I’ll say it up front, I love this place! My husband and I love this franchise and have visited locations in all the states we have lived in. The food is good and well priced. The restaurants are clean, have lots of TV’s, and have good service for the most part. I am in love with the teriyaki boneless wings and the soft pretzels. Another pro is that this location offers a military discount, wonderful incentive for all the local military!

I had their double cheeseburger and substituted the Chipotle sauce with their Thai Curry sauce. That was one of the best burgers I have had. Also had the Thai Curry wings. Tip: Order the wings well done if you like crispy skin. Friendly staff.

I’m a big fan of wings(who isn’t?), and it’s surprisingly hard to find consistently decent ones. I’ve had some good experiences at other national wing chain type places, so we decided to give BWW a try while passing by one afternoon. I had thought this was like a «Wing Stop» type of place where you order at the counter, and wasn’t expecting the over the top sports bar experience complete with staff wearing jersey uniforms, 750 different TVs, etc. I’m not a fan of these places, but hoped the wings would be good at least. I tried to order«Hot» wings, and the waitress went out of her way to suggest that I order«Medium» and get the hot sauce on the side, because«our hot is REALLYHOT!» I don’t know why I listened, and regretted it as soon as I saw the wings, which were basically neon orange and lacking any heat. The supposed hot sauce on the side was anything but, and definitely weaker than«Hot» anywhere else. Worse, they were lacking crispy skin and were terribly bland. If you’re specializing in wings, you need to deliver, and this was like an afterthought type of wing you’d get off a diner’s side order menu or something. Scratch that, they were actually worse than that. Never again.

Worst service ever!!! We requested a booth when we arrived. As the non friendly hostess was escorting us to a booth, we received the dirtiest look from the server in that section. She said something about being cut to the hostess. So me and my girlfriend decided to go to the bar as we felt very uncomfortable. Friday night half empty at 1040 pm??? Maybe I can understand why. Im in the food and beverage industry and know that any new market share available in Moorestown probably should be taken advantage of. Especially when you have such a huge competitive concept like Yard House next door taking all your buisness.

It is buffalo wild wings so if you do not know of this franchise essentially is sports, beer and wings. Walking in and got seated right away and first thing I noticed was that they had tons of deals going on. Just for Thursday they had 75c boneless wings which is a sold deal. Also it was happy hour when I showed up so 1 $ Tall drafts cannot beat that deal. Service is fantastic, honestly probably one of the better restaurants where I have been to, where the staff is on top of you but not overall obtrusive. Then I got to the food. I only ordered the medium size of boneless wings, which I believe was 18 wings. They were not as good as their standard wings and they were also not fully coated with the sauce. So for sauces they have a bunch to pick from so I got spicy thai, carribean jerk and mango habanero. I liked the spicy thai the least and mango habanero the best, even though it was crazy spicy haha. On experience I thought it was fine, I mean 1 $ beers and cheap wings I’m okay with that. Though I would stick with the normal wings and I would recommend trying out as many sauces as you want because they have so many. I would also recommend coming here to watch any sports game as they have tons of TV’s and they are all showing different stuff so best bet if you want to watch a particular sport somewhere.

It’s really not worth going. Overpriced wings that don’t taste that great. The service is usually good but that’s about it.

I thought my hummus app was overpriced but fun, relaxed atmosphere with tons of tv screens. Good beer selection and wing flavors for all spicy pallets.

Lots of Tvs to watch a game or Sunday afternoons to watch multiple. The food is ok. The wing sauces are cool since you can get different options. I ordered 50 with my son with 6 different sauces. 3 were good 1 was ok the other 2 were gross. I highly recommend the habanero if your into spicy. I always order my wings dry everywhere I go because I like them crispy and like to add my own amount of sauce. The biggest disappointment was 1⁄3 of the wings were«soft» almost mushy like. I only had a handful of the 50 were actually crispy. Very disappointing. I would highly suggest ordering the wings well done, that may solve the problem. That was my mistake upfront not asking for«well done». All in all I wouldn’t seek out to go here again but I’m sure I’ll be there again and I’ll just make sure I go well done. Desserts are good! But that’s usually the case!

