This Coffee Bean is awful. It makes me just want to give up going to any CB altogether. The staff here used to be fantastic, but over the past year it has totally fallen apart; they lost all their good baristas and the people who work there are super rude now. On top of that, the drinks are often made wrong or poorly mixed/stirred now. I used to love this place because the staff was so friendly, but now the girls who work the drive-thru are inexcusably rude. I kept trying to make it work there but today was the last straw when they were blatantly trying to overcharge me for my drink even though I can see the prices on the menu while we were having this conversation!!! I really wish management here would have kept the good staff in place, because these new people have made it so I won’t ever be coming back to this location. For anyone else looking for their CB fix, definitely go to the one up the road on Myrtle and Foothill — only about 5 mins away and the service there is a million times better. Or, soon there will be a Starbucks drive thru at Buena Vista and Huntington(about 2 mins away) and if their customer service is good then I have a feeling the drive thru CB may shut down all together.

Best. Coffee. Ever. I wish there was a Coffee Bean in the city I live in! Their iced coffee is the best around and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else. Try there kale zucchini muffins they’re incredible!

The coffee bean and tea leaf has the worst wifi ever! I got kicked off more than a cowboy in a rodeo.

Once again I regret coming here, high cost coffee not worth it over $ 5 for ice latte. I had a gift card to use today, and still had a problem, with their stupid management rules. I would not even go to Coffee Bean, if not on my way. Terrible coffee place as always. Pack to #1 starbucks #2 Peetes, and not here!

Every time I come here, without fail my drink is made incorrectly. I thought it may be just because of the drive through. So I decided that I’d go inside and try it out. Nope. It’s just the staff and their horrible hearing. I love coffee bean, heck I even worked for coffee bean for a while– It’s sad that this one is the closest to my house, I won’t be back.

Quick service. It’s a good spot to do a meet up for any sort of hangout or even quiet business meeting. I have gone here and stayed for a few hours at a time going over work materials and it’s not too busy or noisy. You have w wide range of different teas and coffees available and there are also some decent snacks to munch on if you must stay for a period of time. Service is also quiz and easy.

Absolutely love this spot! The drive thru is so convenient when you are in a rush and the staff is super friendly and on top of it. There’s hardly a crazy wait or line for that matter. And if it’s busy they try and makeup for it by either upgrading your drink or what not. That’s service! I love them especially in the morning.

It was just a few months ago that I was unhappy with CBTL but I can say that I love this place again! Not only did they bring back my NSA vanilla powder, but the crew there is fantastic! Keep up the great work Elena!

Not that Coffee Bean needs anymore help with good reviews! Everything there is great and service is always outstanding. My one complaint: wish they had pre throughout San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire

I love their Chai Tea Latte and the coffee cake. Very tasty and yummy, but the slices are ridiculous thin and for 2⁄3 dollars– I don’t think so! I can go down the St to Le Roys and get the same pastry for a buck more and be 100% satisfied. You’re better off getting a muffin or croissant.

Kind of an odd set up right next to a gas station, but new and clean with some outside as well as indoor seating. Service was great, my blended mocha excellent, huge fan of their coffee! They have a drive thru and is located right off the highway, perfect morning stop to get me through the day!

I like Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf as a brand. They are consistent with their flavors and quantities. This particular location continued to prove that. Nice, cozy interiors and a cute patio style outdoor seating provide a stark contrast to your typical coffee-shop-next-to-the-gas-station. I got the Mocha Ice-Blended drink with the«No Sugar Added» option which dramatically dropped the calorific value of that drink without compromising on the taste. I realized that day for the first time that chocolate blended drinks are inherently sweet and the added sugar is just an «overkill»(pun intended: P). I would come here again if I find myself stumbling around this area!

Love this place! My local and favorite coffee shop. Drive thru I use daily… the line could be long but they hustle and get it going down… I am a coffee junkie was stuck on Starbucks until coffee been arrived… solid drinks that are actually mixed together(Starbucks doesn’t mix there’s that’s why every time you take a sip it tastes different) and tastes good. Everything is certified kosher … Whew… clean and fresh., good drinks and friendly people! Thanks for being in Monrovia!

When I’m back in the 626 this is a necessary stop! For every shopping center offering 2 – 3 Starbucks’ on their lot(that is so LA), there is a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in sporadic appearances throughout Southern California. Think: QUALITY over QUANTITY. And so, having been born and bred in this area, I am a fan of good coffee, irregardless of location. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is no exception. I love the iced Vanilla Latte, the Black Forrest frozen latte(extra cherries, yo!), and their Moroccan Tea. The service at this particular location is always great, I appreciate the rapport and«Hey, Welcome back!“‘s from their staff. Yes, the location is a little awkward, but for the commuter in the area this is going to be the perfect –blend– of convenience and caffeine. Treat yourself to a little bit of this magic. Can’t go wrong with the Coffee Bean!

Awkwardly placed coffee bean right next to a gas station. The inside is large but not too many tables but the outside is plenty of seats. It would be a nice location but sharing a lot with a gas station and a food mart makes it seem ghetto. Now onto the coffee… Unfortunately I am spoiled with good coffee and know a lot of better coffee spots with excellent quality coffee and unfortunately coffee bean is not one of them. Drinks are inconsistent and at this location they put way to much ice in their drinks! My dad ordered a blood orange tea and I kid you not that 80% of the drink was filled with ice. I ordered the toffee nut iced coffee and it was mediocre at best. Positives for this place is that it has a drive thru. I don’t frequent other coffee bean locations too often but this is the first time I saw a drive through for one of them. Another positive is the outside seating area. It’s nice with umbrellas for lots of shade. More seats outside than in the inside. Overall an ok place. Would not bother coming back here.

I am so glad we have a CBTL nearby! Their staff here is nice and consistent. Parking is shared with the Shell gas station but I haven’t had a problem finding a spot. It seems like most customers walk in from the neighboring businesses or use the drive thru. Coffee products are great, I never feel guilty paying for a cup of latte here. My new craze is their Red Velvet Hot Cocoa. Isn’t this every girl’s winter dream? The free Wi-Fi is always a plus. I like that this store isn’t packed with students who hog the seats/tables all day. Or maybe they aren’t up yet when I stroll in? Yay for that.

For my caffeine fix in the SGV, I enjoy stopping at this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf location(next door to the Shell Food Mart) at the corner of Huntington Drive and Shamrock Ave, with convenient access to & from the 210 Fwy via Mountain Ave Exit. This is the closest CBTL location(with a drive thru window) to my family’s home in BP. I still prefer Coffee Bean coffee over Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, which is what I have to settle for most of the time for my caffeine fix since there are way more Starbucks and DD locations all over the USA. I stop here during the mid morning and usually go inside the store to order my drinks and to use the free wifi(access code on TV screen). I usually order a Large Iced Coffee($ 2.95) with crushed ice, no room for cream. I put my own half & half(a few drops) and raw sugar into my drink to my liking. The service here is quick and friendly. ;)
