Sam’s Club

This Sam’s has a nice, open layout. I notice they rotate their selection, so sometimes they have what I want, then they will go months without having it, then get it back again. Examples include Ore Ida frozen tater tots, and Kraft Easy Mac.
The store is usually clean, with the exception of the tables in the café area. That being said I like their pizza. One slice is huge! It can feed two people. The line for the café is always long.
My main issue with this location is how crowded it gets. Every time I’ve been here the lines to check out are ridiculously long. If you come here be prepared to wait. As is the case for all Sam’s Clubs when you leave you have to show your receipt to be checked against what’s in your cart. This line gets extremely long since there is only one person checking all of the receipts of the people who just checked out of the long lines. It’s not efficient at all.
They do have self-​checkout which is a plus. However those lines also tend to be long.
It would be nice if they opened a location in Prattville. This would relieve the crowdedness at the Montgomery location.

I’ve been coming to this Sam’s for over 15 years, and I like the fact that this Sam’s carry all of the household items that I need. Over the years the clientele has changed. I like the fact that the items are accessible to people who need government assistant. Everyone is able to supply their homes with bulk items, fresh fruit and veggies and quality meats. Although it’s just one person in my household, I enjoy buying the items that I use the most like wine, fruits, and veggies.

Great selection of merchandise! Love self checkout! I’ve never seen the store dirty, and the majority of the time I can easily find what I go in for. The staff is helpful and accommodating!

Went shopping at Sams because we got a 30 day free pass. The store is dirty and crowded and it took them exactly 15 minutes to pull a trash can out of the inventory for us after we checked out. We will not be coming back.
