We still liked all the staff here, but we did begin to see the quality of the place diminish over time. We missed the nice chunks of vegetables in the omelet, the serving sizes decreased and the some of once-great soups lost their flavor. We noticed the place seemed to lose customers over time instead of being more crowded. The owner, Pete, was always nice to us but he seemed pre-occupied. It’s so hard to watch a place we once really enjoyed start to falter. Wishing them the best of luck.

Let me start with good. Waitress was great. That’s about it. We bought a groupon and let me ask you one thing. When customer comes, you want them coming back, right? Apparently not at Nevada Café. If you have a groupon, you can only pick from the limited menu that is posted on the board. Prices are higher than the menu. Food was very bland and not very appealing. Luke warm temperature. No flavor of any kind. I had a fish, baked dry, flavorless very sad fish. My husband had ribs, he said they were ok, but he wouldn’t go back there just for those ribs. Dinner comes with a very bland salad that has one piece of tasteless cuke and a piece of pink tomato. They give you 2 rolls that look and feel stale. Go ahead and skip this place, you will not miss anything. Décor was plane with dirty looking carpet. This place won’t last long, so if you have a groupon, use it quick, but don’t expect much. With so many dining choices in the area, go somewhere else. Btw, we felt like owner did us a huge favor by feeding us with the groupon. Sad.

This location has turned over three times so I am hoping this is the charm. I was here this morning with my Aqua Exercise class for our annual holiday breakfast. This location is absolutely perfect. It’s a huge restaurant so we got the whole back room. The staff was super nice to everyone, took 36 individual orders and gave us all individual checks. How is that for accommodating? I had a great breakfast combo which came out surprisingly fast all things considered. Now I will have to come back with my husband and enjoy it in a more leisurely way for just the two of us. If you are planning on having a holiday party, I would give this place a look. They did a great job for us.

If I could I would go out for breakfast every morning. So when a new breakfast place opens, I couldn’t wait to try it. This location has been two previous breakfast places so it has a convenient and spacious layout. Unfortunately the food is not getting better as the names and owners change. I had cranberry juice and coffee, both of which were OK. I had an omelet which was on the dry side and not very generous with ingredients, especially the cheese. I had an English muffin, it was OK. Prices are good and service was excellent but the food was not very distinctive. There is nothing really that would compel me to return. Darn, I was hoping it would join my regular breakfast places.

After we’d passed this place a multitude of times as we had been driving around doing other errands here and there, Hubby & I went here on a Sunday around noon after agreeing we needed to try it out. Boy were we glad we did!!! We were greeted & seated immediately upon entering, got our coffee & water shortly after sitting down. There was such a great variety of food offered on the menu that we wanted to try(must go back soon!), but we both decided on a skillet: he had the All-American & I had the Gypsy, and we both chose pancakes over toast, and I got the gluten free pancakes(no extra charge). The eggs on the skillet were double yolks and the skillet was filled to the brim with fixin’s! The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, even the gluten free ones. The coffee was some of the best we’ve had at any breakfast restaurant in the area, which was a delightful surprise. We DEFINITELY plan on returning again soon and will pass the good word on to anyone looking for a good place for breakfast!
