I was waiting for my food inside of the Ono Hawaiian bbq a family came in with a pit bull dog on a leash. They ordered there food and waited, all the time there dog was trying to get to the back of the counter and sniffing all over the floor. The dog was not a service dog, was not in training. I also believe that this place is not a pet friendly restaurant, and the staff at the restaurant did not say anything the the family about getting the dog out. I will no longer go to this restaurant and hope others do the same. This restaurant still has to follow health code, but I guess they choose not too.

We went here often with groups from work and each time the line was out into the parking lot… It’s worth the wait. They have the Best Macaroni Salad and I really enjoy their Chicken dishes. I have to admit the Beef, not as good typically…

Always call ahead because the wait can be 10 – 25 min for a plate. Ready in 10 min when calling ahead and you only need to wait in line one time! Very clean location and girls at the cashier are always polite. Food could be a bit less toasted. Always seems to look like the meat is burned.

I had the number 1 chicken (forgot what’s it called) and it was good and fresh, along with my dishes rice and macaroni salad. I would come back here for more!

3 stars for the food but the other 2 are for very slow service (took 30 minutes for two plates) and it’s uncomfortably hot in here. I started sweating standing up and the more they started cooking the warmer it got. Wouldn’t recommend to sit down and eat here. You’d be more comfortable taking it home to eat which we ended up doing in the end

The waiting time is too slow. I ordered a curry chicken katsu to go, and ate it in the restaurant. It was pretty damn good. 4⁄5 would come here again.

I tried this place since I always see it when I stop by for a transaction at the schools First Federal Credit Union. I have to say that I was very impressed with the food quality. I got the mix plate with chicken, meat, rice and macaroni… I’m usually very picky on macaroni but this one was just right. I will be stopping by here every once in a while since i dont live by here. the food os worth it

This place has become a bit of a regular for me lately. The staff is always friendly, and the food is consistent with the Ono chain. I got the teriyaki chicken tonight with the rice and macaroni salad, and got the chicken breast noodle soup to go.
It is fairly light food, not too heavy. If you haven’t tried it yet, why not???

Come here every time I am in town! Its in a great location, service is always great — I’m not sure about the mixed reviews below but I really do get good service each time I go in. The food is good as well, I love the spam masubi and of course the macaroni salad. Speaking of… its lunch time, heading on over now!

Ok, I always get the seafood noodle soup. last time the shrimp just didn’t taste right. Maybe it old. So they said next time you come in you can get soup for free. Unfortunately, I took them up on it. Well let me tell you it took them a long time to get to the table. My family was done with their food before I even got my meal. Once again, it just didn’t taste right. This will be the last time that I will ever again eat here. No more seafood soup for me. Be careful what you order…

First time at the venue. Came here with a buddy after a round of golf in the area. The venue does have a private lot for parking, but is shared with neighboring businesses. This visit was during lunch time, so upon entrance seating was limited, but we were able to score some seats from people leaving. The is an abundant amount of menu items displayed in the wall, which made it slightly hard to decide on what to order. The worker didn’t seem welcoming and helpful at all. She just asked us «what can I get for you?» as if she was a robot. I ordered the grilled beef, Hawaiian chicken, and chicken katsu. Everything was great except for the beef, it was way too salty. Overall an ok place, but nothing amazing here.

They are alright when there’s no other choices for the night. Their BBQ items on the list are all the same in terms of flavor except for the meat you choose. They are not too expensive, it takes a short amount of time to cook, it’s better than eating fried food for a change right. Oh, and their rice ball is small for the boxes.

We are big fans of Ono’s chain. We usually order the usual-​BBQ beef, short ribs, katsu, katsu curry… lately, I have been craving the luau pork. This franchise keeps it consistent for the most part. The service is decent usually. We prefer other locations to this one… we would only come to this location when pressed for time. The cleanliness is sub par, especially in the condiments and beverages area. The food portions are inconsistent and the cook tends to chop the meat up into big pieces. The prices keep on going up as the quality at this location keeps going down.
