Where do I start? Came here about 30 minutes ago through the drive thru. Girl taking my order was having a difficult time as I could tell… No customer service. Takes my order, 15 minutes in line. Pull up reviews my order and takes my card. I get my order with no fries and burger with onion rings after I said, no sauce or pinion rings. Come back inside to ask for my fries and ask for her name. Alexis. Young girl felt bad for her. Inside floors looked a mess and windows dirty. I ask for a manager and she tell me I don’t work here… Lol WOW Carl’s Jr. this is a shame I would never step foot here again.

David was not happy here. He came to this location and it took awhile to get his order all the while three of the employees were chatting away not getting his order ready. His chicken tenders were not fresh he noticed they were taken from the cold rack and his burger was made sloppily. No thank you. There’s other better Carl’s jrs out there. Shitty service. Ask for the 4 for 4 deal. Get a small ass drink. Suppose to 16 oz. they give you kids cup as your drink. Why I came here … Shitty service. They’re all cheap asses trying to save a buck.

Jesse is awesome and friendly. I came around 3 am hungry, tired, grouchy and was able to cheer me up by just taking my order. Great customer service and best burgers, specially coupons if you’re on a budget, very happy customer.

Came in to try the $ 4 for 4 deal, which comes with a spicy chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger, small fry, and 16oz drink — I even asked the cashier if they had the deal and she agreed. After I paid she handed me a kid size (8oz cup). I let her know that the deal offered a 16oz drink, but she insisted that this location is «only a franchise» and their deals are «adjusted». I don’t understand why she couldn’t have let me know prior to paying instead of cowering in the back –_​– Not only was the meal «adjusted», the fries were not fresh. Only good thing about the meal was the spicy chicken sandwich… if anything.

Very poor customer service skills at this location. Was given a smaller cup when I ordered a 16 ounce drink. Customers should not be charged for something that is not provided. I was the only customer in line yet it took 10 minutes for 1 spicy chicken sandwich. Sandwich tasted hard and overcooked. Will not be returning.

Stopped by and ordered the 4.00 real deal advertised on TV it comes with a small drink, fries, cheeseburger and spicy chicken sandwich. However this location gives you a kids drink instead of a small, when I asked if it was a mistake I was told by employee that because they are a franchise they substitute the kids drink for the small drink. The drink was not the worse part though, the fries where soggy and old, and the bread on the chicken sandwich was stale. Needless to say never coming back to this location again.

This place is probably the worst Carl Jr I’ve been through, inside was dirty I ordered a all natural mushroom and Swiss burger, 2 fries and a drink. It took forever to get, and the food I received was cold and had these weird pimple looking things on the burger I lost my appetite immediately and went to vomit. Terrible

This particular location is grossly OVERPRICED! They charge $ 6 for a reg teriyaki burger & No it’s not one of their so-​called Six Dollar burgers. I got the same thing today in Hermosa Beach for $ 4.25 tax included. A burger combo should not be $ 11! Shame on you!

Stopped here in our way to the dodger game. Major mistake. Was sick all night and into today. All I had to eat yesterday was a protein shake in the morning so I was starving. Got a super star and a western bacon cheeseburger, soda and fries. This pain in my stomach sucks. Never again Carls Jr. I’m done with fast food.

Best deal at Carl’s Jr are the coupons you get in the mail or in the Sunday paper. Great is two famous star burgers for 2 for $ 3.00 with the use of the coupon that’s a good deal to use if you have couple of bucks in your pocket…

food is pretty good as every Carl seems to be
Although one thing is that it was pretty messy here as if it hasn’t been swept all day

Ever since the remodel of the restaurant the service from the management has improved. Of course there might be that one employee who is not efficient but overall my dining experience is great.
The food is hot and fresh and the tables are always clean. Big plus for the salsa bar!
Drive thru and dining area is open 24⁄7 for you night owls and there’s never a problem finding parking.
