Advanced Vision Care Optometry

This is such a great place for all of your eye care needs! The employees are wonderful, courteous, knowledgeable, very friendly, and professional in every aspect! Customer Service was born here! They have NEVER been too busy or neglectful from start to finish. It is my HIGHEST recommendation that if you’re looking for a great optometrist in Mo Val — look no more! They always have time for YOU!!! They are terrific!

I love this place! I called in a Wednesday to schedule an appointment and got one for the next day. Went in the next day and was helped right away. I ordered my contacts AND glasses got my contacts the next day and my glasses came in two days after

So difficult finding a place that puts customers first. This one is not the place. Keep looking. So many other choices in MoVal. I am so frustrated. 7 days to strip the film off my glasses. When I bought them I told them no film. I when they came, they put the film on «for free» be caused they messed up. Now that I have impaired vision that’s the best they can do. They offered to give me my $ 200 back to go buy new lenses at Lens Crafters. I would consider their referral, but my insurance does not cover Lens Crafters. I gave them 2 years to prove themselves to me. Now, I am forced to look elsewhere. This place has shown me what horrible service looks like at every interaction from start to finish. We all have bad days, I get that. But, do they have a «bad day» at every interaction? Sorry Advanced Vision Care, I’d love to support you. You are so close to my home. But, I’m at wits end… I’m done. Others… be pre-​warned if you choose this place.

Receptionist was very rude! Not very welcoming personality! Would not call back to schedule an appointment there!

The entire staff is wonderful! Every single experience has been easy and efficient.
Their office is modern, clean and well kept. Cant say enough good things about the staff and this place!