The service is good and the place is very upbeat, clean with lots of TV’s to watch whatever sport is on at the moment. For the most part the food okay nothing great. The food is typical fried bar food. The wings(while they do have a lot of sauces to choose from) are not very good. The drink prices are pretty good, and they have good specials. My kids do like going here with the tablets and free wifi. Overall an average chain sports bar.

The service just keeps getting ugly… I thought 3rd time will change my mind but it made it worst. Very Slow service for non busy days and your wings gets served COLD!

Just like any other Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was good, the waitress was friendly. The only minor downside of this location is that they’re not really into those tablet games, if you’re into that thing(my dad is). You’d have to ask for a tablet because they aren’t offered to you. I would always recommend the spicy garlic wings and the spinach artichoke dip!

Really good happy hour specials. The food however sucks and is way overpriced. It cost a little more than $ 1 per mediocre wing which is a total ripoff for a big chain. You can get better wings at a cheaper price at any of the local restaurants and bars.

Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty much the same any location since it’s a chain. I love their boneless wings in honey BBQ but other than that nothing tastes great. Fun place to hang with friends and watch a game but the food taste similar to a movie theater or concert venue. The pretzels I had were fine, served hot which was nice but tasted frozen. In south jersey, soft pretzels are a thing so you can’t really get away with that. I think bar foods like mozzarella sticks, fries, nachos can still be done well without much effort-chain or no chain.

You would think this would be a great sports bar. Well its not. Its a SAD sports bar. Customer service sucks and sitting at the bar is even worse. The bartenders treat you like you’re invisible. The dont care if you’re waiting 20min to order your first drink. Stop lets not mention I ordered boneless wings and they brought them out without any utensils as if I am to eat them with my hands and wipe my hands on my clothes. I had to request utensils and napkins. I will not be returning. The workers look depressed and the manager looks like he’s going through some stuff at home. SMH… Dont waste your time here. Go somewhere that cares to watch football

I hate to write a review about a chain that has so many great locations. We had awesome experiences in DE, NC and PA but this Moorestown, NJ BWWs is awful. We’ve tried 4 times now thinking the next time will be better. Today was the icing on the cake and we will NOT return. First we arrive and we are told 20 – 25 minutes. To our surprise our buzzard rings earlier. We approach the hostess stand and they told us one second. We watched as they sat 5 different parties. They were about to sit a table of 5 but they could not put a chair on the end. The hostess tells the other hostess to call a party of 3. I said, after waiting 10 minutes after they called us up, why not sit us since you called us up here and have us waiting. I guess a light bulb went off and they sat our party of 4 at a table set for 4 people. Then to the food. Not sure what the rush was but our server was at the table taking drink orders before we could sit down. The food was okay. My kids would have liked ketchup with their fries but we asked for it and she never came back. Oh and I guess we had to use our shirts to wipe our hands because we had no napkins or hand wipes. Also, don’t come to watch a game when it’s raining. TVs kept going out! No worries, we won’t be back. Good luck everyone.

The only two good things about our dinner visit, was the food was good and our waitress Amber was phenomenal. Other than that it was terrible! The host staff looked miserable, they didn’t speak loud enough. They than seated us as a table by the bar that was surrounded by kids. So we asked to move and they looked mad. Listen there is absolutely no reason those children should be the bar besides the legal aspect. The entire time the host staff goofed off. Listen I am all about having a good time at your job but act professional. Even the«captain,» quotations are needed, looked miserable and goofed around with another employee who was singing. I mean seriously this is so ridiculous it is stupid. I came to enjoy a nice dinner. This place has no professionalism. The managers obviously don’t know how to manage their people. Promote Amber to manager she is the only personable, pleasant, and professional employee we saw. She can teach these other people something.

