Came strictly for the «midnight» (really 9pm) release of the beloved Black Ops 3. Stopped in a week prior to pre order and place a payment. I thought THIS would be a great opportunity to explain the process of receiving your game. Guess not! LUCKY for my responsible ass, I called the day of to confirm and was BARELY explained to that they would be handing the games out at 9 pm not midnight. ALSO even if you have paid off the game already you would still need to come in again the same day between the hours of 2pm-8:45pm to get a group number, then come back again at 9 to get the game. Seems like important information to me, again I’m glad I called. The guy was actually polite in explaining the information so I wasn’t bothered YET.
It was when I showed up at 2pm and they refused to give me a group number because the information was incorrectly given to me by the man I spoke to. They couldn’t give it to me until 3 pm which wouldn’t be as annoying if I didn’t plan my entire day around the original time. Not only was the girl was nice enough to apologize but the GUY (douchedouchedouche) stood there laughing like it was the most hilarious thing that he’s going around giving wrong information! Wow okay! Nice bucket hat! (NOT) Not to mention he was the douche that was parked taking up two parking spots with his wanna be fast and furious car who bounced as soon as the line started to get busy. You go sir! NOT you’re a giant douche and I assume you’re lazy!
Sat at Starbucks for an hour only to return to a line of maybe 12 people that moved SO unbelievably slow I could feel my hair growing! It took 50 minutes to get to the front to receive my group 2 receipt.
2 stars because the GIRLS here rock are awesome and very nice and informative. Also because it moved along quickly at 9 pm which was great. But I’ve been to better pre order releases, ones with free pizza, music and merch. Here they had posters and such but nothing quite worth the grand reveal of such an anticipated awesome game like CODBO3.

These guys are great. Never had a problem.
Been shopping here for years now and they are friendly yet professional. And they know how to throw a midnight launch.

Called 5 minutes til closing to see if my phone was left there and they didn’t answer… I literally let the phone ring like 50 times before they answered (meaning they were there and didn’t want to answer). When he did finally answer I asked if my phone was there and he put me on hold «to ask» and left me for about 4 minutes just to say come back and say no. News flash GameStop employees. You are on the clock… please don’t pull that «it’s close to closing so I’m not going to answer» nonsense. Thanks.

I was going to say this game stop sucks but they’re actually pretty cool. I called in wanted to buy the ** WiiU bundle and the employee said they had one at their Day Street Location which from past experiences, I didn’t want to go to. So I asked if they could pick it up for me and they did.
The box seemed open already but I didn’t really care because of the one year warranty that already came with the WiiU.
The reason I was going to say they sucked was that I called in earlier asking if I could still pre-​order a certain bundle. They said yes and all I had to do was put 100 down. I walked in and they said I couldn’t which pissed me off since I called earlier. But people make mistakes so I’ll let them go on that so yeah out of all the gamestops in the Moreno Valley area, this is the best you’re going to get.
The employees are nice and aren’t snobby like the other gamestops in the area.

Do not pre order anything from these Gamestop places. They give you a date when your game or shipment will come in and it does not arrive. All the while the corporation is collecting interest on the money you give them to reserve your preorder for the amount of extra time it takes for the game or item to get to you. Absolutely ridiculous. It wouldn’t be so bad if they could actually produce the item that you already psid for and were promised on a specific date. Howevrr, this is not the case. Instead they blame the manufacturer for the failure.

Great service and if you need something they are very helpful; it does help to go when children are in school.

There are two gentlemen that are great! We thank them. However today for the second time we experienced a female there that leaves much to be desird. She could really use a long class in people skills. My husband said that we would no longer shop there because of her sour disposition. Driving business away, is bad for business ma’am.

Staff are really friendly and they converse with you while theyre processing your order, plus theyre very approachable while you’re looking for something. I even hold onto one of their display posters and they call u once they take it down. they try to make sure you got the best service possible.
