Great place to stay on a budget. The rooms are a little small and could use some work(chipped paint in bathroom, worn carpet) but are comfortable with many amenities. The rooms have awesome beds, microwave/fridge, flat screen tv, desk for working and a great rain-style shower head. The morning breakfast is awesome with many hot choices and cold as well. Staff is friendly and seem to take pride in their job. Great place to stay!

This hotel has bedbugs and is losing its IHG brand flag. It is dirty. I had to checkout in the middle of the night after finding and being bitten by bedbugs that left painful and swollen marks on my arm. Although the hotel staff member there was kind, this hotel is gross. Do not stay here.

check in took less than a minute front desk lady was very friendly and helpful room was spotless, firm and soft pillows marked with embroidered pillowcases jacuzzi tub and shower very nice and clean had plenty of soap and shampoo shampoo was nice and from bath and body works… breakfast was delishious and they have cinnamon rolls that were soft and warm. i highly recommend staying here

Great room, staff and service, minus the WiFi Internet, could not get into! Kept timing out before completing log-in, frustrating! Otherwise a great night! Had dinner at neighboring Don Señor! If you like Mexican, you need to go there too!

A decent place to sleep, with a microwave, refrigerator, and comfortable enough beds. The high definition TV was also a nice touch. It is rather difficult to figure out where the entrances, at the bottom of a very steep street. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful upon check-in. If you are looking for a decent place to stay, this isn’t bad.

This is a pretty standard Holiday Inn Express. A moderately priced option normally, but for the area, seemed overpriced compared with the nearby competition. What made this hotel stand out was the front desk staff. From the woman at check-in who very helpfully took my last minute reservation on a late night and then went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal, to the man whose smiling friendly face actually made the early morning checkout less of a nuisance, this place gets 5 stars for customer service. The hotel is located next to a closed and slightly dilapidated restaurant, at the bottom of a hill. If it weren’t for the sign, it would be easy to drive past without seeing it. Despite being the late night hangout spot for the younger locals, the property was surprisingly quiet. I’d have no problem staying here again.

We requested a non-smoking room and that’s what we were told we were getting. Each time the AC came on we were assaulted with the odor of cigarette smoke. When we complained we were not even acknowledged. We were just told that it was located between 2 smoking rooms so it happens. Had I known this I would have stayed somewhere else. I have complained to their corporate office, was given 4000 priority points which are good for nothing. We reeked of smoke when we left and had terrible headaches the remaining 10 hour drive home. do not stay here if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke in any way. They do not have any non-smoking options.
