Wendy’s

Consistently the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to, due to poor service. Every, and I mean EVERY order I have placed at the drive thru window has been wrong in some way. Usually, the attendants forget to give me an item I ordered, causing me to look through my order before departure. Sometimes, it is the wrong item. Last time I ordered a salad, the attendant forgot the croutons. When I asked for them, the person looked confused and held up a knife and fork… she did not speak English and did not know the word croûton. I asked for management… yes, at the drive thru! That person spoke English and I asked her to teach the other worker the names of items on the menu.

Love that spicy chicken sandwich. Hot.

This is the second time in complaining… They can never get a fucking order right. I just waisted 90 hard earned pennies on three slices of bacon on my burger that I did not fucking get. Get it together. And I know they heard because it on my effing receipt!!!

The worst fucking Wendys in the Hudson Valley. I worked next door for 3 years @ Payless and went into this establishment atleast 9 times a week minimum, and there was ALWAYS a wait — even if there was only 2 people on line and no one in drive thru. Most of the staff are kids (15+) or old people and they just dont care & move slow as shit. They mess up the most basic of orders (ie: a large diet coke w no ice turns ino a medium root beer w ice. really?). Dont even try drive-​thru if you’re in a rush, there is always a 15 – 20 minute wait. Fries are WAY too salty, and the workers curse in front of customers. Cleanliness is almost non-​existant unless they have district leaders show up. Hated going here for… well, anything.

It’s nothing special. And they won’t do a no carb burger if you request it. Only will offer it «on a bed of lettuce». All I want is a burger wrapped in lettuce :(
