40 mins for 2 simple lunch entrees. Wtf. Get it together. Its lunch no one is here.. wth is going on here.

I love apple bees this is my favorite place. I been here a lot of times. Tania is been serving me a couple of times she is really nice and kind. I always get a good service with her .the steak and shirm. Is the best I love the appetizers today I try the new steak quesadilla really good 2. I love the drinks :)

Came to eat here on a Friday night and the dish I order was not cook well. I brought it to our server (Randy) attention and the manager (Ken) came right away. He said he was sorry and that he will get our dish right away. Within minutes the manager came back with our dish and ask us if we were satisfied how it was cooked. He was very nice and he even offered free desert. Our sever Randy was great and the Manager Ken was excellent. Great costumer service, I definitely recommend this place I didn’t give it 5 stars because the food is good but not amazing.

Good service but the food USED to be better a few years ago… Chilies has better food

This place is pretty disappointing all the way around. The only reason we ate here was because I had a gift card. The chicken and steak from appetizer to entrée was very chewy and over cooked. Nothing really stood out. Service was so slow! We waited soooo much for a sucky lunch. The waiter was really nice, but they are understaffed and our poor waiter had all the tables on one side which caused service to suffer. Definitely not a place I would dine at again.

Great customer service. We had a large group. We were all amazed with their service and fast service.

Worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been to. I understand that big parties are hard to seat but this is utter bullshit. I arrived at 8:45 to seat a party of 15. 3 more parties that arrived after us ended up getting seated before us. They weren’t small parties either, they were more than 10 people per party. We waited for an hour and fifteen minutes to be seated. The host was very rude, our waitress was also extremely rude. I will never return to this or any applebees for that matter. Worst restaurant ever. I only gave it 1 star because it wouldn’t let me not give it a star. Something has to be done this is absurd.

I’m giving this cautious visit 2 stars only because my son and husband enjoyed their meals. My daughters were disappointed with their New Honey Chicken Tender Mac-​n-​cheese entrée. The honey sauce and very little Alfredo sauce just didn’t mix. It was too sweet for an entrée. My grilled salmon came out burnt and dry so the waitress brought another out. The second salmon was cooked at the ends, but then I bit into a piece from the center and I had to spit it out. It was raw. My stomach is not happy. I also had the garlic fries which disappointed as well. They were dried up fries with most likely a garlic salt seasoning. Applebee’s is not a favorite of mine. Now I remember why. Feeling sick.

The service could have been better. It was slow from getting seated to getting our drinks ordered. The hostess was sweeping next to us while we were eating. The waiter was nice but made a couple errors in our order and forgot our kids food. Food was good.

we walked in and went straight to the bar and server didnt come to our table till 20 minutes later (I am sure I would have had beer on my hand faster by going to the bar straight)
ordered our food and drinks finally and wait for another 5 minutes and waited
also ordered two of the happy hour dishses (artichoke dip and wings) the sizes were pretty decent for the price and my friends ordered margarita that came in canisters which was enough to pour two glasses
got the 20 oz beer and my beer was 8 dollar, another friend of mine got the sangria and hers was only 5 dollar
overall experience was okay, dont think I would go back anytime soon
when it was time for us to pay asked the server if she can split our bill and she said we can do it through the little computers on the table (we didnt even touch the machine but we were charged $ 1.99 for game fee) which I didnt want to fight about so we paid for it but we were upset about those hidden fees

My daughter and I ate at this Applebee’s today and had a fantastic experience! Jen was our waitress and she was awesome. She resembles Jennifer Anniston! Sweet and friendly. The food was outstanding! Rancho Cucamonga Applebee’s could learn a lot from you guys

Came here today and the service was actually really good considering that it was happy hour. We got our food in less than 30 minutes and our waitress was really helpful.

Good service and people! There was just waiter that didn’t really thrill me at all. Good place if you’re really hungry.:.

The food was hot when it came out. And the salads are basic but very fresh and delicious. I also recommend getting the spinach artichoke dip! Only negative thing to say was that the AC was blasting and was very very chilly inside. But other than that our service was amazing. Our server was David and he was very friendly and on top of bringing refills without having to ask. He was great!

Terrible place to go to for lunch or happy hour. I was here on Jan 31, 2016 at 12:15 pm. Lights went out twice. Then stayed off and never went back on. Manager was unprofessional. He lacked people friendly skills and business accommodation skills. He did not even stop at our table to check if everything was Ok. There was no compensation for the inconvenience, staff was going crazy, they were in panic mode, not prepared for a power outage, and a server from the kitchen came out running and screaming after the first outage. Hate to be here, at this Apple Bee’s, in case of an Emergency.
I was at the restaurant for 1 hour and a half or so. Then left after paying my bill at 1:45 pm. It was a nightmare waiting for the workers to settle down and bring me my bill. All of this over a Power Outage? This Apple Bee’s is not a safe place to be at anytime.

Very busy when we went tonight. We decided to ask for a hi-​top table to be seated faster after waiting 10 minutes. We were seated and didn’t wait long for our waiter to take our order. We were brought our drinks, then a little while later our salads were brought out by another server. There was no dressing on the salads. We waited about 5 minutes for the dressing which was brought out by our waiter. We had to ask him for silverware for me as there was only one setting brought to us. Next comes my husbands dinner and our appetizer. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my dinner. A server also took my husbands glass of iced tea to refill it and never brought it back.
The appetizer was way too salty. Our server at times looked so flustered. He was very nice. There were 2 managers on the floor and the servers and managers all looked lost and confused.
I will drive alittle further from my house and go to the one in Chino.

Appetizers were mediocre, beer service was great, nice and cold– tvs were kinda oddly placed, but all and all, cool. Michelob ultras were $ 4.75, do they added up quick, they don’t have it on draft, bottles only.

Happy hour was cool… Service was prompt at the bar. She was nice and super attentive about our drinks. Basically as soon as I was finished with my beer, she offered to give me another. This was really nice but I feel like I spent more than I meant to (lol).

First off this place is lame to come to for happy hour and second we didn’t get ask what beverages we wanted to for a good 20 mins we sat down on top of that the food sucked

Service: no wait time for me since I sat at the bar… Food came out fast and the service was excellent, treated and served by Justin he kept my beer and water glass filled throughout the duration of being at the restaurant.
Handheld shoe string onion rings on ham and chabata bread: not the best compliment to bread it could have just been a okay burger on a regular bun, there was a lack of crunch butting into this burger. The shoestring onion rings were caramelized with onions that made the strings soggy so I anticipated the crunch and it was lacking. I probably wouldn’t normally eat at any Applebee’s chain just because I remember the flavors of the dishes were never up to my expectations since, I was giftcard this giftcard why not? Well I guess things haven’t changed its okay better luck in the future Applebee’s
