal customers.
