I saw Super 8 and Days Inn from the highway and started to go to Days Inn, mainly because I didn’t see Super 8 on the other side of the road until it was too late. I looked at the reviews and decided that Quality Inn would be a much, much, much better choice. What’s weird is that the same people own both, but maintain them differently. Everything seems to be in order, although the air conditioning makes quite a racket. The desk clerk said that the rooms are a mix of new and old. The price was about what I’d expect for such a room $ 70+, equivalent to a Days Inn. He was efficient and helpful. I don’t stay in a motel for the room, really, even for multiple days. I usually want a place to sleep for the night, so I can enjoy the outdoors. I’m just passing through this area, though.

Average hotel. I did not realize that some hotels still allow people to smoke in them but i guess I’m not in Colorado anymore either. With that being said the whole hotel was stanky :(Pet friendly for $ 10 extra which is AWESOME :) Holiday Inn next door was booked up. Checked in then straight back out of Days Inn(across the street, super sketch!!) so i did not have the energy to drive the the next town to see if I could find a decent place to stay. Wifi is free and worked great. TV channels were cutting in and out ha ha ha. A place to lay your head for one night and carry on as soon as possible…

I was perfectly happy with the service the entire time I stayed at this hotel. They may maintain the place on a skeleton crew, but they are truly friendly and helpful, and supplied every request, both reasonable and otherwise, with a smile. The housekeeping staff were attentive and always did what we asked. Not a single complaint over our 5 day visit. I would definitely stay here again.
