Jamba Juice

My family and I very much enjoy Jamba Juice. I live and work close to Jamba locations. The closest to my home is the Monterey Park location. I am always happy with the service and taste of my drinks. They are consistent and I appreciate that. I often order orange c booster, pomegranate, surf rider, and the strawberry banana smoothie. My husband works near the commerce location and same satisfaction. I work near the montebello location and it is the worst Jamba location we’d ever purchased from. Multiple times I have came to see if the location has improved. Today was the last time my family purchases here. Sad because its close to my work and wished I could use it during lunch hours. The montebello location taste is NEVER consistent, the service is much slower than other locations and the shop is alway less busy. I don’t understand the Monterey park location is always busy but the service is quickly without decline in taste. The montebello one is slow and the drinks don’t taste good. I give up. Wished every Jamba location had the same taste and same high quality service. Montebello location need much improvement

I don’t normally give 1 star reviews on branded stores cause their products all taste the same. However, I gave this review because they are terribly understaffed. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon just after lunch time and there was only 1 staff member working. During that time there were maybe 4 – 6 customers orders. So after placing my order the other customers orders rolled in. I could tell the employee was getting overwhelmed.
She made my yogurt bowl however, more customers wanted to order. Instead of having them wait she attended them. (That’s something I would have done) I mean the only reason I’m writing about this is because by the time I got my bowl maybe 15 – 20 mins later. It turned into soup. The fruit completely sank in and «yogurt» just melted. I mean I only live .3 miles away and I’m pretty sure my bowl melted waiting for her to be superwoman. Girl… managements needs to get you some help. (I would have loved to work for Jamba Juice, too bad they never called me back when I applied)

Went to this Jamba Juice at 7:45pm, woman looked like she was in a hurry to close. I ordered 2 smoothies they tasted terrible very bitter. Very unpleasant experience.

Went at 6:40 am and it was still closed; it says on the Jamba Juice website that they open at 6:30am but at the store it says 7:00am.

Worst jamba juice ever!!! I don’t even know why they are open. They never have oatmeal & slowest customer service ever. I don’t even know why I bother coming back. Never again.

Did Jamba Juice change their ingredients or is this location cutting corners?! I ordered a strawberries wild smoothie and I watched the worker put a lot of water into the blender instead of apple juice! Their menu says it should have strawberries, bananas, and apple juice but there was no apple juice whatsoever! The drink tasted disgusting! Within a couple minutes the water started separating from the rest of the drink and it ended up looking like one of those cheap boba place smoothies! I expected a lot more from Jamba since I paid a lot more for Jamba! Needless to say, this was beyond disappointing and I won’t be coming back.

I went to get my usual green juice, I usually go to another location but I didn’t want to drive there today and this one is a block away my house. So I order a great green juice and a kids strawberry smoothie, for my son, the two member that were there around 11am two females, they one of them didn’t know how to make the smoothie, and the juice it was really watery it has no taste, because that’s my usual one and I know how it taste, so I ask if she could make it better because it taste like cucumber water, her respond was «no, I can’t that’s the way it taste» but I said no this is not how it taste, but she didn’t want to do it again so I just left with my flavor water so I know this location just open but what can I do. So too bad I cant give a no start. Just wonder if mangers are doing something about it.

Slow and horrible service… I had 30 minutes to kill to be somewhere, so I stopped in to grab a quick drink togo. Waited 25 min in line and left without ordering. At the rate this ship was running, it was probably another 20 min left just to place an order. I had to leave. You made me late.
In fairness it looked like a bunch of overpriveleged bastards that clearly weren’t for around these parts ordering in front of me. What does it have to do with this review? Nothing. But I’ll blame them as well for wasting my time.

Really slow. They haven’t fully memorized how to make the drinks. There were a bunch of people ahead of us but it took them a while to make the drinks. My smoothie was not fully blended. You can see the ice cream and fruit chunks on my picture. I took it home and blended it myself.

I understand this location just opened but they should focus more on training the staff on being more professional/​ethical. I rather drive to another location. Horrible customer service

Great spot… nice place… very clean! Customer service was nice!!! They have an amazing orange juicer!!!

Today was the first time I’ve been here and it’s perfect, as soon as you step in you notice how clean it is. The girl at the register I think her name was Celine was really helpful and polite all the employees seemed nice. Service was really quick too I would definitely recommend this jamba to all my co workers since I work near by. Overall great experience at this jamba.

I LOVED IT HERE!!! Vanessa was so helpful from the beginning of giving directions to get there it could’ve been easy for her to just give attitude and not help. But she went beyond and helped even if it meant using her own phone. We got there and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful. THANKS FOR THE HELP LADIES!

I’ve been here a few times since the store opened and the store is always clean. Staff is friendly and greets me every time I walk in. I’ve become a familiar face which is great because the person on register greets me by my name and already has an idea of what I’m looking for! By far the best Jamba Juice I’ve visited.

I’ve come here twice and I understand they just opened, but the employees are still very lost on the products amd very slow at taking and making your order. The girl at the register looked at me like I was dumb because I ordered saying original size and Power size. I guess this store or all stores no longer have their sizes that way. The guy behind making the drinks cake around to my side to see if it cups were labeled the way I was ordering. They laughed a bit at me. It was rude. I hope as the staff gets use to doing their job the service will improve. Hopefully, because I love Jamba Juice.
