Yum Yum Donuts

The donuts are fine, usually fresh. The coffee is hot and the juices are freshly squeezed. The bagels are messy but good. Just remember to check if they’ve made your bagel correctly since they have messed mine up before. Lines are always long but the ladies that work there try to move them quickly. Just know your place in line because they will skip you. The reason I give this place two stars is because it is always dirty and disorganized. No matter what time in the morning I go, it always looks the same. It’s pretty disgusting. Coffee station is crap!

Went to yum yums to try their bagel sandwiches, they have always looked good to me so i decided it was time. My friend came with me to get herself and her boyfriend some too. I ordered the black forest ham melt. My friend is a vegetarian so she ordered the egg & cheese melt, and she got her boyfriend the black forest ham cold sandwich. My friend went up to the lady making the sandwiches to clarify there couldn’t be any ham on her sandwich, and the lady assured her all it comes with is egg & cheese. We get home, and before we even sit down to eat my friend opens her sandwich and realizes there’s HAM in it. Melted everywhere. She couldn’t pick it out, otherwise she would have because we really didn’t want to go back. We went back and explained what happened, and my friend said she wanted to add tomato. The lady said it was an extra 50 cents (even though they messed up and i had to drive back there) until i reminded her i paid for ham that i didn’t even want!!! So she let it go. We get home, my friend and i can’t wait to eat the sandwiches as we’re starving at this point. I open mine. My heart sinks. My sandwich was a regular cold sandwich. It wasn’t at all what i wanted but i decided to eat it as im NOT going to drive back (AGAIN) for another mistake they made. In the middle of my sandwich of course i would find a tomato butt. Really? Is there anything these ladies can do RIGHT? I mean, isn’t this their job? I’m so over these sandwiches. Who wants to pay for something they don’t even want? If i ever go back, im getting something that is already made. Hopefully they don’t find a way to mess that up too.

First off I used to get there sandwhichs everyday but than one day I ordered the same thing I order every day and than the sandwhich I got today the bread smelled bad the avocado tasted horrible I will never go there not even for a coffee

The service is poor, done by 2 gals with a long line of customers. Then the cashier tried to short me $ 10 from my change.

Workers don’t care who’s next in line. I’m next in line and someone she knows walks in cuts to the front and places her order. They chit chat then she spills her coffee delaying my service even longer. Bad customer service. ⁴⁄₁₅ 8am. owner talk to your staff, NO special privileges

Love this place, have been coming here since I was a child, now I’m 31 and it’s still an awesome place to grab a coffee and donut!

Watched the worker serve donuts, coffee, handle money, open cash register and replace bagels on the tray all while wearing the same gloves.

Great tortas, we go about once a week. Sometimes if too busy my bread is overtoasted, but still really good. Not someplace you’d expect to get a torta

My family and I always loved yum yum donuts, sadly we stopped to get our donut fix and we experienced the WORST customer service ever! We wanted the fresh donuts but were given the least fresh donuts after asking nicely. We even asked for a bag on the side to save some donuts for later and were told that we could not have one so we had to take it home on a napkin! Sad to say but you have lost a family of very loyal customers!

The donuts were fresh and cheap! The owner was friendly and service was fast.

Hooray for cheap and delicious donuts! Not much to say about this store except that there’s fast and friendly service. For those who are more on the healthier side — there are now smoothie options of various fruits and juices!

Conveniently located south of the 10 frwy. I needed some donuts for clients and Yum Yum popped up on my Google navigation.
Service fast and friendly. I asked for a plain donut after she boxed my 14 donut dozen and she gave me another plain. All that and I ended up eating the cinnamon bun!
Another Pro is that accept visa and MasterCard here also!
