I think people come here with high expectations. My honey and I came here to celebrate an anniversary. The customer service wasn’t horrible, they did their job. It’s a buffet, so I didn’t expect my waiter to be in my face. They had what I was craving which was sashimi, shrimp, crawfish, crème brûlée, and flan. I mean, I was a happy camper. Word of advice, just because it’s there doesn’t mean you should eat it. And if you can, go there with a coupon, then you’ll get your money’s worth. My babe was satisfied, and he’s a picky eater. Would I come back? If I happen to be in the area, yes.

Worse buffet ever. The food was ok. The customer service is the worse. The waitresses and the waiter ignores you when you flag them down. We even made eye contact. You literally have to chase them down for service.

I’d have to say I quite enjoyed my experience here. Being a buffet, I did not expect much. We only came here because we had a groupon gift card. so can’t complain about free. Pretty empty around 5pm on Thursday so really quick service & clean up. I was honestly too excited to see the fondue fountain but didn’t try anything! I stuffed my face with all the salty foods. My favorite was definitely the scallops! It was some buttery, creamy mix sitting on top of a cute shell. Everything else was slightly below average but still edible. I wouldn’t necessarily come back, but not upset about my experience. The desserts were not the best from what I tried(crème brûlée). Only orange or green jell-o so I didn’t try that. I did eat the sesame ball and that was delicious. The cheese won tons caught me off guard because they were slightly sweet, but my boyfriend loved them and that was the majority of his meal. The meat was way below average. I normally cannot get enough bbq pork(the red kind), but here it was a little too tough. The steak was overdone. The chicken was overdone but edible because it was a good salty. The giant rib was too sweet. The veggies were pretty good(I preferred the green beans over the Chinese broccoli). The potsticker seemed perfectly made, good texture on the outside, but I did not enjoy the contents. Their 2 soups were the tom yum & fish. Both were slightly below average but still good enough to eat. They both lacked that extra kick of flavor I like, but you can still kind of taste the flavor if you try. They also had sushi(wasn’t gonna risk trying it but my bf did and he ate some and didn’t like the deep fried roll). They also have fruit, tart yogurt(I hated this stuff growing up), grass jelly(my fave!), salad stuffs, teppan yaki station, garlic bread, crab legs, crawfish, cocktail shrimp and more! Glad I got to try this place.

Place is clean and food was good. They have Teppanyaki(pick your own ingredients and they cook for you on the grill) Sushi quality is so so. They do have A Thai soup Tom yum Goong. A spicy seafood stew type which is very tasty. Good variety of selection from Bbq pork to dim sum. Small desert selection, Over all don’t expect great customer service but quick all you can eat! If your looking for a bargain come in for lunch Monday to wends day you get a discounted price.

Came here to make a reservatuon for my Mom’s birthday and the chinese lady who helped me is very rude. She barely can speak english and all the questions that I asked her are answered with a frown. She is in here late 20s. When I turned my back at her saying I really don’t like her attitude, she snarled at me and told me she doesn’t care. Now, what kind of service is that? SO, I WENTTO A NEARBY K BBQ Instead. Too bad, she lost a party of more than a 100 people. I will never ever going to step to this place as long as this place is in business. I rather pay more $ and get respect rather than being given a nasty attitude.

Food was way better than the other Zen Buffet but it isn’t pretty good quality wise. Customer service was decent. Overall, I think this place is 3 stars.

Second visit here with group of friends. Food is decent but not great. Variety of food is is very good, for their mixed Asian cuisine. Vegetarian fare, dim sum, sushi, Chinese, Japanese items. Loved the fresh fruit selection Desserts were somewhat limited but delicious. Great for large groups and varied diets.

Been here two three times already, food’s delicious but it gives me the diarrhea every time. And even when I don’t have the crab legs, the food variety of food I ate still gave me bad gas afterwards. Personal experience may not apply to others, but they definitely do have something in the food lol

Food is mediocre. The only reason why I’ve been here twice is because my family had coupons for this place. There aren’t much selections of food but most of all the quality is just not so good. The waiters are ok… depending on who you get. They’re mostly too busy for us and we ended up with tons of dirty plates on our table. I will not be coming back again.

This place lacks customer service! When we first arrived the hostess looked lost and she didn’t greet us. I said hello but got no response. After 15 minutes of waiting the hostess decided it was time for her to come greet us. This completely turned my group off. After being seared we never saw our waitress again… of course after she brought us our drinks never saw her again. Than when it was time to pay the hostess took another 15 mins to help us… the food was alright but I won’t be returning here that’s for sure…

It’s a buffet so keep expectations low. This place is packed, which is what I like to see in a buffet. Food was not replenished as quickly as I would have liked but its not fair to compare this to a Vegas buffet. Sadly the best(tastiest) dish here was a soup! Fish Maw soup to be exact. Nice and light flavors full of the cheap bits of mystery fish and fish products. yummy! Its a good palette cleanser after eating the other foods. «Teriyaki» chicken skewers. I don’t know why I always go for these deep fried chicken skewers whenever I’m at a buffet. It must be for the protein. Get it while they’re fresh or else you’re left with chicken jerky. Sushi area — no comment Chinese hot foods — meh. Dessert case — meh meh. The toast was excellent! Almost forgot about that. Garlic bread toast is a definite must try there. Service is also a bit sketchy. We were told on the phone that they did not accept reservations but when we got there, overheard many customers saying they had called in for their reservation. I guess it depends on who picks up the phone.

