Purchased a sofa and chaise (what used to be called an L-​shaped couch). Wanted HIGH quality and was willing to pay in order to get a piece that would last. While ordering, I was never given an option as to what I wanted inside the cushions (firmness) (foam and fiber, spring down, extra firm comfort crown etc). If I had been told the options, I would have told them my preference is VERY firm. I wanted a couch that would hold its shape. It took a very long time to get the thing (3 months) and within 24 hours, it was sagging. I called and e-​mailed and was told that I had ordered the down cushions which are the softest. I let them know I was never given an option as to what firmness and was told they would send the firmest (comfort crown). Five week later, the cushions arrived. They sent two of the cushions that would go on the «L» part of the couch and nothing for the «sofa» part of the couch. Annoying. $ 4,000.00 and 5 months later and we still do not have the correct couch. Remains to be seen if the piece will hold up.
