This Baskin Robbins is JUST… NOT…GOOD!!! They always seem to have«just run out» of popular flavors! The ice cream tonight tasted like it was freezer burned! Their shakes are watery! The scoops they serve are so incredibly and ridiculously small! It’s seriously unbelievable when you compare this location to other locations! They still charge the usual high price, but the ice cream scoops are child size! I am convinced that this Myrtle Ave Baskin Robbins is deliberately ripping people off and it’s awful! The people that work there also look sad and miserable! I tried giving this location another shot, but they are STILL as awful as they have always been! If you are craving Baskin Robbins and want to get your money’s worth, head over to the Hastings Ranch location and you will not be disappointed!

You can’t go wrong with this ice cream place. My favorite is chocolate chip cookie dough. I usually sample a few other flavors when I stop in, but I always get chocolate chip cookie dough. This particular location is great as far as service is concerned; the girls didn’t seem annoyed that I asked for three samples. I was pleased!

Tonight was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any Baskin Robbins. They got my order wrong twice and the second time I went back to let them know they gave me half the amount of ice cream I should have gotten. The girls working in the front were very rude and disrespectful– rolling their eyes & grunting. I will not be coming to this Baskin Robbins again. I’ll stick to the one in Hastings Ranch!

The Service: 2 staffs on duty. Efficient service. Took the initiative to greet the customers and offered help. Good customer service!!! The dessert: Always enjoy their ice-cream cake. My favorite is chocolate chips ice-cream with devil cake! The Parking: Plaza parking lot and street parking(free)

Review 41 From the moment you enter you can smell the sugar, it smells so lovely that all you want to do is start eating your ice cream! I’ve tried most of the flavors and have settled on 4 – 5, these ice creams are rich and not for the calorie counters. Be nice to the staff and you’ll see how generous they can be: view my pic! It’s located in a shopping center, parking is available in lot or street. Plan B

I always seem to get the same thing when I’m here. Rocky Road and/or Cookies n’ Cream! My husband loves the chocolate ice cream with the peanut butter in it. When I was in high school and college, I used to get the Chocolate Blast all the time, but I really don’t want to know how many calories are in that… $ 2.59 gets you a single scoop and I tend to get it in a cup. Just to contrast, I got some«gourmet» ice cream last week. Single Scoop of Rocky Road = $ 3.75 Single Scoop of Rocky Road at Baskin Robbins = $ 2.59 However, Baskin Robbins’ ice cream still hits the spot and has great consistency. If I had the choice of frozen yogurt or ice cream… I’d still pick ice cream and can’t go wrong with any of their classic flavors. We also ordered a cake(to feed 30 people) from this location for one of our manager’s 30th work anniversary. They opened the store a little earlier for us so we could pick up the cake in time(right at 11AM) for his surprise lunch. Note that this location offers Online Cake Ordering(with a 24 hour turnaround). 31⁄100 Reviews for 2015

It is Ok. Ice-cream is good. The staff sometimes can a bit slow. It is kinda hard when you have really young people working who kind of don’t care it seems. Sometimes they seem to disappear in the back and you stand waiting for them. I kind of prefer Coldstone with lots of choices but for the real quick sometimes BR works

Baskin Robbins brings me back to when I was a kid and always wanted ice cream. Change of eating habits, this isn’t a place I would normally visit, but it was a hot September day and I just got a soft served cone with sprinkles and it hit the spot.

Folks working here always friendly and fast as long as I’ve been coming here, plenty of new flavors but they always keep the standards around. Chocolate Fudge is my favorite. I like this store.

I always seem to get the same server, and she is GREAT! Really nice young girl with glasses. Unfortunately this shopping center ISNOTSAFE! A man in his thirties with a backpack is constantly following girls around and making lewd remarks. Do not let your teen girls hang out alone in this shopping center.

Came here awhile ago at night and ordered a banana split, it turned out okay. Afterwards I approached the cashier who was counting her till to order a scoop to go. OMG I might as well of asked her for like the most complicated order ever. She just dropped everything dropped her head and sighed heavily. «We closed 5 minutes ago, if you want more ice cream I’m going to have to reopen my till.» Umm. I told her it was okay and I just wouldn’t order, but she continued to insist in a really passive aggressive way. Two stars for yummy ice cream, but dang lady I worked in a dessert parlor once too. There really isn’t any reason to be talking to a customer like that.

Love when they have their special in Tuesdays ! I don’t tend to usually come To baskin robins, but the staff is always friendly here. They don’t usually have every flavor, about twice I came here and they did not have the flavor I wanted. Their ice cream cakes are pretty delicious !

This Baskin Robbins has so many white ice cream cakes but very few devil ice cream cakes. If all you have is white left, wouldn’t you plan to make more devils? Anyway, additionally this place won’t take the coupon on my phone. They said they needed a printout. I’m sorry, get with the times! We are in the digital age so why can’t you just scan the coupon on my phone like other stores?

I just got my first crown and my mouth was numb… but I deserved a treat! Stopped in for dinner — enjoyed a coffee milk shake good as ever!

I’ve cream is ice cream, but this is overpriced ice cream! There are not a lot of flavors to choose from, unlike Cold Stone, which has a crazy amount of wild flavors! But everything here is still delicious! I recommend getting a smoothie instead of ice cream– It’s a nice change. BUT truth be told, I would rather walk a few blocks down Myrtle Avenue to get peach ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery!

Long time BaR’s fan. The kids working here seemed a bit sad and depressed, but that was probably because they can’t eat ice cream all day while they work. Great ice cream selection, and it is just what you would expect/want from a shop like this. Monrovia is a great little place with a ton of cool shops to walk around and see. Ice cream from a place like this is sometimes exactly what you want, and it delivers.

Well, it’s Baskin Robbins. The place you grew up with when you weren’t at Thrifty’s getting a strange cylinder shaped scoop of ice cream. I recall liking BR better than thrifty’s because they had more flavors. I recall my parents taking me to Thrifty’s more because it was cheaper. It’s a solid place for a non-gourmet scoop of ice cream. Flavors are plentiful, but pretty basic. Cold Stone is up the street if you feel like figuring out what conconction you want to blend together. Frozen yogurt is across the street and across the parking lot. I have had friendly service the times I was here. So, for an old fashioned retro scoop of a classic like Baseball Nut, or Rocky Road, or Cherry Vanilla with no mess, no fuss, then here ya go.
