I can usually count on Qdoba but this location was a bit under organized. The chicken was burnt, ordered no beans(they didn’t listen) and the burrito was rolled into a square miraculously. Veggie gumbo was spot on as usual. No spoons out in the restaurant so I asked for a spoon at checkout. The man asked if I checked one side … «Yes» … Did you check the other side … «Yes» … So many questions can I just please have a spoon. I digress. Flavors were there but staff wasn’t my favorite.

Not a fan of this location. The food line staff are standoffish and are constantly hollering at each other– mostly complaining. It is not an inviting place to eat lunch. Fortunately, the food is ok, and can be healthy with the right choices. The soda machines here are desperately in need of service– don’t get anything orange flavored from the back side dispenser!

Qdoba is by far one of the best fast food chains out there. The food is always hot and delicious. They make it right there in front of you and the order can be customized in almost every way possible. There is no questionable meats when it comes this place. I can look at my taco or burrito or whatever and know that I am eating chicken or steak or hamburger. None of it is processed. My favorite thing about Qdoba is their queso. I have no idea what is in it, but it is DELICIOUS! Every time I go, I order the chips and queso because adding it to your taco or whatever is an extra $ 0.50 which I believe is a little unfair. So I just order the chips and queso and spoon it on myself. I just want to go up to the cashier and see if I can order that stuff by the gallon, it is that good! The restaurant is always clean and well-kept. They offer a variety of hot sauces to add to your meal and as well as a variety of drinks since they have that soda machine where you can any flavor to any type of soft drink. It’s really cool in case you haven’t seen it. Next time I go I’ll try to remember to take a picture of it. It doesn’t feel like a fast food place. I just wish they had more locations near me.

Qdoba is a place that I’ve been anxious to try since Mexican is my favorite food. While my husband and I were shopping at Target, we decided to see what it was like. I’d have to admit that It wasn’t quite what I expected. I thought we would sit down and have a wait person, but it was made to order and right in front of us. I’m not a fan of Subway. The places always seem kind of gross, so I quit eating at Subway a few years ago. Though Qdoba has the same style of service, it was tidy, the staff was friendly, and they had several vegetarian options, so I didn’t mind the make to order concept in their environment. In fact, I enjoyed it. As for the dining area, it seemed decent. The booths were fairy clean. There was Spanish music playing, which added to the ambiance, and they had cold bottled water available to order. I would have to state that my husband and I agreed that my food is better, but I wasn’t disappointed. I had a vegetarian black bean nachos and he had a chicken burrito. The food was better than most Mexican food restaurants and made with fresh ingredients. But I’m a very good cook, especially when it comes to Mexican food, so it’s difficult to top what we already eat at home. It’s nice to have another place to stop when we’re out and I’m too busy to cook. Qdoba is definitely a place that I’ll visit again.

Usually Qdoba’s a good bet as far as chain fast food goes, but on our last visit, things were a little odd. Specifically: — The staff apparently were all new and didn’t have much of an idea what they were doing, and didn’t seem to care. I can handle the mumbling stuff from McDonald’s but not these guys. Also, the whole«I need to get rid of this trash, but the can is over there so I’m just going to throw it across the kitchen» thing wasn’t working for me. — It seems they have been instructed to push additional meat to an unhealthy degree. My lunch combo of tortilla soup and a cheese quesadilla involved four different questions regarding meat, as I first had to explain that I did not want meat in either of the two dishes, and then explain to the cashier that I had not added meat in either dish. More meat discussion in that five-minute window than the rest of my week combined. There’s a joke or two there I didn’t make, so you’re welcome. They usually do better, but this time they didn’t. Curse you fast food!
