Brenda at CCG is an absolute gem. I had major issues with a different shower door/​glass company in Salinas which I would never use again. I found out about CCG and called them to make an appointment to adjust my frameless glass shower door. Response was fantastic and from one day to the next my issue was resolved. Their technician Robert came by and fixed my door which was off kilter & his personality and professionalism were awesome. Great overall experience and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to all of my friends and family.

We hired CCG to do a VERY unusual project, a safety window for the «tiger exhibit» in our zoo so that the children in our community could come nose to nose with our tigers… Other glass companies ran from the project as it was we are a non-​profit without lots of $$$ to spare and it did require all to think a bit outside the box. It required extra time in researching other zoo’s exhibits, safety protocols etc… They did all of that and took great pride in helping us accomplish the project WITHOUT turning the project into a confusing nightmare. They simply helped us get it done and in the end, it turned out nothing short of perfect. We invite all to visit our Monterey Zoo FB page to see the good work CCG did for us.

RUN RUN RUN don’t walk from this business!!! You should NOT, by any means, do business with this place. The office staff is rude, they lie and will not listen to complaints. They hang up the phone on customers, threaten customers, and pretend to be people that they are not and, if you ask to talk to whoever is I charge, they will hang up the phone on you!!! The installers are very nice people but, unfortunately, you have to deal with a rude and lying office staff to get to the installers. You’ll be very sorry if you hire this company! Be forewarned
