As mentioned before the drive-​thru is sloooowwww at least a 15 min wait even if it is just two cars infront of you and that’s just to place your order. The girl at the drive-​thru window was rude impatient and indifferent. Her attitude conveyed you were bothering her rather than her serving you. Need better staff for sure.

This Place Has For Years runs Out of Everything! This place is literally hit or miss and You’d be lucky to get Chicken here. when they get it right they get it right but. This place is severely incompetent The customer service is great though.

Everytime I come here they are so rude employees seem pissed off which is a shame because I love the food

The hardest part of dining here is waiting in line. There were 3 parties of 2 people in front of me when I arrived, in 8 minutes I still have 2 parties in front of me… Crazy slow every time like they are putting the chicken on after you order…

I have to been to this location over 50 times. I live and work really nearby. I have never had a bad experience here! I’ve never had to wait a long time. they’ve never run out of chicken. they’ve never ran out of rice. everything is always clean and everyone’s always friendly. Don’t listen to all these haters that are just probably impatient.
If everything is so horrible here then why is there always a huge line? The proof is in the pudding!

Good food but never enough for what you pay for its almost a joke that everything is a kid serving but you pay the adult meal price. If they stop being stingy with the portions they would have more customers.

This place is always busy and as their food is great the drive thru seems to go slow. Ordering is quick.

Twice I’ve went and they take forever honestly waited in line for drive thru a good 40 min I’ll never again they r short on people there wait is waaay to long !!

They forget the dressing for my salad and I ask if it was the bag the said yes, NOPE !

This place is a absolute joke! They never have chicken I waited an hour for a kids two piece meal… I always give places the benefit of the doubt but today was the last straw. I have been here once again today for another kids meal and I have already been waiting thirty min. But also sold me a soda when they are completely out of soda. This is a freaking joke. Absolutely worst service. I’ve given them at least 5 – 7 chances
Update since I got my food, there was nothing correct but the order! I just double check the bags, not only did I get the wrong food. I asked for mashed potatoes but instead I got macaroni. I asked for little rice I got no rice asked for no pico but I got lots of pico I don’t understand if they don’t comprehend the words little, less, more, and none.

So I’ve been in the drive-​thru for 20 min now and still haven’t ordered. This chicken better be worth it!

This is the second time that I’ve ordered a side salad, asked for creamy cilantro dressing, and ended up not getting the dressing. I assumed that they gave it to me because I saw a bunch of salsas, but nope. So my salad is sitting in the refrigerator because I don’t like dry salads.

Typical El Pollo Loco quality, this location is always really busy. The inside is always kept clean and fresh, as well as the outside. It always looks new. The employee la are always nice and friendly. I like that they tend to change up their menu from time to time, and try to have a little something to satisfy different needs and wants.

Came here on Sunday it was really packed the line was like really long at least ten people, I ordered my usual and it was the tostada chicken salad, I’m leaving two stars because they where out of creamy cilantro and that was the whole reason why I came, the creamy cilantro is so delicious so I was bummed that they where out also there was sour cream in my tostada which they never put so I had to take it off, and my husband didn’t really like his burrito either so yeah we had a sucky lunch

This is one of the best El Pollo Locos in this area. I like the service, very professional, very lively. Very polite always smiling, way better than the one I go to LA. My food is always hot and fresh not burnt and cold like the El Pollo Loco in LA, this one always have green spicy avocado, anything you ask for the have it here. I give them five stars because I never had a problem, Excellent service, food always hot, they are fast in the drive thru which is a big bonus.

Ya «fast food»? Please. They need to speed things up a bit or hire more people. The drive thru line wait is ridiculous.

I decided to go through the drive through last night, Saturday April 25, at El Pollo Loco. What a mistake that was! Spent 20 minutes in line. Then had listened to Randy, the cashier, argue with another co-​worker about the length of the wait time for customers, specifically that if the co-​worker wanted smoother service she should hire more staff. Not the kind of comments to be making in front of customers.
I ordered the chicken pizza. Another mistake. WAY overpriced at $ 5.99! It was too salty and the sauce was over powering. Not a very good deal for what you pay for.
If there’s a next time I’ll stick with the burrito.

Came to this El Pollo Loco, and there chicken was burnt, and ran out of rice… The cashier said the order didn’t come in on time… How does a Mexican place run out of rice!!! Very bad business!!!

I only go here cause my wife likes it but out of 1out 10 they get my food right.
Why is number 2 a 3 piece meal. Make number 2 a two piece and a number 3 a three piece. Biggest mess ups ever.
I been to different ones but this one takes the cake. It’s best to walk in and check you food before you leave.

When I visited this restaurant, I noticed the shift Supervisor did not have a friendly attitude. After I received my meal, I approached one of the staff and asked for commentary chips. The staff member stated they do not give free chips. I then went to the shift Supervisor and asked her for complimentary chips. She stated they don’t give out free chips. I will have to pay for them. The Shift Supervisor had an attitude.
I will never return to this eating establishment.
