This Place is terrible. I have been 3 times the service is terrible the food is terrible and the prices are terrible can I say one last time terrible. Be warned Never come to this place the waitress & waiters have 0 customer service your food is never HOT, it takes a nuclear bomb to get a refill on your beverage. Even on weekdays with a handful of customers it takes centuries for your food to be prepared only to be as hot as a lamp style burger. If I could give negative stars I would. This place needs Bar Rescue ASAP, even though it’s a restaurant. I’m not sure what’s going on at this establishment but it’s not good. If management reads this isn’t a shot to bad mouth the restaurant it’s an attempt to improve this place has some issues that myself and other reviews have similar or the same issues.

My friend and I decided to grab lunch and stop at Chili’s because we love The Queso dip. We were greeted by a very nice hostess name Brooke. After being ignored by two waitresses in our section Brooke was kind enough to take care of us, get our drinks as well as let us order food with her. Being that I have been a server myself I do have high expectations when I am waited on, so I asked Brooke what happened. She said she wasn’t sure and she would look into it, we then met our actual server not the two that were ignoring us in that section and she apologized profusely explaining she was a new server. I understood and told her it was OK she did a great job after that. When things got busy Brooke still went above and beyond her duty to refill our water etc. my only complaint was the other two servers that were in the section that completely ignored us and decided not to help out the new server by AT LEAST greeting our table. It’s all about teamwork and Brooke understood that which is why I am writing this review speaking so highly of her. We will definitely be back.

Bad service or should I say no service. Walked in party of 4 was told they’ll be with us in a few minutes. 15 minutes go by still haven’t been asked party of… Continued to wait… It wasn’t busy, but we decided to walk out.

Went for lunch, around 2pm on a weekday. My bf and I are standing at the entrance being glanced at by staff not even a «hello» or a «welcome». Which is fine if they’re super busy, but nope hardly anyone around. So we wait, 5 minutes go by, then 10 and we finally get some acknowledgment. We wait 5 more minutes finally get seated just to get some shitty ass cold food with hair in it. We should have left from the start but my bf was set on eating immediately and didn’t want to have to think about choosing another place. Big mistake, basically we are never coming here again.

i ordered was an appetizer .it was even warm. looked like it came out of the microwave gross… i won’t be going there again oh and the host told me it was happy hour which it was not found that out when my check came… very disappointing

They were out of bacon bits so my loaded mashed potatoes were NOT so loaded. Other than that my margarita was fine. The food was fine.

Where to begin? Firstly they wouldn’t accept my coupon for Applebee’s Appetizer Sampler that was only expired by a day. Next they didn’t like my suggestion of calling it the Applebeetizer Sampler, and they kept talking about chilis even when I told them I can’t handle spicy food. Last there was a hair in the McGriddle I brought with me. This is Applebee’s, this is a great, family-​friendly chain. If I don’t want chilis in my food, just drop it. Overall good experience. Would have been five stars if it had the typical menu.

Went there yesterday around 3 o’clock let’s see where to begin… Kind of irritating they wouldn’t take my coupon that expired 1 day ago. They cooked my husband’s steak wrong didn’t complain though the food was great. other than hair in my sour cream!!! I don’t know about you but if I find a hair I have to disect the entire plate because it makes me think what else did I miss so I wasn’t too happy I told the waitress so she grabbed it said oh sorry an brought me back another one. To me that is a big screw up very unsanitary and they acted like it never happened no discount or anything the service also wasnt that great. This place definitely isnt anything to brag about. Way over priced as well youde think with their prices they can at least give their customers chips an salsa before food.

I would give this place 0 stars because service was so horrible the waitress was rude. Ok so I has a coupon that says get a free appetizer and it was just for Sunday which it was my bad because we went in Saturday but the way she responded to the coupon was bad. Then I downloaded one and she said well this coupon is for Juan no shot bitch is my dad you want to see his ID HAHAHA. And we needed up getting the free appetizer but when she have us our bill she didn’t discounted the appetizers which where suppose to be free and she was like when you pay the machine is going tingle them off like that hahah oh yeah really so I’m Gona pay 10 dollars more and then is Gona take it out when the total clearly says 89 dollars instead of 79 well she was being stupid and wanted to keep the money. And the food horrible bad service I literally had to be like waving my hand to get more soda the portions of the food were so small I felt so ripped off. Never coming here again with there ride as waitress

I read the previous review and I was honestly a little skeptical but I ha to give it a chance. This place was actually pretty full so I was surprised why more people hadn’t review it. FOOD WAS GREAT, Service was REALLY GOOD: D I’ll leave pictures for you to judge for yourself (:
