First time I visited the drive thru service was exceptional. So I decided to come back. 2nd visit I order a large caramel macchiato with an extra shot. The person taking my order gives me an attitude an says uhm. It already comes with x amount of shots. I was like okay? I mean I’m paying for it. I just turned and looked at my sister she was speechless. It was so unexpected. After she realized she was coming off bad she changed her demeanor. Someone else helped me at the window. Regardless it left such a bad taste in my out. I will still come back secretly wishing I get someone else to take my order

So After sitting at the drive-through for five minutes now at 4AM I had to leave because apparently you are not open 24 hours.

Another night. more homeless people here. I understand that the girls working here don’t make enough to shoo off these people but it makes a nice night out near the fire uncomfortable. Management really needs to do something. Don’t really know what they could do, but some people leave because of it.

After frolicking in the Midwest for about 3-ish years, seeing a Dunkin’ Donuts is reminiscent of my time spent getting donuts at night with my partner-in-crime in pharmacy school and those were the happy days before adult(aka working) life officially started. This Dunkin’ Donuts has similar flavors as to what I had in the Midwest, and my all-time favorite is the Blueberry donut! If you’re into the more fried-donut-taste, you’re better off with Krispy Kreme. The dozen of donuts here = $ 9.99 which is a bit pricey for Midwest standards. I probably had to pay that if I was in the city of Chicago or maybe at the airport, but not in the suburbs! Still don’t think you will pay that much at a Mom/Pop. You’re probably paying for the ambiance– which means a place to possibly work at(free-wifi)! The only thing I didn’t like about my first Californian experience with Dunkin’ Donuts was the«coolata» drink. The cashier said it was similar to a frappucino. While I was expecting a strawberry-cream-ish-smoothie, it ended up getting an icy smoothie which is similar to Costco’s food court or a 7 – 11 slurpee. I was probably better off just getting a coffee. (+): –Good amount of seating, some are actually cozy! Less crowded than a typical Starbucks(possibly because it’s more spacious?) –Drive-thru –Free Wi-Fi (-): –Pricier– is it just the hype of being the new kid in town?

I’m here every morning for coffee at 4:40 am, I love how quick they are here, there’s hardly any wait at all. All the girls are super sweet and have a great attitude. My new favorite coffee shop

I came in here to order a dozen donuts for my husbands meeting at work the next day. I do not eat donuts because I think they are personally too sweet so I can’t review the food here but my 5 stars review is all about the cleanliness, décor, ambience, and customer service. First time walking into a Dunkin Donuts shop. AMAZING! It almost looks better than a Starbucks! Wow! This place looks amazing! They had fireplaces to sit and dine!

Dunkin Donut locations are hard to come by in California. Glad to see that I do not have to go to the east coast to get a taste. I prefer their coffee over Starbucks. Service was quick and friendly. Latte — $ 3.49 — Cannot beat espresso and steamed milk on a chilly winter day.

I LOVETHEIRCOFFEEANDDONUTS! Lauren has to be one of the best, if not the best cashier there. She always has a smile while serving you, and always has a great attitude towards her work. I’m glad that I come here on my way home from school, because the outside has a nice patio that is not crowded like Starbucks. The free Wifi is a huge plus! Now on to the coffee. The coffee is very comparable to Starbucks Pike’s Roast, maybe even better. Just make sure to get it when its freshly brewed.

My first experience with DD was actually in Chicago a year and a half ago. Such a delightful experience! When I visited NY a few months ago, it was amazing to see DD’s strong East Coast presence including a commercial for them at NY’s iconic Times Square. DD is gradually making its presence in California. On the way home to Los Angeles from the Inland Empire, what a pleasure to see that DD is was not far off the 10 West. Another crazy thing to see is that this DD exists in the same shopping plaza as Handel’s Ice Cream.(Handel’s is another great dessert/ice cream story in itself. Will save that for another review.) Anyway, I digress. To me, DD is more than just donuts. I am a fan of their various types of Munchkin donut holes from the jelly filled, coconut, regular, etc. But, I do enjoy the yummy coffee and choices of breakfast sandwiches. For me, the choices of ice lattes are great. I favor the caramel latte or the Dunkin cappuchino. Their hash browns are more like tater tots with some seasoning. And I love tater tots! I can eat a breakfast sandwich anytime of day from the croissants to the chicken salad sandwiches. Enjoyable to have the options of great coffee, breakfast, and a variety of donuts. This Upland DD was a good one to visit. Whenever in this area, I will definitely return. DD, welcome to California! Cheers! Thanks for reading!

They should upgrade this ratings to 0 stars . Have you been to an ice cream place that has no ice cream? Or to a taco place that runs out of tacos ? Well ! yep, this is the place where something like that can happen. Or may I say. Always happens !!! Every time we Come here they’re out of donuts. But forget that ! How about getting the nastiest service in town? This place is so bad ! Rude plain nasty !

Love dunkin donuts. Yummy coffee donuts and food without all the fancy stuff and for a «keeping it real» price. Grabbed a half dozen donuts, two sandwiches, 2 coffees, pound of coffee, and an iced tea. Yum! It’s a must stop off the 10 freeway

Absolutely beautiful store. I didn’t know donut shops could look like that. The outdoor seating area seemed fit for a very nice restaurant. It was a great place to catch up with my dad… We grabbed a cup of coffee and some donut holes. The employee there was very nice and gave us samples as well. Great customer service, aesthetically pleasing store. I definitely want to come back here to hang out/study.

