Taco Bell

At 10:30 on a Saturday night, I am greeted and told they are out of beef. Well, that limits my options since I am unable to have anything with flour tortillas. He recommends the taco salad with chicken. I respond saying that the tortilla bowl is a deep fried flour tortilla. I cannot have that. He says no its corn but let me check. He goes to the back and asks the manager in duty who also says the tortilla bowl is a corn tortilla. I ignored my inner voice saying dont do it. It’s been a flour tortilla as ling as I can remember. Then a girl comes from the back and says they have no beans. I’m starting to question the competency of the staff. My order comes out bagged up. Its pouring down rain, so against my better judgement, I take the bag and leave without checking my order so I can hurry home and get out of the rain. I should have trust my guy instead of employees that should know their product! Flour tortilla, no beans and something that kind of looked like it had once been chicken. They should be more knowledgable about the products they make and sell. Pretty sad!

If I could give less than one star, I would. I love Taco Bell and eat there weekly at work, but this location is the closest one to my home. It has been routinely the slowest TB location I have ever visited. Every time I have dined in, the time from order to getting food has been at least 10 – 15 min. The drive thru is not typically any better.
Today I stopped to try the drive thru. We were third in line to order, with 4 more cars having already ordered and waiting in line for their food. After 10 min, we had not moved, and the family deemed it not worth the wait.
We decided to drive up the road to the NE 12^st location and was blown away by their speed, and great customer service. I will put that review on their site instead.

I visit this Taco Bell through the drive through and never felt so rushed to order and my Chalupa’s were old and tasted like cardboard. The Chalupa’s was the only reason I chose this establishment, and they failed miserably!!!

The reviews here are true. This place is poorly managed and a disgrace to the Taco Bell brand. You could go here at 4AM with the place fully staffed with bright eyed and ready employees and somehow it would STILL take 30 minutes to get your food.
Or they might be out of beef, as seems to happen about every 3^rd time I TRY to go here.
I’ve decided to never go here again. Even though it’s literally minutes away from my house, I’d rather drive across town and go to the other one.
Seriously. How bad can you be at managing a restaurant that it gets such consistently bad reviews? Sell the place to someone who can manage it better or shut your doors.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Just go somewhere else, it’s really not worth your time, waited 20 – 30 minutes IN THE DRIVE-​THRU. I could have made my own tacos from scratch in the amount of time this place took.

Been to this one a few times and the workers here are extremely slow with no heavy traffic, or I’ve had to go back inside because they forgot parts of my order.
I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru today, only to be given half my order so I went inside. Then after eating, my husband found a long hair in his quesarito. I think I’ll just go to Taco Beuno across the street from now on.

Pretty much takes around 20 minutes every time I stop by. I come here so I can take the the express train to hating myself and my diet choices.

This Taco Bell is one of the worst ones ever. Very slow service most if the time. They are also EXTREMELY expensive. Especially for what you get. This could be all taco bells but I have been to other ones that are as much as this one is. The worst thing is the rude and terrible customer service. Even the older people that work there during the day are terrible.

I’m a regular here.
Service is okay — usually a busy destination in Moore.
It’s a decent, safe, and clean taco bell.

Slow AND rude. Hope it was just the day we showed up here, but NOT a good experience. Took 20 to get our order out. Place was very dirty, although brand new.