Excellent Asian Buffett below $ 20 !! I don’t understand haters with low stars. Any place else you go same or below quality food per plate same price !!! Come early as possible they start dinner 4 pm ! Seafood quality excellent. Meat quality excellent . But stick to basics in Asian food.

$ 17.99 buffet… Not worth it. I’ve been here twice. The first time they sat me and only 15 mins later started taking down the buffet items. I reckon I should’ve paid better attention to the hours, but the hostess should’ve also given me a heads up. I came back again for some odd reason and received the same awful service. This place lacks in customer service, the patrons themselves rudely run around the buffet like fire ants, and the the overall environment sucks. I will not be going back, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

I came here for a big family dinner for the moon cake festival. This was on a Sunday night at 5pm. The restaurant was empty and it was ridiculously hot in there. This place used to be Macaroni Grill, but it since has been run down and sticky. There is not a wide variety of food. The food is not fresh and they did not refill the buffet line. The food did not have any taste as well. The sushi rolls were hard. The items that were supposed to be crunchy were soggy as if they had been sitting out for a while. Overall, I would not come back. There are other asian buffets better than this one!

Went here for Father’s Day and had a great time. Unfortunately it wasn’t because of the food nor the place. The food was okay. But should’ve expected this from a buffet. Most of their food you typically see at a fast food Chinese place, nothing super special. Their prime rib was pretty good tho. Probably my favorite thing I got from there. It wasn’t dry at all and they give you a sauce you put all over it and made it more juicy. My dad went crazy for the crab legs lol. I also saw a number of people going for the crab legs. I personally didn’t try it(not too crazy about crab legs) but from what I’ve seen people liked them lol They have a chocolate fountain which is always fun to do lol. They only give you marshmallows to dip into tho. Wish they had fruits or something at least. Their flan is not good at all. It wasn’t sweet and had this almost weird taste and texture. Their cream puffs were also whatever. Nothing special about them. Their crème brûlée on the other hand were pretty yummy. Kind of wish it was warm tho. All in all the place is okay. I wouldn’t wait in line for it.

Yuck. Came here for Mother’s Day. Long lines. Increased prices. It wasn’t a good recipe to begin with. I hope it was just today, but the plates began to pile up so high that I saw one of the other parties start putting all their dishes on another table that had just left. The sushi is what you’d expect at a buffet. not good at all. The best part of the buffet was the ribs, but it’s not enough to save ZB.

SOMANYITEMS! I haven’t been to a Chinese buffet in so long and was quickly reminded that it is quantity over quality. FAVORITES: Steamed white fish with soy sauce and scallions– While this was oily, it also helps the fish stay very smooth and this was one of favorites in my group. Just delectable, especially when hot from the kitchen! Pig Ears — not as much sesame oil and missing that little bit of flavor to make it perfect, but this was actually very good. Had more soy sauce so was a bit salty though. Sushi Rolls — While it’s not actually«sushi», the Cali rolls and their variations were quite good! Fried Rice — Damn, this was good. A bit salty, but not bad for a buffet. Perfect texture– not too hard, not too soft. Orange chicken — a bit soft, and not the best, but this is a guilty pleasure. Gyoza — Thought it would be bad. It wasn’t. It was surprisingly meaty with good chive filling. Fries — they’re fries similar to ones you get at HK style cafes, so they’re good. Very filling and bound to make you regret all you ate afterwards trying to see how many things you can try in one visit. At $ 7.99/person with coupon, it is not that bad. You have to be careful with large parties when the bill comes though, because they are too busy with their jobs. We told them 11 people but that person didn’t show up, so we only had 10– but we were charged for 11 people with the bill. Thankfully, we had sharp wits about us that noticed the price and saved everyone some money after the staff corrected their error. Yay!

Mediocre food for a reasonable price. Check online for coupons! I found a $ 4 off for dinner so $ 15.99 reduced to $ 11.99. The new york steak that were heavily seasoned and salty. The nigiris were stuffed with a huge amount of rice. I think they do this to deter patrons from eating too much. Smart business move? Chinese dishes such as walnut shrimp, salt & pepper shrimp, filet mignon, etc. are ok at most. They’re edible but many of them were really salty. There are also crab legs, dessert such as chocolate fondue, crème brûlée, cheesecake etc. Selection is pretty nice, food isn’t over the top but for $ 12 – 15 it’s tolerable.

This place really isn’t as bad as everyone’s been saying. I don’t understand why people have such high expectations for an Asian-style buffet, but lets clear some things up: 1. You are not in Las Vegas 2. If you can get coupons in the mail for this place or find coupons online then it’ll be a lot more worth the price 3. ITS A BUFFET omg food is going to be sitting under heat lamps for long extended periods of time YOUALLKNOWTHISALREADYWHATDOYOUPEOPLEEXPECT??? This buffet serves lots of traditional Chinese dishes including stir fried beef and broccoli, chicken skewers, steamed/baked fish, fried rice, stir fried noodles, and more. There’s also multiple soups(like sour & spicy soup) and a salad bar, along with a few dimsum dishes like shiumai/buns, and some sushi(which is mostly rice so if you’re trying to eat your money’s worth I wouldn’t get it). My favorites are their corn, white fish, salmon, and plantains. Their weekday dessert selection sucks(at least, during lunch). The only thing I’d get is the cappuchino mousse cake(the brown version of their mango mousse cake). Is their chocolate fountain still functioning? Because I have never seen it running chocolate before. There’s free wifi! They also accept 5 star cards but only if you pay full price(so if you aren’t using coupons — the coupons are more worth it though so stick with the coupons). Overall, this isn’t somewhere I’d take friends, but my dad likes to take me and my sister here every once in a while and its decent for what it is.
