I stayed here for s week, so I really got a feel for this place. This property is kind of tired and run down, but they are working on freshening it back up. It takes a long time for hot water to work its way to my room, and I didn’t have internet most of the time I stayed there. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. They don’t have much selection for breakfast, waffle iron, syrup, jelly, stale bagels and danishes, talking very dried out. Coffee, sugar, powered cream, dry cereal, milk, OJ, apples and oranges. And that was it, no butter, no cream cheese, no oatmeal, no toast… The place is pretty clean, and the staff is super friendly, I added an extra star for that reason. I hope in near future they get this place fixed up, the staff is really super.

Came here with the family to visit some friends in a nearby town. Pro’s: — it’s cheap. Like $ 99 for a room with 2 full beds Con’s: — beds are uncomfortable — small rooms and the bathroom is ridiculous — not enough power outlets — dirty faucets… do they clean? — temp gauge is not digital

I wish you could give no stars on here! I was here a year ago for a racing event at bult field in 2013 and boy how a year can change things! We got in at around 3pm and their computer system was down. Okay I understand since there was a nasty storm that just came through there. We are told to wait 15 – 20 min till there system is back up. We wait 20 min and I am told the 2 full bed room I booked(3 months in advance) is not available, only a king size bed. I set this up through expedia 3 months in advance and it was $ 83 for two full size beds. I asked why the two full size bed room was not available when I booked this 3 months ago, I was told by the front desk guy that when booking through a 3rd party you are not guaranteed what you book. You are guaranteed a room but not your selection of bed(king, two full, non smoking, ect) I then asked then why is there an option when booking through a third party? Was told people that book directly through their site get top priority. UNREAL. Come to find out after contacting Expedia that is untrue. I was offered a cot to put in the room, and told him no that is unacceptable. So there is a guy in line behind me with his brother that said he would swap rooms with us and take the king size bed room, which was really nice of them(they booked a week and a half ago and paid $ 53!!!). This is where this experience goes from bad to worse. So we get to the room and they are still cleaning it, no biggie. Kinda weird but you’d think they’d say wait a bit before going until they were done. We go into the room as the maid said to come on in and that they were almost done. And it smelled very musty and moldy and was very muggy in there. We go to turn the ac on and it was barely blowing out any cold air when we turned it on high and as low as it could go. So it was useless. We were told they could bring us a fan to put I front of the open window to pull in the cool air. COOLAIR?! More like hot muggy air! So we get the fan and have it set up to pull the little amount of ac further into the room, what a joke. Then when they are all finished I go to sit on the bed and the sheets are still damp and there was a cigarette burn in the comforter. Also we noticed on the two towels that were left for us some black hairs all over them and they were far from white anymore. They had black/brownish stains on them and were disgusting and in need of replacing. I went to the front desk and told the guy and he gave me a bunch of towels that were also pretty disgusting. We chose two that looked less gross. We only ended up staying just because we were so tired. So we wake up the next morning and it go to take a shower and the inner shower curtain was so disgusting and in dire need of replacing. Also there was a hole in the top part of the bath/shower just below where the shower head was. Looked like someone punched it or something. I’m sure water is getting trapped behind it and causing some nice mold underneath. Classy. End result is we will never be staying here again and I have contacted expedia about getting a full refund. I have also set up a dispute on my credit card as well if I am not offered a full refund. STAYAWAYFROMTHEPLACE! Staff was friendly, but someone has got to be accountable for how disgusting and the condition this place was in.

They gave a great deal when they found out we were«repeats» and were bringing the rest of our party with this year. Very friendly manager. The rooms are very spacious and clean, although the towels are small and thin. We had a large group of us and the manager was kind enough to open the pool room late at night so we could talk and visit there rather than in our room so as not to disturb the other patrons. Overall, I like this hotel and will be back. Compared to the place we stayed in St Louis the prior weekend(half the size of this room but twice the price) this is a great bargain!

This place is right off the freeway, but convenient to nowhere except the freeway. And it’s in a spot that is not the most easily accessible. Seems decent from the outside. It’s clean. It has a pool. All of these things are nice. There are fridges and microwaves in the rooms(at least, the standard king room). But the little things add up… The bed was hard. The alarm clock didn’t work. The front desk workers were hard to understand, especially after a long drive. The first floor REEKED of marijuana. The shower head was too low(I’m only 5’11″ and I had to duck to get under it). The elevator might hold the world’s record for the slowest moving elevator. They have the crappy old CRTTV’s without sleep timers. And the pillows weren’t normal sized. All in all, I’d advise you skip this place. Go a few more miles and get something better.
