Best customer service thus far of ANY fast food location I have ever stopped at! Anthony checked me out and even helped carry my food and drink to the car. While it was only one drink and a small bag, I had my diaper bag + my rather fussy 5-month old with me. He wasn’t screaming or anything just very wiggly. The manager was even sweet and said hi to him. Order was perfect, no issues there either.

Our power went out Sunday during the storm. Decided to grab a bite to eat and sit inside. The gentlemen at the counter who took our order was friendly, polite, courteous, helpful, attentive, competent. Best customer service my wife and I have had in a long time. This person in general is going to go places just from his personality. He needs to be in management and the face of the company. He represents the company so well and so professional. The food was fresh and tasty. Only turn off was that there was a lot of water on the floor by the door but that cant really go against them as it was from the severe downpour we were in the middle of.

Disgusting. Found spit in my husband’s burger. Always get our order wrong, but we’ve put up with it until now. So gross. Called the manager and she was incredibly rude, told us we were lying and just told us to bring it in to replace it. Wth?

Stopped in on my way from Laguna Beach to Palm Springs for a quick lunch on Thursday 3⁄17. Food was good, but writing this review in particular to give 5 stars to Anthony who took my order. He is the most professional order taker in a fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. While waiting for my food I continued to watch him interact with customers and perform his duties. Wendy’s management, you have an incredible employee in the Moreno Valley store and would highly recommend keeping him and promoting him !!!

This Wendy’s is absolutely disgusting for a food establishment!!! I will never go to this Wendy’s again. I went in there to use the restroom and the toilet had crap all over it even down the sides and no toilet seat covers!!! I was going to eat there but just thinking the employees use that filthy restroom I was like HELLNO!!! I will never get food from there ever again after seeing that. There should be restroom checks done by employees hourly in a restaurant.

Who doesn’t like a chocolate frosty? If you said what’s a frosty, get over to Wendy’s and get yourself one. I suggest chasing it with some spicy nuggets, and a ice cold coke. Fast service, actually messed up my order a little tonight but, people make mistakes, and delicious baconator fries

I eat out almost everyday because my wife almost never cooks. Even when she does rarely cook, it doesn’t taste good. I like the consistency. The food here is ok, Service is pretty good. So far, they haven’t screwed up on my orders

After attending coachella music festival we drove back home to long beach the same night. We tried to make the trip without eating on the drive but we got hungry around Moreno Valley and saw a Wendy’s sign while on the fwy . It was a bit difficult to locate the Wendy’s and actually had to go through about two shopping centers to find it but we ended up finding the drive thru . Once we were ready to order I ordered the double hamburger combo and my girl wanted the spicy chicken sandwich but the employee said they were out of spicy chicken. We were a bit Disapointed but they had the home style chicken sandwich available so she ordered that . Upon reaching the window the attendant tells us it will be about 5 minutes wait for the sand which So they can make it fresh and we agreed to wait. Once we got the order he tells us he put a large fries and gave us a large soda because we had to wait and they didn’t have what we originally wanted . The food was very fresh and cooked right. We also enjoyed the freebies and didn’t mind wait an extra 5 minutes for made to order food.

You must check your order every time. It’s bound to be missing something no matter if you go in or through the drive through. When asked to repeat the order because their order screen usually doesn’t work, they act inconvenienced. Food is pretty good and love the frosty. Just don’t leave until you make sure you have everything.

Ok. So I walked in just because we had to use the facilities. Line had one car in Drive thru. When we went in there were 3 people in line. So I did my thing and went back. There was still a line for 5 minutes and got so annoyed. People were not getting their food orders correctly. Then people came back up. :/I’m still waiting… Then it’s my turn, so I was changing my mood… Until cashier Kristin didn’t listen to my order. I was specific. Four items! Nuggets! 2 reg. 2 spicy. Mid sentence she turns away to grab a burger to put on a tray by me for someone else and said. «Huh, what?». Then I asked her about donating a dollar for charity. Which I wanted to do… She explained them to me and said«well they are in the two other drawers, not mine» … Then it was CRICKETS! My jaw dropped and I am just standing there! And asks me what I want the drinks to be for all the kids meals…(?!?) I said I didn’t order any and then took 4 thumb prints on a comp screen to get it off… Seriously wth? She just denied me donating to charity!!! At that point I just wanted to get out of there. I kept my cool and didn’t B*##ch to a manager. Who btw was putting food on trays. And not helping with lines backing up. Want to give zero stars! I am a Wendy’s fan. Just not of this one! :(

I can honestly say I didn’t have a bad experience here what’s so ever. Drive-thru wait time was actually rather fast, service was great, food was given fast not to mention my order was right and nothing was missing, fries were made fresh and I got my straw! Usually I go to other places and I don’t get a straw. Maybe the ppl who had a bad experience just went on an off day or during a really busy time. Over all I am beyond happy with my experience. :)
