Are you sure it’s love potion #6 !!? I think it need change the name to ice potion #One. I did complain it had too much ice, when I finished saying, he said«what ?» Just like he doesn’t pay attention to what I saying, I think he doesn’t care. When the drink cost $ 5 dollar I don’t want just brought a lot of ice!

The food Herr is on point. The crispy tofu comes with a sweet savory sauce and the popcorn chicken is crispy and piping hot. The quality is amazing but its on the expensive side.

It’s a busy day, but still there is not an excuse to refuse to fill an order. I ordered a drink. After I finished the drink I want to order a crushed ice. But Steven refused to order for me. He said the bar was too busy. After half hour there was only 2 people in line, he still refused to order for us. We just went to Pheonix next door. They welcome us!

I come to Ten Ren quite often for tea. Their honey green Tea is really good. The place is clean and I enjoy the seating. Not a bad place to hang out and it feels a lot roomy than most other tea houses.

I ordered a gallon of milk green tea and they short filled my gallon. It’s clearly short by at least a full cup. If I’m being charged the full price, how about filling it up all the way? The drinks are great here though! However, if you’re an addict like me, don’t order the gallon. You’re not saving any money.

In the morning this spot is pretty slow. I usually go to the ten Ren in Rowland hts at night in the diamond plaza. I was passing by this location and needed my fix for tea. A few times already I get there when they open and it still takes 10mins to get a drink. This place doesn’t top off your drinks with more tea either. Usually the other locations I go to they top it off. The drinks end up too sweet for me. I’d they only added a little more tea…

Always coming here for an iced almond milk tea! I’ve tasted almond milk tea at many other spots but this place by far makes it the best! Wifi is free during the week Monday through Friday!

I love this place. Is it more pricy than other tea houses? Yes Is it worth it? Yes! The quality here is superb and you can taste the actual tea. They do use syrups for flavoring so be aware but the tea itself is good. Also, the snacks are bomb. Get the Salt Salt Shaved Snow… This thing is AMAAZING!!!

Located conveniently inside the mall with on site parking. We came here for some snacks, and tried the popcorn chicken and takoyaki balls. You get to choose between half size and full size, which is great if you want to try a little bit of different snacks. The popcorn chicken was bite-size, the batter isn’t too thick, and the meat is very tender. The takoyaki balls are delicious! There are squid bits inside the balls, and the sauce on top of the balls are delicious as well. Very high quality snacks. It might be difficult to get a seat since there are many students studying here. Next time when we are in the area, will definitely come back to try their drinks.

I’m a fan of this place. Been here a few times and I am glad to write an overall positive review. I would say service, food quality, and drink quality has improved over the past couple of years. Today, I tried the Beef Stew Noodles and a honey green tea with grass jelly. The noodles were good as the ample chunks of beef were tender and the spiciness just right(for me — I would say medium spicy). The noodles were soft with just enough texture to avoid a soggy experience. The veggies tasted fresh and I felt there was an appropriate ratio between veggies, beef, and noodles. It was a tad oily, but not overwhelming. The tea was good too. It was a bit sweet, but I did not request half sugar. The tea had a nice fresh brew taste and the grass jelly sealed the expected bitterness. Overall, I would order it again, but half sweet. Service was friendly and prompt. I came during the busy lunch period. Parking is difficult at Atlantic Times Square, but this issue applies to any store in this shopping center. An option is park right on Atlantic since Ten Ren faces the street. Enjoy.

Hello my Unilocalies, Killing some times before the movies? Why not grab a boba drink and some snacks! First time at this location. Parking here is very convenient since it’s located in the Atlantic square plaza, right in front of AMC. They have a huge parking lot right underground with 2 floors, so that’s definitely a plus! The restaurant is pretty much newly remodeled. It is very cozy and perfect for studying, or just catching up with some friends. I order the milk ice drink with black sugar with pudding and boba. I like this because you get to pick 2 out of 3 toppings which is included in the drink. I don’t usually get this because it is a little fattening for me but hey. Sometimes you just need to enjoy life and get whatever you want. The drink was very well made, I got the regular size and it was bigger than I thought so I’m glad I didn’t get the large. Their boba was perfectly sweetened as for the pudding, I also got it ½ sweeten and it was definitely enough, I’m glad I didn’t got it the regular sweet because it’s already super sweet. My friend got the minced pork with rice, it looked pretty decent but I kind of wish that they give more meat sauce, because at the end there were just too much rice left over. The meat was perfectly seasoned, and not too salty, I’ve been to many places where it’s way too salted. It also comes with an egg and pickle veggies pretty alright for $ 6 with the extra egg. Decent service, you can tell the server know what they’re doing. Overall, 4 stars for service, 3 stars for food/drink, 4 stars for decorations and 5 stars for cleanliness. Will come back if I ever need to kill some time before the movies! :)

Although more known for their teas, Ten Ren also offers a grand selection of Taiwanese style foods on their menu. I decided to try their hot pot. You get your choice of meat and soup flavor. Then you can add on a la cart me items such as mini corn, fish balls, and etc. the soup I ordered was the Taiwanese Satay. It was exactly what you’d expect in flavor as the satay sauce. Everything was decent, but I prefer Jazz Cat’s more. Service was good and they don’t rush you to leave. My friends and I were there for at least 2 to 3 hours because we did a Christmas gift exchange there after we finished eating. The added bonus of this place was that the tables had charging stations for your phones. Every type of cable you can imagine all in this cool box!

