Subway

This is the best subway in the area. They are super fast and efficient. And it’s clean. I lower my rating from five stars because they were out of tea. But they were busy.
I saw them do one big thing differently than other subways Maybe it was key to them handling a lot of people fast but it’s counterintuitive. They did not take an assembly line approach the same person stuck with making the same sandwich all the way. Even if you ordered more than one. It was so much faster. No bottlenecks.

I went there today with my 3 kids, who love Subway. We have 4 other locations to compare to this one. They were super busy for 1 pm on a Sunday, but then I came to realize that the worker on the line was super slow… Not great at listening, not concerned, and flaky. Worker at the register was speedy but overwhelmed with a growing line of customers and complaints from others about a broken ice machine and all while trying to deal with a water leak. They were significantly understaffed and the owner needs to do some checking in. The lack of care will likely make me and my kids find a better Subway.

I loved this place throughout high school and through college then up until 2011. I left for grad school at that time. This place was clean and the employees were amazing back then. I would not have dreamed of going to another Subway at the time. The employees knew who I was and would start working on my subs if they saw me walking to the store from the parking lot.
Now, it is 2015 and it has degraded a bit — sadly. It is not as clean as before and the employees are not that upbeat as before. It is understandble as time went by, but as someone who has seen the beginning to what it is now is a bit disappointing. However, I can say that the subs are the same! The food does not really change — just how the subs are made. The subs are still made well — compared to this one subway in DC where they threw the toppings into the sub like it was a pitching range.
I do miss the old times.

I confirm, the place is really clean and staffs very nice. It is a place I always go when I feel like having a sandwich.

Always friendly staff, could not ask for better. Always fresh ingredients which is why I go here and not the other one closer to my house.
