My new favorite fast food taco place! Finally a resturant that not only stuffs the tacos full,(unlike Taco Bell) but also never breaks the shells(hello taco Bueno)!!! The burritos have a decent heft to them, and the macho nachos are a dream come true! A family of five can eat good on about $ 40($ 8 a person include drink). My go to in Moore… they need one Northside now!!!

This was okay fast food Tex Mex, but nothing to write home about either. I’d choose it over Taco Bell any day of the week. I had fish tacos which were like a tiny piece of Long John Silvers fish with some cabbage, diced tomato, and an indistinguishable whitish sauce in two limp corn tortillas(yes, two tortillas for each taco and I have no idea why). Somehow though, they were better than they sound. My husband’s burrito pleased him but when I tasted it I was not a fan. Fries were an okay side but I would have preferred something else. I didn’t get a chance to go over the menu in depth but I would have been much much happier if they were like the Western chain Taco Time and offered all day breakfast. The breakfast burrito with iced coffee would have been my top pick. I may have to try Del Taco if I’m nearby in the morning eventually but until then I can’t quite make it past 3 stars.

One thing I really like about this place is they make their stuff fresh, for example their tomatoes are freshly cut everyday not frozen. Another thing I love is that if you have one person whose in the mood for Mexican and one who’s not they have the amazing French fries with anything on them. It is a very cool and unique concept French fries and tacos. My personal favorite is the fish tacos, they have a great flavor! The reasons I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is it is a little pricier for fast food and I’m not a fan of the chicken or beef they use in their entrees. However, that is a taste issue that others could very well love.

Staff seems friendly upon entering. Restrooms were reasonably clean as was the lobby. No tables with wrapper-filled trays sitting for far too long or the like you often see in other fast food restaurants. Found an item that sounded decent — classic grilled chicken burrito sans sauce and tomatoes. It was a bit reminiscent of the chicken burritos served by one of their large competitors although it tasted much fresher. Given they have a 2 for 5 deal on them I likely will return.

Is this review biased? Yeah kinda, i don’t have a Del Taco back home but every time i travel somewhere that does have one i make it a point to eat at least one meal there. One thing about this location tho, it was the nicest, cleanest, most corporate ready location i have ever attended. The bathrooms were immaculate, the floor was almost mirror like, even the soda machine wasn’t all dirty and it was already mid-day! I had the usual, one regular taco, one fish, one shrimp, one asada, one chicken and some cheesecake bites. While there the guy told us about a couple of new items on their menu, the one he recommended we try was a fresh chicken burrito. Honestly it was pretty bad, i don’t know if they still haven’t gotten the hang of how to make it but they should really take that off the menu. Everything else was as delicious as always, and the highlight of the visit was an awesome sauce caddy we had in the table where we sat down. If you don’t mind tex-mex style tacos and want something better than Taco Bell, i highly recommend you get your little a… butts down to one of these.

WHAT! Del Taco isn’t the Ritz Carlton? Sorry some reviews make me laugh. Del Taco is what it is, fast food that is above average, with their outside of the box choices like burgers and fries. I enjoy the fish tacos with cabbage during lent. The tacos carbon, ½ pound bean/cheese burrito and their cheese fries are my go to choices. The quality is better than Taco Bell, Taco Mayo and Jack in the Box. I love their green sauce. I’m old school, Taco-Tico is what I loved during my school years. Del Taco is great fast food. Again, great fast food.

I went there 1 time and hit a burrito and taco. There is absolutely NO flavor on their food. I wouldn’t go back.

Hey, that tastes like cheap Tex-Mex. That’s not a bad thing, it’s just exactly what it is. Del Taco is the best of the fast food Tex-Mex places, but it’s still sub par to an actual restaurant. I’ve only tried a few menu items. After I’ve been there a few more times I may revise my review.

Found out the hard way that«Del» was not short for delicious! Had a taco and chicken quesadilla but tasted like dog food. Save your colon and don’t go!

Who in the world eats French fries with tacos??? Nasty! Plus their nachos aren’t very good and their prices are high for the quality. Overall just not a good experience.