Went last night for a night cap, didn’t have to wait for a party of three. Our order was taken right away. I got the green almond milk tea with half sugar and egg pudding. My friend asked for water as well, but it was never brought to her so she got up and got it herself. I’m sure maybe this is the type of place where you grab your own water because there was a water dispenser and blue cups nearby on the counter. My drink arrived, I also got it with light ice. I’m glad they honored the easy ice, but my drink wasn’t filled to the top. It was also super sweet despite my half sugar request. I can’t imagine what it’d be like if I had it regular. Anyway, loud environment, decent drink. I’d return, but I’d ask for a quarter sugar next time.

After lunch drink on Wednesday, 11÷4÷15 This place is located in the plaza with 24 Hour Fitness, Curry House, Daiso, and lots of other shops and restaurants. Parking wasn’t too crowded since it’s mid week. They usually have a drink sample near the entrance. We walked and were greeted promptly. It was a busy day and most customers had occupied tables with their study material and laptops. We ordered our drinks to go but it still took some time. Seems like the baristas were new because they were working a bit slow. I ordered the pudding teaser and it was delicious. It tasted like pudding in a drink form. I haven’t tried any food items at this location but from another location in Rowland Heights, the food was great. I would come back again for drinks and when I find time, maybe for food too.

I’ve been here a lot so I think it is about time I say something about it. PARKING Free parking! Park as long as you like unlike the other nonsense structures elsewhere. It may be hard to find parking during meal hours or when a big movie comes out. INTERIOR/EXTERIOR Small tea shop located right in front of the theater. Pretty modern interior — bright and welcoming inside. Cozy in the winter, a lot of sunshine and a little heat in the summer. Many tables available and several outlet plugs as well. Restrooms are in the back, and are clean majority of the time. MENU A lot of choices. Take advantage of their lunch/dinner specials where you order any entrée and get a house tea(green, black, milk, green milk tea) for $ 1.50 only. They have two menus — main menu and the local menu! For food, I’d recommend Popcorn Chicken, Three Flavor Chicken, Chicken Fillet, or any of their sizzling platters. They also have hot pots which is always great to share with someone on a chilly winter evening! As for drinks, I’ll break it down to top three for each category in my book: + Regular teas: Honey Apple, Honey Lemon, Love Potion #6 + Milk teas: Green Milk Tea, Earl Grey, Roasted Oolong + Teazers: Matcha, Taro, Thai Tea SERVICE Everyone is friendly and nice. New trainees every now and then.

I’m so sad that the first non-alcoholic, non-water drink I’ve had in a while ended up being a thai tea teazer. It’s essentially a slushie. The drink took at least 10 minutes and the first sip I had was absolutely… underwhelming. The slushie tasted like… sweet nothing. No pun intended but really, I could taste the sweetness of the tea(even when I had gotten no sugar) but the slushie froth itself tasted like nothing. Essentially it was a mouthful of stuff that tasted like ice. Only after the whole thing melted a bit, did the leftover liquid actually taste like thai tea, which I had wanted from the start. However, I stayed here for around 4 hours using their wifi and doing some work so I do feel bad. It seemed like the place was constantly busy, though I will never know why.

Always having a great time here. WIFI Good drinks, a lot of choices Great place to hang out GREATMUSIC I just sometimes think the food could be fresher. Ohh and I think one most important advise for all TenRen location. They should actively target the people who can’t drink milk and give them more option and especially mentioning on the menu what’s dairy free and what’s not, because I always have to ask if the milk is dairy free. I usually end up drinking something without milk and normally the drinks with milk are the better one.

After visiting several Ten Ren’s across SoCal and I’ve come to enjoy each and every one of them, I decided to visit this place before I head to work. I always order different drinks at every location. Not all of them make their drinks the same. For instance, I like the Strawberry Slush from Chinatown, the Matcha Teazer from W. Main St in Alhambra, and the Mango Milk Icee from E. Main St in Alhambra(kind of odd how there are two locations on the same street, and they’re practically like 5 blocks away from each other. lol) etc. At this location, I was being a fatass that day, and ordered 3 drinks. 1) Honeydew Teazer 2) Mango Oolong I originally ordered 2 drinks, only because i wanted a teazer while driving to work and wanted to save the Oolong tea for lunch time because it’s an iced drink so it wouldn’t matter if the ice melted like the teazer would(slush.) Basically, I got the 3rd drink because I saw a sample stand behind me while I was waiting for my drinks and I tried it and I LOVEIT! 3) Passon Fruit Mango Broooo… it was so freaking BOMB! I never really ordered anything fused with passion fruit but this was amazeballs! It had the right amount of sweetness to it, and the tanginess was tart like. Very good! I’m happy with all the drinks I ordered here! TMI!!! Although it got me running to the bathroom like every 15 minutes still lovely! LOL This may be my favorite Ten Ren in SoCal! I have yet to try their food. I’ve never dined in at a tea spot before. I may give it a shot if I ever come back around here! I’m always at this plaza shopping around at Daiso, or dining at Tasty Garden and what not. Drinks and Service I will definitely give 5 stars! Thanks for being so kind and patient with my indecisive ass! hahaha

Great place to go after watching a movie at the Atlantic AMC, that way you can rehash all the details over some boba. I watched a later showing of a movie, so by the time I got out the kitchen was closed. The staff was considerate and let us know as soon as we stepped though the door. We were okay with no snacks anyways just drinks. On to the boba, what can I say Ten Ren is pricier but established and delivers on it’s value. You get tons of flavors and styles of preparation, it’s awesome really a place you don’t mind showing to people new to boba so they understand the appeal.