I’ve been coming to the IE for my doctors appointments for over 2 years and barely realized there was a DD?!! Shame on me! Especially since we get off Mountain to go to My Delight! I feel so stupid! I thought the only time I’d be able to get DD was in Bakersfield going to Vegas! I stumbled upon this DD after coming out of Home Depot which is literally across the street! I was really taken back how clean the outside and the inside was! I felt like I was in a Starbucks it was that clean! The staff is very friendly and engaging! I do wish I had seen a tip cup(I enjoy tipping unlike others –__-) They made my drink perfectly just like the Bakersfield location! I’m sad that DD is starting to build around my area since I’m moving out of state soon :( Thank you DD for making my iced coffee on point! ^___^

Before they opened up I was super excited to try it out! Always wanted to try and gave it a try on their opening day. It was 7 am when I got there and the line was looped around the building with people standing and also the drive thru was super busy. Saw news reporters that were outside trying i interview people and I tried really hard to hide from the camera. Just wanted to see what the hype was about since everyone talked about it went crazy when first store in California opened up. I recall having Dunkin Donut in Korea and they had unique flavors like banana and green tea. While I was in line the workers came outside and asked who wanted to get a dozen. So I raised my hand and they brought me a paper that had all the donuts and they took the order right there. When I went to the register the donut was already packed and just paid and left. Free coffee they gave out for opening day was burned and donuts were super oily. My drive home from the store was 5 minutes and my box were already soaked in oil. Had half of their donut and for a whole day the oil smell kept coming up. Doubt that I’ll go back to try it anytime soon.

The first time I ever had Dunkin’ Donuts was in Vegas before the numerous stores in California opened. They set the standard for how the donuts should taste like as well as their coffee. When I found out that there will be one closer to where I am, I was excited. However, judging by the taste and the consistency, it was just OK to me. With that said though, I would come back because their donuts don’t feel too oily to me and not as sweet as Krispy Kreme’s donuts. They have a variety of flavors that are different– few kinds of sprinkles, cream-filled, etc. They also have promotions going on if you’re enrolled in their DD program! Parking is in a big lot with other stores/restaurants. It is located in the same plaza as Handel’s ice cream. There’s also a drive-thru!

I’ve been to this location numerous times since they’ve opened. I’ve always had a pleasant experience until yesterday. I stopped by the drive thru and orders a sausage croissant combo with hash browns and iced coffee. When I drove away and As I reached my destination, eager to enjoy my breakfast, I opened the wrapper to find that I got a plain raisin bagel. I was disappointed and upset to say the least. I’m not a fan of raisin bagels and to make things worse they didn’t even give me cream cheese. Immediately I called and spoke with Monica the manager, I explained what happened and she empathized with me and offered to comp me a meal on my next visit. I just went in now to have my meal replaced and the ready in giving them 4 stars is because Monica saw to it that my terrible experience was corrected.

I am genuinely disappointed in their iced coffee!!! I’ve heard so much good things about it and have been waiting for them to come back to the west coast so I can finally give it a try and I am beyond sad about it. It literally tastes like coffee dirt water… It’s extremely watery and tastes like the water that they used to wash the coffee grounds container or something. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t drink more than 5 sips(yes, I kept trying and kept getting the same results!). Bottom of the container with some grounds and dirt taste is definitely NOT how I wanted to start my day. Thank goodness for the donuts to save them some stars! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not mad because I need coffee and I can’t get it. I’m mad because I GOT what I thought was good coffee and turns out to be what’s left of it.

I got the combo #1. I got a iced chocolate chip latte with two glazed donuts. I usually get Dunkin Donuts when I’m in Las Vegas so I was glad to see one so close by to me. It’s near the old Honeybaked Ham near Michaels and Handels ice cream. They take card.

****COFFEEREVIEWONLY. DOUGHNUTSOROTHERITEMSNOTREVIEWED**** I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location during its«Grand Opening». I wasn’t here for the doughnuts, I was here for the coffee that I’ve heard so much about. Even while I waited in line, a man from Connecticut was telling me that the coffee was the best. The guy behind him in line said the same thing, offering a suggestion, «Get it black though. That’s the best way.» Being a black coffee drinker, I was excited to get my hands on a cup of fresh, black coffee. The coffee I was served this morning was what I’d like to call«Coffee Flavored Water». There’s nothing bold or rich about it. I can’t taste any flavor developed through roasting of beans. There’s no slight bitterness or creamy/thick mouth feel. I’m seriously tasting water with a hint of coffee flavor. I even ordered«1 almond milk» in my coffee and couldn’t even taste a HINT of that(Don’t ask me how they determine what«1 almond milk» is, but they charge .50 for one). Never have I been so disappointed. I know I got my coffee during a grand opening where the line was out the door. Perhaps since they were giving away free coffee all morning, they had trouble keeping up with demand and didn’t add enough beans to the pot(in case your wondering, I’m not complaining about free coffee, cuz’ I didn’t opt for the free cup, I paid a full $ 3.01 for a large… which is a full .06 more than I pay every morning for my «Venti» with soy at Starbucks). Either way, if you want to impress people to come back, make sure you’ve got the coffee coming out as best as you can make it(because I seriously HOPE they can make it better). When you can make a cup of coffee at home using grocery store brand coffee in your coffee pot, it really hurts you in the wallet to pay for what I had to drink this morning. The lucky winner who slept out in front of the store all night in a tent was so kind that he gave away all of his winnings(free coffee«for a year» coupons). If I would have sampled the coffee before winning that prize, I’d have gladly given it away as well. I didn’t have any doughnuts this morning, but I’ll be back with the wife and child to have them give me some input on the doughnuts(and maybe take a few nibbles myself). Maybe the doughnuts will help me change my mind about this place. For right now, on coffee alone, I’m sticking to other coffee and doughnut shops in the area.