I hate writing a poor review about a chain I loved while I was in college. However the general consensus between me and my friends is this spot isn’t worth going to. As much as I love the taste of the wings the poor service here has taken a toll on us. My buddy, my girlfriend and I went here last Friday night and spent over two hours having only seeing our server 5 times and waiting 15min after being seated till she finally came to great us and take our drink order. Three beers and 2 waters took around 15 min to get to our table. My girlfriend asked if she could sample the new sauce before we ordered to see if she’d like it but after waiting 15min for it we gave up and just ordered our food. I got boneless wing with my buddy and my girlfriend got traditional. The food took about 40min to arrive and we could tell it had been sitting there since they were warm but not hot. Now you could be thinking maybe it was busy however there was no wait when we got there at 7:40 and not every table was in use. We contemplated excuses they could have but nothing really made sense. The server only came by once and didn’t ask how our meal was but just to take my girlfriends plate and so I ordered another beer. Waited another 10min for my beer and when it came we asked for our checks. We paid and left decent tips, however we did wish we would have gotten an apology for how long the food took and the drinks. So after two hours of eating we saw out server 5 times. Wasn’t like the bww I ate at in Richmond Virginia.

We stopped there again for lunch on a Thursday and it was mildly crowded. We had a great time and were well served by Nicole who took good care of our table. Everyone enjoyed their meals, I only wish that they had an updated draft list. They are not all on the menu, and the servers tend to forget a few of them. That is my only beef about most restaurants is lack of an accurate beer list. Just dont drop in during peak times like Fri/Sat at dinner.

Came here as a party of 5. 2 adults 3 kids, and the kids got tablets from buffalo wild wings to play on. That was huge plus crayons. Mommy and daddy got time to eat :) Kids got the pretzels, chicken tenders and flat bread pizza. They ate it all. The pretzels were soft and warm, they were very fresh. We had the artichoke dip. It came with chips, carrots and peppers, it was good. We had traditional wings a 20 order, mild but I got the blaze sauce on the side. They were meaty and good. The only thing I would change is to ask for the wings to be well done. Beer was cold. The wife had a cosmo no three olives so she had ketel one, told me it was good. Ordered the Ice cream and cinnamon squares pictured It was good. Tiffany our server was good, we had no issues with service here. Good service good food when in the mood. Place got loud when flyers started. It’s a sports bar what do you want :)

So I was mildly impressed by this place. I think it’s a-ok; it’s definitely a solid 3. After a second visit that may change for the better, I don’t know. I am not a particular ruthless critic, however I have certain standards by which evaluate my total overall experience. The appetizers were good. I liked the pretzels I ordered very much, they are awesome and should be tried. We ordered a second appetizer, which was not memorable to the point that I truly can’t remember what it was. What I do remember is that my wife asked for a second dipping sauce as she did not care for the one I wanted with the dish. They warned her that they had to charge us for it… Even if it was 50 cents more, it should be included or at least understood that paying customers shouldn’t be hassled for such things. I mean we were drinking, and had already ordered two rounds of beers. We were not drinking the cheap stuff either; I just don’t understand the rationale. We were spending money; I just thought that this was a little petty. OK, so maybe the bartender was new and did not know any better. We asked for little plates because we had two appetizers and wanted to share. The bartender was probably trying to be funny in what she said next, but it wasn’t. She said: «We aren’t fancy enough for plates.» She offered a solution though; they gave us two little paper boats that fries would normally come in. Ok, no big deal, but then I thought about it. I was coming from work; my wife was dressed up for of all things, my first Elite Unilocal event at a place just across the street. So maybe the comment that they felt they were not fancy enough for plates was a jab at us, as we were overdressed. Either way, it was a minor thing that certainly can be forgiven and or ignored. But, then I noticed that the table behind us had extra plates with their appetizers. It kind of made me think that maybe I was not getting the best service I could have had. When we left the bartender was surprised to get over a 20 percent tip. She thanked us like we had just given her our kidney or something. Gratitude, she was almost overly grateful, this was the nicest part of our experience, but it was also strange. We came to this conclusion: Maybe some of the people who sit at the bar are crappy tippers. Maybe the way we were dressed is representative of the type of people who tip crappily.(If that is a word.) And maybe the people at the bar are locked down by management, or just do not know that the customer, although not always right, should be taken care of when they ask for a plate. We both agreed, a little refresher on customer service may help the ladies at the bar maximize their tips. I think I need to go back a few more times to see if this strangeness is the M.O. or not. I would go back, and likely the rating will go up.
