Extreme helpful, personable and efficient.
No attempt to upsell.
Numerous help outs with questions, etc via phone.
We get all our phones here and Steve and staff are the reason.
Wish that Verizon and other companies would adopt his Customer Service attitude and appreciation of customers.
That said, this is the only place you need ot go for all your wireless needs.

Nice store. Lots of accessories and if you need help i think their names were Joe and Steve very helpful. I’m a person who likes to see and touch before i buy they have no issues with you playing around in the store. Its what you need more of.

These guys are simply the best! They are so willing to help and give the best service I have ever experienced in getting a new phone. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and getting the right plan and phone. They don’t try to upsell and push you into the most expensive options. I highly recommend getting your phone and accessories from these guys and it’s especially nice to support a local business.

Set some systems… but cover on (I always have trouble with all that stuff .easy parking in deck nearby…3 rd phone transfer I ve had there
