Better than Panera, by a mile! Carefully prepared food and awesome service is what keeps bringing me back to this place. I’ll say that the price point is on average a dollar or so higher than Panera, but well worth it. CB is actually located outside the Moorestown Mall, adjacent to Boscov’s. Favorite dishes include the Chicken Pomodori, the Spicy Asian Pork sandwich, Caeser salad and the banana walnut pancakes. They do have a pick 2 combo(out of a soup, salad or sandwich) and the portions are verh satisfying. I recommend having a swert treat to go with your coffee/tea. They actually started out as a company that made baked goods for Maggiano’s, so it makes sense that they have good quality pastries, cakes and cookies. I love all of the employees here, they’re so friendly. I’ve been coming here, several times a week, since they opened May 2014 and I have always been happy with this place!

So far I’ve gotten salads, sandwiches, and pancakes from here. Everything is great and the portions are pretty big. It’s also a great place to hang out and do some work as they have free WiFi, and you can get in and out easily(with respect to parking) because it’s not inside the Moorestown mall.

I love corner bakery! I would go to this place any day over Panera bread. The interior is a lot nicer, the service is more competent and the food choice is all around better tasting. I would recommend the chicken pomodori, any of the pastas, and the kale caesar salad. The paninis are delicious and the pastas all have a breadcrumb topping that’s so yummy. The kale salad is also very good. I get it with chicken. They also have an impressive baked good area with very creative little treats. I’m also a fan of their lemonades.

Stopped here today for the first time ever and ordered a Club Pannini. Honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten! Crispy bacon, the perfect amount of turkey & cheese, delicious bread — and wherever did they find such amazing tomatoes in December?! Will be coming back here — with friends & family :)

It’s a shame when you have management that brings the quality of a location down. I’m no longer dining at this location because of this poorly run establishment. Corner Bakery should take a look at their management of this location.

A nice change of pace for a quick dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was very clean, always a plus. I had the Asian pork sandwich which was great. The pork melted in your mouth with a nice marinade and the toppings were fresh. Wifey had the steakhouse sandwich which she also enjoyed though minus the mushrooms next time. Should have got a lemon bar for dessert, but that just means wit will have to go back

I love this location and I love CB! I think the breakfast is better then lunch. My usual here is the chicken apple sausage panini with home fries. It’s the perfect size breakfast and doesn’t make you overly full and hate yourself. The wait is pretty quick and the staff here is friendly.

After my mother received a few coupons from her work, we decided to head over to the Corner Bakery Café for dinner one night. There is plenty of parking, and even more seating– with both indoor and outdoor options. I ended up selecting a pick two menu option. I ordered the Mac and Cheese and the the Steak and Cheese Hot Toasted Sandwich. Neither were spectacular, the bread was actually pretty soggy on the end of my sandwich. The best part of my meal was the cookie– baked to perfection and loaded with chocolate chips. It would be hard not to compare this place to Panera, as they are basically two in the same. Almost everything reminded me of Panera– from the menu to the decorations to the bakery counter. If given the choice– I would pick Panera over Corner Bakery Café.

Ummm No. I wanted to like this please because I like their website is easy to use and the pictures are nice. I went in and ordered a Cuban panini sandwich and chicken tortilla soup. The meat on the Cuban sandwich was dry and tough the bread was nasty and the soup was more like a chili then the soup. The soup unfortunately smelled like dog food. I paid $ 10 for half selections of both these items and was not satisfied I will not return. People compare this place to Panera. Not even close Paneras selections maybe more limited but the freshness is beyond compare.

Get the spinach sweet crisp salad! Simply delicious. Would have give it five stars, but the manager rolled her eyes at me when I ordered a slightly modified salad for my mother. Talk about rude.

Much better selections and quality compared to Panera. The food items are fresher and made better. One of the best chocolate muffins I’ve ever had came from this place. The crew is OK, not the nicest, yet not rude either. The place is clean, however seems a bit cramped and may confuse someone going in for the first time. The coffee station is better assimilated with toppings depending on the person, but it’s a little cramped too. Coffee’s better compared to Panera, which means it’s astronomically better than Starbucks. If in the area, give this place a shot. You might just become one of their loyal patrons…

Corner Bakery is like a higher scale Panera with service like Pei Wei. I got the tomato mozzarella sandwich because I have always loved Panera’s tomato mozzarella panini and was not very impressed. While the mozzarella was fresh as well as the basil, the bread it was on(I believe ciabatta?) was stale and ruined my high expectations for the sandwich. I also got a side Caesar salad which was awesome & I highly recommend. Overall, I give it 3 stars simply because I wasn’t super impressed with my meal, however the side salad was nice and it has a nice atmosphere. REVIEWUPDATE: I have to say since my original review I have returned to corner bakery many times and I am much more satisfied than I originally was. Their salads are phenomenal and the atmosphere is super cozy inside. Staff is very welcoming I very much reccomend CB!

