Normally my shopping experiences are good here, but today for some reason the cashiers seem to have a mission to drive away customers away by being rude, inconsiderate, damn right snotty, with their stupid remarks at each other about the customer that their supposed to be helping.
Never have I felt so humiliated for using a coupon and angry at kohls for hiring such inconsiderate people… I am canceling my kohls card and will no longer shot with kohls. I suggest you do the same.

This kohls is the most disorganized stores ever, it seems like they never clean it, its pretty ridiculous, i came here 2 days in a row and saw them same things thrown everywhere. Time for new management.

My Parents’ love this place. Not only to shop good ones but because if the discounts all the time. I also got approved with their Credit Card which one of the Cashiers help me with compare to getting in line with their Customer Service.
Their Cashier has always have enough for the people in line.
Little suggestion, More Agent somewhere in the middle so customers don’t need to go to Cashier to ask for help.

I love coming to this khols even though it’s the only one near me. They have GRRRREAT prices on all your needs. The only problem is that they don’t have a maternity section, I’m expecting twins and I would have loved to shop for them there and take of my coupons. Also my husband is very tall and big so I’m a little shocked that they only have sizes up to 2x. He’s trying to lose a couple pounds but the pants are much to short. I love the customer service and I love how the dressing rooms are big enough for me and all the items I grab to try on. Not to mention they are very clean. There is an employee that always helps me out. I forgot her name but she has very beautiful curly hair and a smile that will brighten your day. She is very good at keeping up with my shopping and always recommends the best products .

The sales ppl never looked my way. I was there for at least 15 mins. I was in the cooking section. I won’t be back.
I have no issues w the other favorable reviews on this store. I just wish I met those sales ppl in the favorable reviews.

Love this kohl’s. Always very helpful and generous with their discounts. Always clean and u always find someone that can help. Look for the best deals and don’t forget u earned your kohls cash so even if they are expired insist with the manager. Only the last time I tried at the one in riverside the cashier insisted I couldn’t use it. Didn’t feel like waiting some more so just payed and left. Want a great service come to this one.

this is were i shop my clothes, bed, bathroom and kitchenwares, they’re very good to me with their coupons, plus it adds up if you have their rewards card, and they also give you a choice of 15%, 20% or 30% scratches. what more can you get? i also like when they give you kohl’s cash when you spend over $ 50.
you have plenty of parking.
TIP: i brought this up when i showed them the Unilocal check-​in, you supposedly get 15% off, one of the cashier lady said, they don’t accept that cause they only send coupons through email, so the Unilocal check-​in deal doesn’t work.

Nice clean store. Great selection of clearance items everywhere! Helpful customer service. Honored a 30% discount from another Kohls store even though it should have only been 20%! I left happy.

Nice clean and open store with helpful associates. Definately sign up for a Kohls card and become an MVC. You «save» more and get Kohls cash. This kohls is close to a Super Target but a lot of stores in this center have closed. Either way this is a good store one that I have shopped in numerous times.

Just left this Kohls and our cashier was very pleasant! At some kohls the workers aren’t very nice but she was very sweet, and seemed liked she loved working there. Her name was Samantha P.

I love this Kohl’s I got pants here on sale for $ 6 and on top of that i had a coupon for a 30% discount! Sooooo I ended up getting like 9 pairs of pants. The great part was that I went to another Kohl’s and saw the same pants on sale for $ 22 so I felt like this Kohl’s had a great deal and I hit the jack pot! I like this Khols the most out of 4 other Kohl’s in the area becuase they are always so nice, always clean, and always ahead when it comes to discounts!

My mom’s favorite store. Mine also behind Jcpenny & Forever 21. I like some of their clothes. I usually get their pants and other things… haha. the check out lane can take awhile but their sweetness makes it up once they are scanning your items (:

i enjoy the deals i can find at this store however figuring out how much something costs is a real hassle, even with those price scanners they have available throughout the store. i only shop in the «home» section though. It’s difficult when you want to know the price of a large item, having to carry it to one of the scanners.
the staff are friendly and personable but sometimes difficult to locate on the floor. i am still happy to shop there though, it is what it is.

Kohl’s. Hmm. well it’s another store chain. Reminds me of Mervyn’s, with better merchandise and overall better ambiance.
I go there maybe every other month to check out what’s new. I like their promotion «Get $ 10 Kohls cash for every $ 50 spent.» They have it pretty often, especially during holidays.
What they have:
Houseware/​Kitchenware, Bed/​Bath, Small Home Electronics, Clothing, Cosmetics, Accessories, Jewelry, Shoes, Toys (some), and Luggage.
Vera Wang, Lauren Conrad, and Daisy Fuentes have clothing and accessory lines here. And they have your generic brands as well.
I have ordered online and returned merchandise in store with no hassle at all. Service has always been good.
This location is clean and well kept. It is in the same complex as Super Target, Best Buy, and Office Max.
