He worst service longest wait and when we got our drinks they were wrong. Don’t ever come here. Is there such a thing as zero stars

Seriously? And I thought the Blythe Starbucks was the slowest one around. These guys make Blythe look like rock stars. I was the 4th person in line and still waited 15 minutes. I finally gave up and went down the street.

My friend’s order was incorrect, I was very impressed how Careena handled the situation and offered to remake the drink for my friend. The store was very busy and Careena seemed like a super women barista handling all those drinks. I work in hospitality industry and was very impressed by her skill set, awareness level and customer service skills.

customer service sucks!!! I was standing there for at least 2 minutes– two employees saw me and not one said«hello» or «we’ll be right with you.» we actually had eye contact and at that exact moment I turned away and walked out. never again. horrible service! note: this is not the first time but I was dumb enough to come back. won’t happen again.

The line in drive thru is alway crazy slow and they never have what I want. They need to stock better bcuz they do know there busy. What a disappointment EVERYTIME I come here. I would tether take the drive and go on rooms express way and Perris bcuz there always moving at a fast pace and ALWAYS have what u need.

My favorite Starbucks in Moreno Valley. Love the staff, they’re all super sweet. The drive gets a little backed up at times but I guess that happens everywhere. Now with the app you can order and pay online and just pick it up when it’s ready(usually within 5minutes).

I LOVE the people here! Everyone is really nice and friendly(at least at the drive-thru window), but the drive-thru process is painstakingly slow. Like, next-level slow. There have been times when I’ve waited at least 25 minutes, if not more, with minimal cars in front of me. I’m not sure if the management/owners are trying to be cost-effective by keeping this location short-staffed, or if each customer likes to order the entire menu, but I hope something can be fixed because it’s nearly unbearable. Especially considering this is the only drive-thru Starbucks in the area, they really need to up their game to handle the demand!

By far the slowest drive thru ever!!! It literally took 25 min with only 3 cars ahead of me. It’s Starbucks so you get what you expect but they need to step it up. It’s a little ridiculous and they are consistently like this

Consistenly slow when waiting for order. Always understaffed. Drive thru lines extend and block parked vehicles in the lot. Starbucks should hire more staff but either no one wants to work this location or the management is really trying to cut staff costs. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for anything, sometimes even longer.

The drive-through line extends to the end of the parking lot sometimes time in between cars is more than three minutes. Literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to.

Worst experience ever I go in and get charged twice for a egg sausage sandwich in my card and cash I had 2 seperate orders I go and ask for my refund on my card with a receipt and they said I only have one and I told them that’s what I got I showed them I got cash receipt and no card receipt they said they couldn’t help so I got some coffee through the drive through… They said it was on the house for the another egg sausage sandwich she handed me the coffee that taste like water and closed the window on me smiles walked away… Worst customer service will not return ever one customer lost

Geez… slowest starbucks ever and ive been to some really busy starbucks. they could at least acknowledge their customers, apologize for the wait and have a smile on their face instead of chit-chatting with the other baristas… inside and the drive thru were super slow. i was in drive thru for 10 min. then ended up getting down an waiting anther 15min for 1 drink… i swear i have the easiest drink ever. even the stranger standing next to me just ordered a tea… we were waiting forever. .remined me to never stop by here again

I just bought a drink here through drive-thru & yes it is busy but that shouldn’t mean a customer should receive a less than average drink. I ordered no whip. I see the drive thru personnel place whip cream then drizzled chocolate syrup on top. I corrected him and asked for the whip cream to be removed. He willingly did so which I appreciate but then he handed the drink to me just is and didn’t even place the chocolate drizzle. umm my drink looks like crap. I’m very disappointed Starbucks. busy should never be a reason why your staff make drinks look unacceptable for the price I’ve paid.

Once again I have to walk in after getting my drink from the drive thru because it taste like nothing but water. The people working here are just so unhelpful. They always have an attitude when you go in to let them know the drinks they make suck! I rather go to the Starbucks on iris the employees there are so sweet and nice always willing to help you. Another thing as I’m waiting for my new drink the employees are on the little drive thru head sets talking crap about the customers! Gosh I wonder what they were saying about me when I left. This will be the last time I come to this Starbucks. I’d rather drive down some way to go to the one off iris.

This location is close to my home, which is the only real reason I came here because honestly they have horrible customer service! I just left the location, they took forever in the drive thru with my order of two drinks, got them both wrong and a still had an attitude when I asked her(Norma) to fix it. Every time I’ve come here I’ve had a problem. Staff always has an attitude or rude remark. Last time I was here my brother ordered a drink that was not listed on the menu, and one of the girls replied through a headset in the back ground, «maybe you can get that at burger king.». It was simply a mixture of two different teas. I was pissed but my brother brushed it off. This location is not recommended

Extremely crowded and they only have three people working. Not very smart!!! Even worse they have a brand new girl working the register that knows NOTHING about their menu and the drinks. Seriously had to explain that a Mocha is an espresso drink!!! She had communication issues with me and her manager when the manager was trying to fixed everything she screwed up! Should have made my own coffee this morning!!! Btw…I have been waiting over five minutes for my coffee and three people that orders after me have got their drinks and gone.

Love this Starbucks. It’s got more seating both indoors and out than a normal Starbucks. They also seem to carry a larger variety of take home coffees, teas and mugs. They offer free wifi, and lots of seating options close to outlets. I am giving this 4 stars only because the staff tend to be more on the rude side than the friendly side.