There’s a last time for everything, too. One bite into my Del Taco taco Saturday afternoon, I knew that would be it. It’s not that Del Taco is bad; on the contrary, it’s A-OK, and a clear improvement over(shudder) Taco Bell and other nearby chains. Street tacos are small, with yummy little(overly soft) niblets(strangely reminiscent of Chik-Fil-A) tucked cozily into two soft corn tortillas.(Can you even get street tacos at the local«taco» chains?) But I won’t be back. Because OKC is blessed with a number of fine taco trucks, and the one I frequent the most has my heart. Actually, I’m pretty sure it laid spicy claim to my taste buds a few years ago, and the other local trucks I’ve given spare change to now are all tastier than Del.(Dear god, what was that weird red sauce Del put on my taco???) I’d hit up Del Taco again when my other options are limited, but when I’m in OKC, my first choice will forever be a local taco truck.

This is my favorite place for fast, cheap, and good Tex Mex! The ingredients are always fresh and consistently tastes great. The restaurant is fairly new so the dining room looks spick and span. There is a basket of different sauces on each table so you don’t even have to get up. So glad Del Taco has expanded to Oklahoma!

I had Del Taco in Orlando this spring and loved it! When I learned they opened a location here I went straight there and it was just as great! Don’t hesitate to stop and get some great food!

Oh Del Taco! How I have missed you so… Since moving to Oklahoma I have not seen a Del Taco until I passed this little beauty on my way home from Dallas. It was a nice and clean restaurant and quick service. Food tasted like it does in Cali which was what I was hoping for… how can you say no to their chili cheese fries? Yum! I’ll be back for sure. =)

Fast food Tex Mex in it’s most glorious form. For a no frills, cheap meal– this should be a go to destination. I have a special relationship with DT– it makes me feel like home. Sadly this locale needs a downgrade. The chicken soft tacos are great, don’t get me wrong. It’s just my last few experiences at the drive thru have been mediocre. So my suggestion is to dine in if you can. I’m not one to complain but some days are better than others. It’s fast food so beggars can’t be chooser after all! The fries have been miserably cold and over salted lately. The chicken soft tacos have been over run by the delicious white sauce making the lettuce and cheese a soggy mess. Does this stop me from returning? Heck no! I really have a DT habit that I can’t kick.

I loved Del Taco when I lived in Vegas!!! At one point I was eating their everyday. The only other times I have been their is when I went to Dallas and Ft Worth. I was driving back from Ft Worth and I decided to stop. The place wasn’t as busy as it could have been. This was great! My favorite is Chicken Soft Tacos with a small fry and small coke. I also get sour cream on my soft taco. The person behind the counter was training the other girl. She came off as a bit pushy. I know my Del Taco!!! LOL. She tried to tell me it was special sauce. Ummmmmm nope… I want sour cream… with everything else. Finally she understood what I said and my order was in. Place looked clean but the condiment area seemed to be missing some compartments. I am not sure if it was me or what but the coke seemed flat. I get my order and get out of there. I start eating my fries and I was so sad. They were frumpy fries:(Like someone took them out too soon. Not the Del Taco I love. The chicken soft tacos were good. I love the spices they use on the chicken. I will go back another time. It may just be that the restaurant needs to be going for a while. Get all of their kinks out. At this point I wouldn’t drive from NW to Moore for this Del Taco. But I plan on going again. I will update my review.

4 stars bc they are cheap eats. The mini quesadilla for 50 cents great for kids. Crispy tacos really good. Other del taco locations in other states usually do 39 cent taco Tuesdays. When was the last time you bought a taco for 39 cents. Ha, ill tell you the 80’s When taco bell use to sell real meat is the last time. Lol. The chrunctada, idk about one bite & you’ll be hooked. If you don’t eat meat this would be perfect for you. However they use real pinto beans that are slow cooked for 3 hours. You can taste that, not your typical refried beans. I think my shell on my chrunctada was not fresh! So you know I asked for a fresh one. The 2nd one was better! For $ 10 you can get 6 tacos &6 burritos! Not bad for families!

My first time at a Del Taco. I got a #9 combo which includes the Epic Chipotle Ranch Burrito, small fries and small drink. The fries were good but unnecessary because the burrito was so big there was no way I could eat them. It was very good. I also got a churro which was yummy! I went at 12:45 on a Friday and there was no line in the drive-thru. I will definitely go back if I’m on that side of town again.

So I waited for this place to open. Disappointed a bit yes. The menu is not the same as West Coast chains. Since I travel a l lot I was waiting for Oklahoma to get Del Taco. I went the for lunch just after it opened. The wait was a little much for fast food that day. I do like Del taco overall. Thier chicken products are better than rest of their products. Love the Chipotle. As well what is not to love about crinkle cut fries with fast food tex mex. A good addition to the tex mex triangle in Oklahoma.
