worse service ever. just left this darn place and i get that jack is a clown head but they have clowns working behind the scenes. starting with management, to cashier’s, to people behind the grills/​flat tops. overall service is a –10. incompetence is top of the list here. orders are taken wrong multiple times, customers in the drive through leave without what they had ordered due to lack of top notch customer service, when ordering you have to repeat your order multiple times to the microphone and to the clown at the window pretending to take your order. i can honestly say that the only management they do have is manage to mess up your order, god forbid you address their lack of awareness to pay close attention to «customers» and their lack of detail, the employees give you top notch attitude and who knows if the put a little extra snot in your supposed correction meal, or they add extra junk like onion or sauce to an order that didn’t require that.
do not make the same mistake and go to this jack. these kids lack stern leadership.

The wait for my order didn’t take long, and the environment was pretty clean, the only complaint is that it really seems like Jack In the Box doesn’t care much for the quality of their value menu anymore. The chicken burgers had a smudge of mayo and a small leaf of lettuce, but besides that tasted fine.

I am actually a fan of this Jack in The Box, they are usually quick and get my order right. AND every thing has always been fresh. I like!

This place totally destroyed my love for the Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack Burger! The burger was perfect and delicious when I bought it from the Rosemead chain on San Gabriel Blvd. However, the one here came out all dry and and lacked its famous garlic-​herb buttery juicy taste. Even the bacon mayo sauce was saltier. What a shame … a sad day!

Bad customer service coming from the manager! On Monday 28 She took my order by DT and as I drove away I notice I was missing my tacos and she had charged me for them. I was already late to work and I just wanted a refund and well she gave me an annoyed face expression and she told the other employee in Spanish «just give it to her» bad customer service skills from the manager because all the other employees were nice. She was rude:(never again!

For 3 piece Jalapeño poppers, chicken sandwich and a drink it was over $ 7! I got 4 poppers in my 3 pack, cool. As I’m sipping on my iced tea, I noticed a dead ant on the inside of the cup, GROSS! Poppers were ok, Chicken Sandwich was the smallest I have ever seen and a tiny piece of lettuce and the chicken patty was half as thin as a normal one. Should of hit up the taco shop across the street.

Incompetent employees. Gross food prep. I know it’s a entry level job but how hard is it to not prepare food grossly? EPIC FAIL!!!

Today I Stopped by your restaurant to get some food for my family and I was really impressed to see how your customer service has improved. The supervisor Kenny was very helpful and was able to give me different options to choose from. To management team keep up hiring employees that go above and beyond for the customers. Thank you Kenny we’re definitely going back.

I’m not eater a burger. But that time they do some different.

Late night customer service is great and that’s the only reason I’m giving them 5 star’s. Supervisor managed to calm down a hysterical customer with ease this weekend. Ha.

Great service great food, over all had such a great experience. Everyone is very friendly.

11:40am best service, breakfast burrito and thee best Iced Mocha out of all the Jack in the Boxes!

Like any other Jack in the Box, so you know what you’re getting. I prefer Jack to McD’s any day of the week. Only issue I’ve had with this location is that on at least 2 occasions, they’ve forgotten items when going through the drive thru. Just make sure you get everything you ordered in the bag before driving away.

Ok so I came here 11÷1÷14 1:45 got 3 orders waited n all wrong. I wasted money on food that was all wrong. Threw it awY. I got a sandwich with an egg. I wanted a jumbo jack ! My friends orders were all wrong. All of us were hurried n very much disappointed. I never want to come here again! We spent over 20 $ n got food we didn’t order, or want! Worse experience ever! Should’ve went across the street!

Last night my wife and I went to Jack in the Box just to get a quick snack from the dollar value menu and seeing new items..

I dropped by about 6am this morning looking forward to trying one of their new breakfast burritos, The Meat Lover. To my surprise, they did not have breakfast burritos this morning.
How does JIB that advertises breakfast served all day not have breakfast burritos in the morning?

Good service except unsanitary food handling… needs to be review by management. After handling money, credit cards and taking order, server wasn’t wearing gloves and having direct contact to food.
I requested for new fries and was giving satifactory service. But everything else is fine that I know of.

I never really liked Jack in the Box but the fries and tacos. Which is exactly what I ordered. The fries were SUPER OVER SALTED. I LITERALLY TOOK EACH FRY AN SHOOK IT ONE BY ONE TO TRY TO REMOVE THE SALT.
Freaken horrible.
The water that is next to the lemonade dispenser was also warm. So ice is required.
