I got here at 830 and they were already closed(doors locked). Business hours state they close at 9. So disappointing.

This place clearly states on the door and online that they close at 9pm. I’m walking up to the door at 830 pm and they already had door locked and started turning off the lights as I reached the door. Don’t think I’ll be returning. Seems like an unreliable business if you can’t keep to your closing times.

Went here on a recent weekday afternoon. Place looked/smelled recently cleaned. My order was ready shortly after I ordered it. The chicken, brown rice, and veggies were all fresh. The flavor was good. Staff was nice.

I’m a regular customer. I am concerned, I don’t normally complain. This location is need of having proper management in placed. The restaurant displays uncleanness, tables, flooring. I have to bring to the attention of the serving person(Ana). Today’s waiting time was more then normal after the peek hour time(2:30pm). Food was served cold. Perhaps the district manager should go under cover and observe the conditions of this location. I’ve gone to other locations and this location is much far the dirtiest of all. I went to this location in Montebello on Saturday night. We got there about 8:30. When we went to order the first thing the cashier told us was we had to take our food to go because they were closing. That to me is very poor customer service because they don’t close until 9. She also told us they were out of meat so we could only order chicken which was another bummer! While waiting for our food I notice how trashed the restaurant looked. The trash was over flowing, the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in days, and the island with the utensils really need to be restocked. We received our food and went home. Finally ready to eat and we noticed how terrible our food looked. The chicken was burned and it wasn’t the usual filled up bowls that we normally get. There was harldy any food in it. We were very disappointed with the service and quality of our meal. Not sure if I want to go back to this location after our experience.

I should’ve check my food before I drove off the parking lot. I sent my brother to purchase a chicken bowl with brown rice, broccoli and no onions while I waited in my car. I got home and the portion in the bowl were ridiculous. I only had 6 small pc of broccoli. The rice portion was small. The bowl was half full/empty. The taste was ok. I might return because it’s near my house and give them a second chance. I usually go to flame broiler by my job in Whittier and the portions there are decent and staff is super friendly!

I came in to purchase two chicken bowls and finished ordering at 7:32. 20 minutes later and still no order available for pick-up. The cook was working hard and even took some orders while the server Julianne stood around doing nothing. I had to approach her to see what was happening with our food. After that she was able to put together multiple bowls and finally get us out of the store. I along with other customers finally received our meals. 7:56 pm and I’m finally leaving the store, almost 30 minutes and not busy may I and. But I am very disappointed with the pace and service provided. Service rating one star for montebello location Food taste: 3 ½ stars. I order the chicken bowl or plates

I’ll admit i dont always go out of my way to write a good review. But this flame broiler is the reason i opened this Unilocal account. The service is second to none. The cooks do a good job cooking the meat thoroughly and it comes out tasting great every time thanks to julio. I never have to wait long for my order. The restaurant is the clenliest out of all the flame broilers and what can i say about the service. Ashleys enthusiasm is contagious and Alejandra is the constant profesional with a smile that can light up the grill and has the charisma to match. Didn’t care for her clown socks tho. I see myself becoming a regular at this establishment. Keep up the good work.

This is the second time that I’ve notice the unsafe food practices we order chicken bowls the guy literally took out cold already cooked chicken and grilled it for a little bit and used it on some customers food! I’m assuming igot the same thing really sad second time we order bowls without onions he made a mistake pulled out the onions and placed them back into the already diced onion that’s serious cross contamination. The customer service is horrendous texting while working taking pics in the back no thank’s you they simply just don’t care for customers we decided to not come back and waste our money somewhere else.

I love flame broiler just not this location Worst customer service ever. Manager is only concerned with keeping the servings to the minimum. I go to flame broiler every day sometimes 2x a day. But this location has been the worst one by far. I know how much the portions should be and all the bowls here are half empty.

Food was burnt and was not fresh. I Asked for another dish and was told by the cashier«I have to ask because you already ate some of the chicken.» What? Cashier didn’t even say sorry for the crappy meat that«we served you.» She Gave me a «look» despite the fact that I asked nicely. This isn’t free food, don’t treat me as if you’re doing me the favor just saying… not returning to this location!

This cashier name Alejandra has very poor customer service. Does not greet every customer when the location isn’t as busy. She tries to make you feel stupid. She rushes your order. I told her thank you and just literally almost threw the receipt at me. I use to love this location but people like this need more specific training.

Today is 12÷4÷1211:40 am. The service here is horrible and under staffed. The young girl taking our order was too bust flirting with a male from best buy and seemed unhappy that she had to work. I will not be coming back here again.

You are greeted with a girl who is constantly having a conversation(non work related) with the cook in the back. She then goes on her phone and on to snapchat to check her latest stories. Not so sure how she got the job.