I had to run to Home Depot at lunch so my wife and I made our first ever visit to the Corner Bakery chain. The Corner Bakery is connected to Pei Wei near route 38 and is one of several choices for fast casual eating in or just outside the Moorestown Mall. I liked the interior, with the different tiles and wood, and the Corner Bakery has a lot of bench seating. Ordering is done Bobby’s Burger Palace or Pei Wei style, orders are placed at the cashier counter and a number is given for your order. When your order is ready, a server brings it out to you. All of the people working during our visit were very pleasant and polite. As other Unilocalers have written, The Corner Bakery is comparable to Panera bread. They have sandwiches, salads, Panini’s, soup and Chili. They also have a combo option for a soup and salad or a ½ sandwich, which I like. The menu wasn’t huge but it was certainly varied enough. Enough so I stood there in a stupefied daze trying to make up my mind and had to let the next person in line go ahead. I chose the Cuban sandwich and the Tomato Basil Soup combo. I was pleased with my choice, everything tasted fresh and serving size was good,. My wife had the Asian pulled pork sandwich, which is The Corner Bakery’s take on a Bahn Mi sandwich. This was also pretty good, especially the pork. The corner bakery adds another option for lunch when in the Moorestown Mall area and I would come back to try some other items on the menu. Nothing against Panera, but it is nice to have another option in the fast casual semi healthy lunch category.

love this place. Tonight was interesting. My chopped salad was still delicious but my chicken noodle was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The manager came out and asked me how everything was. When I said the soup was salty they quickly brought out a new soup that was much better. Great service equals a great place. Thanks corner bakery

I went there for breakfast with my family and I was very disappointed. To start off with you have go to the counter to order and pay for your meal. We were given a number and then you find a table and wait for the food to be brought to you. Once you get your order you need to get up again and go and find the condiments to go with your meal because no-one tells you that there is nothing on the table and nothing is brought to you by the server. Not even butter for your toast. The breakfast choices are very limited and not good. If you want eggs you can only have them scrambled. I had the All American breakfast and substituted chicken and apple sausage for the bacon. That was a joke. The only thing American about it is the name. The egg was tasteless and the sausage so sweet that it was inedible. The potatoes were cold and not appealing. This fits in with having t o pay for your meal ahead before you eat it because I would have sent it back and refused to pay. Two Lessons. 1) Never eat in a restaurant where you are the only customers. Although it was 9.30am we were the only people there for the next 20 minutes. There is a reason why restaurants are empty 2) Never have let your son-in-law pick the restaurant unless you vet the menu first. This is a chain I will not be patronizing in the future.

Similar to Panera Bread, but I think I like Panera Bread better. The layout of the restaurant was a little awkward and people were barging ahead of us. Food took a while to arrive. It was unclear whether we should bus our table or leave a tip. Not a ton of seating. Some larger booths were staked out by single laptop users who did not appear to be eating.

Got corner bakery for the first time after some coupons showed up at my work. Chicken pesto on ciabatta ficelle was fantastic. Good bread to fill ratio. Good bread in general. I got the mixed greens instead of chips #healthy. Salad looked great, but to my dismay — no dressing on it. Also sign out front saying national cookie day. Free cookie. In my cookie rage I read it as nov 4(today) when it actually said dec 4. Sad panda. Overall. Better than panera. Fewer options. Maybe a little more expensive. But better. I’ll be back… see you on dec 4.

First off, let me say that the staff is very friendly and this is another alternative to Panera Bread. I have tried a few different items on the menu and the food is good – not spectacular, but good if you’re looking for a place to have lunch… My only complaint(or complaint(S)), is that the service is something to be desired. It typically takes me 10 minutes to receive my To Go order. Additionally, on two occasions, my order was not complete. Yes, I should have checked before I left, but I thought a simple breakfast sandwich and a side of fruit was manageable. If the turnaround time increases and I receive a COMPLETE order more times than not, I will revise this rating and increase if all things remain equal.

Woohoo! I was thrilled to get a Corner Bakery near me in Jersey, after drooling over their pastries and sandwiches in Center City. This new spot is a welcome addition to the other similar-style spots in the area, like Pei Wei and Panera(who doesn’t love a little variety?) Of course, being new, the place is immaculate, which scores big points in my book. It’s also got some unexpected offerings, like a stack of pancakes for breakfast or a trio of salads for dinner. I went with the tomato-mozzarella sandwich(my fave) and subbed in a salad on the side. Both were delicious. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and had no problem giving me the extra vinaigrette I requested for sandwich-dipping.

This is a new establishment in the area. My first impression is a good one. The staff is lively, friendly and patient. They work with you to make sure you get what you want. They have two serving sizes café/entrée. My wife and I had the café size 3 cheese macaroni & cheese with bacon, plus a small Ceasar Salad. The meal was pretty good. I must say their dessert selection is just right. I got a chocolate chip cookie and a mini Bundt cake to take home.(I wanted the cookie and mini cake.) If you find yourself in the Moorestown Mall, and want a bite to eat check them out. They are right next door to Pei Wei. I will be frequently dining here. There is outdoor seating also. Plus this place caters as well. There is ample parking available since it is on the mall property.
