Worst McDonald’s ever. You’ll pretty much never get your full order, or you get the wrong order. Today I ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, they forgot to give us 1 order and the order they did give us didn’t have cheese in them. Good times.

Was in the restroom when a cook went pee and then didn’t wash his hands. Went straight to work on the food… Good times

Your average McDonald’s. Hours are more traditional and not open ²⁴⁄₇ like other establishments in higher populated areas.
My problem with this location is on several occasions I’ve gone through the drive thru to be met with «cash only.» Which means I’m getting gas station food since there are no banks or cash back locations nearby.
I don’t expect much from McDonald’s. Neither blown away or complete disappointed with this location.

If I could give this Mcdonlads a zero I would so mad at them! They stole my phone. I forgot my phone in the bathroom and came back 5 min later and it was gone. I have track my iPhone so I could see it didn’t leave the store and I told the one armed manager and she said none of the employees had my phone. So I told her I called the police and they would search the employees when they arrived. I saw her walk up to the lady that was cleaning the floor and that lady went to her car and walked to me and handed me my phone and said sorry in super broken English… this was unacceptable and I will never go here again and you shouldn’t either!

This may seem like a silly complaint but the two times I’ve been here they have messed up my order. The first time I had a larger order and made the mistake of not checking before I drove off and they forgot my fries. The second time I got home and saw that I had been given honey with my chicken nuggets instead of honey mustard. Not the worst thing in the world but definitely annoying. It seems like they are so focused on speed that they forget about accuracy and customer service. I would rather wait a little bit longer and get the right order than have a bag shoved in my face in under a minute and have it be wrong.

Average McDonalds nothing special. Althought on two occasions I have gotten there at night 10 minutes before they close the drive thru only to be told they’re already closed. Would it kill you to stay open the 10 minutes youre supposed to?

I just love your food, and the best Coffee on earth! My son just loves your cheeseburgers and we all love the amazing french fries! Your restaurant is always so fast when we go thru the drive thru, and everything tastes great!

The only one problem we had was on a Sunday night we had went thru your drive thru for two cheeseburgers at about 10:30pm and the drive thru order taker said that you were out of hamburgers? I asked again «You mean you have no hamburgers at all» and the guy said no hamburgers and it was only 10:30pm and the drive thru did not close until 11pm. So we had to order chicken nuggets.
All I know is that Starbucks would never ever run out of coffee, how could McDonalds run out of hamburgers?
Also I would love to get breakfast 24 hours a day, like I can at Jack in the Box. I am on a low carb diet and need to have eggs and bacon at 9AM or sometimes at 9PM, and when I need eggs or any breakfast foods I have to always go to Jack in the Box. Is there any way that McDonalds can start selling breakfast foods 24 hours a day too?

Worst Mcdonalds location ever oh my god. I ordered a ranch snack wrap with fries and woke up early the next morning nauseous and then threw up twice. Disgusting. This location is always filthy and they always serve the food sloppy and half put together. Never again.

Perfectly fine Mc Donald’s just off the 101 in Moorpark. Honestly, I stopped here because I needed to pee, but I picked up a soda on the way out and the employees were polite and professional. The restaurant was clean and the soda machine worked great. Ample seating and a television. Standard menu items and quick service. Very convenient location and has a drive-​thru.

I’ve made special orders here and they never do it. I always get a standard burger with nothing I asked for. Never again. No problem with other McDs, just this one.

Yeah, it’s McDonald’s. But how can you rip a place that is this clean, and whose employees are attentive and friendly? They are quick, get the order right and put it together as well as you can expect from McD’s. I figure if you’re here, you’re expectations aren’t through the roof, right?

This place can never get a order right if you go through the drive thru watch out bc inevitably it’s wrong or they don’t put all food in the bag, don’t bother trying to call manager they don’t respond. This place truly lacks any customer service,

the morning team is a mean feeding machine. the drive thru line can be out to the street and I know I will make it through the drive thru within 5 minutes. the team
is awesome another key ingredient is the patrons knowing what they want and paying promptly. when all goes well 1 can get through the
morrning drive thru in 2 – 3 minutes great service

I understand it’s McDonald’s and I shouldn’t be expecting gourmet food but I also don’t expect to be pulling egg shells out of my egg mcmuffin and then when I call no one answers.

Service here sucks and the employees can harass you. Once the manager charged me for fries but just stood around talking without getting them for me. Wtf. I only come here because it’s convenient. Otherwise I’d rather go elsewhere

So they close at 1130 and I went through the drive through about 1125 and was told I couldn’t order anything because they closed the grills so I asked for a mcflurry and the guy was quiet for a few seconds like he was thinking whether he should do it or not then said no again. The point is you guys were open and even though it is inconvenient you are open till 1130 so you should serve till then if you don’t want to then change your hours to 1125. Really disappointed considering this location is right next to my house and me and my family frequent this place often and now I don’t think I will be going back and recommending that my friends and family do the same.

For a McDonalds this place is pretty nice! The employees are really nice and friendly and the food is almost always hot and fresh, which is good because if McDonald’s fries aren’t hot they are disgusting

I saw this place only has 1 star so I’d like to help change that.
Though it’s a Mcdonald’s, it’s not the worst I’ve been to. It’s right next to Moorpark college which is great right before class.
The inside is always clean and a nice temputure. One thing that bothers me, is there are not too many single seats, they all seam to be meant for groups. I had to sit in the back at the handicapped table.
As always you’re going to run into okay employees. Really nice ones that haven’t let the fact they work at a Mcdonalds bother them, and some that have. You’ll get rude ones, and nice ones.
I usally get a medium fry, medium drink and chicken snack wrap, all comes to about $ 4.50.

This is the McDonald’s closest to our home and when we’re starving and need a quick bite to eat, we will drop in for a burger and fries. Unfortunately ordering here is a crapshoot. You order a cheeseburger, small fries and a Coke and instead you might get a plain hamburger, large fries and a Sprite. Tonight I order 2 Angus burgers and 2 fries, and they miss one order of fries. The food is OK and lives up to McDonald’s usual standards, especially the fries, and yes, they’re fast — however the employees simply are not capable of communicating with the public.
