I came here to purchase a gift for my fiancé I ordered a robe and wanted our initials embroidered on the front and his last name on the back. everything was fine or I thought it was fine but 2 days later I get a call from the store manager Elaine to tell me my orders weren’t gonna be ready by the date they had originally promised me. I wasn’t happy but I agreed to wait an additional 3 days. About 5 mins after getting off the phone with the store manager she calls me back to tell me they can’t put my fiancés last name on the back of the robe. Why didn’t they explain this to me at the store when I placed my order? At this point I just had it I told the manager to cancel my entire order and refund my money. Never coming back again. They need educate their staff on the merchandise they’re selling. I forgot to mention the store assistant manager is the one who took my order.

This place was ok, they definitely try to squeeze every penny they can out of you. They do not explain their prices. I went in to buy an anniversary gift, picked out the glasses I wanted to be engraved (12 dollars each). One of the staff then took me over to show me some font styles. Informed me it would be 3 dollars per word. I picked one I liked and then when I went to pay. The price was almost 70 dollars when I thought the price would be no more than 40!!! I immediately asked how they came up with that price, she went on to explain that the font I picked out was $ 5.00 extra per cup per word. and that the ink color was also an extra fee for both cups. I paid the price but I was very upset that they did not inform me of the prices as I went. The sales girl made it seem like the font style and color was included with the price of the engraving. But overall I ended up giving them 3 stars because the quality of the product was good.

I purchased a Make-​A-​Wish foundation necklace as a gift for my sister. The necklace quality is great and the engraving came put beautifully. I’m sure my sister will love the personalization when she see’s it and appreciate that a portion of the proceeds are going to the foundation..

My go to place for keepsakes to give as gifts for friends and employees who part ways! There is a good variety of items for male or female, any age or occasion. Very prompt service, I only had to wait an hour to get engraving done. Even had a variety of gift bags and tissue paper to make up a nice festive package! Thumbs up!

I know that this is a chain store, but I prefer to go to this joint in Montclair. The service is really good and they deliver. I have got good reviews for my gifts bought from Things Remembered. Even if I don’t buy anything, the staff are courteous and they answer any questions you have. I like shopping here and I am sure to end up here any chance I get.
