They make the food really fast. I ordered the chicken and tritip plate. Everything was delicious! Really juicy and tender chicken and the skin was really crispy. The tritip was cooked perfectly and I loved eating it with the salsa, beans, and tortillas. It all tastes very homemade with great prices. They even have party packs for larger groups.

Oh, my! Not usually a chicken fan, but this is the best chicken I have had ever! If I lived here I would get it once a week. The place is casual with friendly staff. We ordered takeout onsite and the service was fast, friendly, and accurate! We ordered the whole chicken and Tri-tip and all were cooked well and delicious, but the chicken was most memorable: marinated and grilled, falling off the bone amazing! Salsa was delicious and fresh. I will be back!

I had this food at a catered event and wow! The tri-tip is TODIEFOR and that salsa??? Can I just drink a glass of it? My kid even liked the salsa and he hates everything. I am planning on going to the restaurant in Moorpark soon to get a family dinner. The prices are amazing and the food is delish!!!

Wonderful little Mexican restaurant on LA Ave. Best Mexican I have tried in Moorpark. I love their faitas and their salsa is full of taste. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in Moorpark.

If you live in Moorpark, you really should be eating here. There is literally no reason to eat any«Mexican» fast food when you could be eating Pollo Corona for either an equivalent or better price. Additionally, their weekend menudo is BOMBTASTIC. Just make sure to get there early because people like to order menudo in bulk.

Coming from San Diego, we stumbled upon this place and it has become one of the reasons we come to Moorpark. We have never been disappointed with the food or the service! The chicken is amazing!

Always friendly and always amazing food! Phone order is the only way to go! Tri-tip, pork chops, and chicken are great. Plus they have Mexican Coke.

I swung by to try some of their chicken and Tri Tip to go and found that it was both tender and well seasoned. The chicken is flavored perfectly and is nice and moist. However I found their Tri Tip to be a bit lacking as the style was a bit strange for me. The service was good but their parking makes it difficult to enter. If your feeling like you want some grilled chicken I would recommend it, for Tri Tip I would head to Green Acres.

The only thing I don’t like is that if you miss the entrance from the street you have to drive around to a back alley to park. Other than that the food is great, the service is fast and friendly. The patio is nice on a hot day with shade and trees.

Come try this place. And leave your picky ass expectations at home. I’ll let food do the talking.

The owner/manager was RUDE. I have been there three times trying to like something. It is a convenient location. All the cooked meat tasted the same. Order pork cops, ordered trip tip it tasted the same… not good. Ordered a whole chicken thinking that should be good, I was disappointed. The cashier was Ok, but it felt like I was annoying her. I will not go back, I don’t need to spend my good money to be treated badly for bad food.

Always fresh food. There is no other place I would rather sit back and watch the traffic go by then here. The prices are reasonable and the service always excellent. If you love wet burritos there’s is the best in town !

On a journey to Visalia to say goodbye to a family member that had passed I decided to take a more scenic route along the coast . As I passed this place I saw the neon sign that read«Authentic Mexican» and Grilled… that caused my right foot to instinctively step on the brakes. Turn around and make my way inside. Where I was met with a very warm welcoming smile by a very cute girl that made me wish I lived local. If I were just a few years young… ;) After a few seconds of looking the menu, This smiling muse asked me if this was my first time. Which I quickly admitted and she recommended several dishes based on their popularity and house specialty. I went for her recommendation of BBQ Grilled TriTip and ¼ Chicken combo with pinto beans and 4 warm corn tortillas… and a large Jamaica. First, the chips and salsa with their homemade salsa was light, fresh and delightful. I’m not one to fill up on chips, but I found myself plowing through about half of them before beginning my main course. The thinly sliced perfectly marinated and grilled beef TriTip and Chicken were tender, flavorful, and devoured before i even thought of taking a photo. While there was nothing to the presentation, the taste more than made up for it, and the smiling beauty that recommended this plate made my experience all that much more pleasant. Which made my sad journey more tolerable. Then realizing, life is for the living and those that have passed journey and suffering in this life is over. Reminding us to live every moment in this journey we call life as the adventure it was meant. I totally recommend as part of your journey to enjoy the simple good things of life, like the BBQ Grilled TriTip and Chicken here whenever you get the chance. «Always be True to the Cuisine» — Chef Dom ” Siempre ser fiel a la Cocina«- Cocinero Dom

We love this place. The chicken and tri tip is perfectly succulent. The serving sizes are enough for my wife and I to split. I have been there three times and it is consistent. I enjoy sitting on their secluded patio where my dog is welcome. I guess the only negative is the beer prices, so I wait till I get home,

D&G love this place. Perfect for those nights you don’t feel like cooking and want something quick and tasty. Claudia is a sweet gal and very attentive. Menu is very small, but you will find something to sit and enjoy or take out. The chicken nachos are good and the half chicken order is too. «G» loves the tri tip here.

Great combo plates we tried for the first time because the place always appeared kinda sketchy. But yummmmmmm!!! One chicken and one tri tip. Really tasty. Only complaint is their only wine is a sweet fruity almost undrinkable rose’. They need some Pinot Gris or savignon Blanc or I will just sneak in my own ! Otherwise it was really good and the place appeared clean and popular. UPDATE: went again today and split the chicken and tri tip combo for lunch. Perfect! Yum! We are going to order the party platter in s few weeks. Really good stuff there. More authentic. Not your Don Cuco.
