I have to say that I generally like Panda Express, but this time I was very disappointed. Maybe it was this place but I was not satisfied. Also I should have checked the reviews before I ate here. The problem was portions sizes seemed to have gotten smaller and they use new plates that also seem smaller. Then when I got my food they barely filled the spoon with food and even counted the shrimp to serve me. I asked is that it for the shrimp and the worker said yes you only get 7 shrimps. The food seemed a little less flavored but still good at least. The final straw was asking if they had any sugar/sugar substitute for my ice tea. The worker said«no» and that was it. How can you serve ice tea un sweeten without any sugar. Yuck.

I have alot to complain about here, but I’ll keep it short and say they are cutting corners. Water down teriyaki sauce, sweet chicken breast was missing pineapples with old onions. When I told the Asian manager Margaret that my chicken was under cook and the food didnt taste good. She just smiled and said thank you. No apology or replacement. Not to mention the portions were small & one of the«kid» cooks was vomiting in the bathroom. I wonder what he ate. I left my food on the table and will not be coming back.

Wow! Long gone are the days where u got what u paid for! I remember getting Chinese food in the white containers packed sooooooooo full they were overflowing! And I’m talking a couple weeks ago at a different Panda Express! Now at the one in mo Val– they come in fancy black containers and it’s obvious you now are paying $ 7 a head for less food. Will not be going back — despite their convenient drive thru! I’d rather get REAL Chinese food for a better price and more food!

I love Panda Express but I’m sorry the location off day st in Moreno Valley always messes up our orders. This has literally happen to me over 4 times every time I’ve came to this location specifically. This time I’m saying something because I let those other times slide. I ordered a 2 entrée plate with steamed veggies, half and half chow mien and rice, and teriyaki chicken. Soon as we pull up the girl charges us for our food, she asks us if we want soy and hot sauce… We say yes. She gives us our stuff. We drive home starving ready to eat and I noticed there were no sauces for us and my steamed veggies had no broccoli. Please just make sure you put everything in the description for your sides please. Please change the management here or something. This location really sucks as service and screwing up my order.

Terrible customer service! I walked in today 3⁄12 at 8:45pm not one person greeted me and I stood there until a worker finally made contact with me and she didn’t even ask if I was ready to order or anything at all! She seriously just stood there and stared at me lol. Not a welcoming environment at all.

On January 10th we came here to order catering for an upcoming birthday party for the nephew. The lady said she couldn’t take such and that we would need to place the order online, via their ordering service. Humoring them, we left and did such(on the same day). We set the pick up for January 16th. Six days advanced notice. So we called the day before(15th) to confirm the order, only to be told they hadn’t received any orders and wouldn’t receive it until the day of(the 16th). We called back the day of… and was informed they didn’t have any such order. Even though we have a print out showing the fully paid for online order, pick up time, etc. Imagine if we hadn’t been proactive and calling/follow-up. We’d have been screwed. Whether it’s the chains fault or this particular venue, I don’t know. But because of this, I can’t help but reduce my previous rating to one star.

I ordered a plate with orange chicken and black pepper chicken. All I got when I got home was rice and chow mein. Absolute idiots work here.

Should have read the reviews before I went to this location. Every bad review was well deserved. First the customer service in the drive thru was totally unacceptable. The worker acted like I was doing her a favor by ordering food. There were no «please«or «thank you«ever mentioned by the worker during this encounter. So, I order the food and took it home and there was a long human hair in the chow mein! I guess this place is as dirty as everyone are complaining about. Threw the rest of the food away and called the Panda location and asked to speak to the manager. Placed on hold for ten minutes and the manager never came to the phone. Contacted the corporate office to complain and make them aware of their dirty and unfriendly franchise. Corporate offered a refund but I declined. I’m just done with all Panda Express. Good luck if you decide to eat at this location. Make sure you get immunized and your shots are up to date.

ridiculously long waits. I am not expecting super speedy service, but geeze its a little over the top when it comes to service. i called in a phone order at 2:18 pm(to avoid the wait), and they put me on hold. I was able to shower and drive to the location by 2:52pm and i saw the phone was still off the hook on hold. Thats borderline disrespect…

Very bad service, first off they gave the wrong food. The service was terrible, Celia C. was the person who was«helping us.» She opened the window for us to pay, didn’t talk to us she just put her hand out and didn’t say a word. I asked for some condiments, she said«I put it in the bag,» and just shut the window. Leaving us looking at a window, then just walked away. Didn’t even give us a chance to say anything else. Will never be stopping by this place again.

The food is always fresh and taste delicious. HINT: If you feel the food is not fresh, you may ask them to make you a fresh side dish… And they will do it! It’s part of their customer service. I must agree with everyone’s opinion on Unilocal, about their customer service. It is not the best. I’ve found myself waiting in line for about 5 to 10 minutes just to place an order. Also, this location tends to give you smaller portions of food than other locations. I sometimes find myself reminding them to put more than half a scoop of an entrée on my plate. This is very annoying to me. I would strongly recommend going to another Panda Express location if possible.

This is the closest Panda Express to our home, so unfortunately we continue to visit. However, we don’t go as often as we used to. The wait times in the drive-thru are ridiculous! There have been times we have sat for 15−20min and didn’t even order yet. We ended up backing out if he drive thru and leaving. Now my husband is sitting in the drive thru again, and has been there for 15min after he placed our order. I’ve never had to wait so long in a drive thru! We need to find somewhere else for our«quick» Chinese food fix. The wait times in the drive thru are just terrible for mediocre food.

Out of chow mein? Are you kidding me? The girl I talked to said they had«under ordered». Hopefully they’ll learn to «over order» next time so this doesn’t happen again. And I had been so stoked to have panda tonight! Such a let down.

The food here is good, but terrible service today. Since we first walked in the door. We ended up waiting about 4 minutes for an employee to even say«I’ll be right with you», which came from the woman on the other side of the room. There were two employees walking right passed me, and looked at me. But said nothing. Then they took my order, and when I was in the middle of telling my entrees, the employees started talking to each other. And then I ordered cream cheese rangoons and I didn’t get the sweet and sour sauce that is supposed to be served with. And when the woman was ringing up my order, another one of the employees was gossiping about the customers who dined in. The food isn’t worth the lack of basic customer service. Update: the orange chicken was really burnt.

Visualize this with me: Wednesday night, pulling up to a Panda Express drive-thru –hopefully anticipating over-salted, hyper-seasoned, yet all-too-tantalizing Americanized Chinese food. Only about 4 cars away from the window, I’m thinking that this will be a 10 minute detour, tops… Is this an unreasonable timeline? Nope… at least, not for any self-respecting fast food joint. Wishful thinking on my part? Ah, sadly, yes. My boyfriend and I waited in the drive thru line of cars(which we were quickly blocked into) for 10min –JUST to get to the speaker to order our food! When we finally pull up to order, we are greeted with little empathy when the voice on the other end asks us to «hold on please». We sit at the speaker for several more minutes until we are able to place our order… Then the REAL waiting begins. We sit behind 2 other cars for another 10min, while wondering, in excruciating tension, why we chose Panda Express to begin with! When we finally arrive at the window, we are greeted with an apologetic drive-thru window gal with the sweetest of smiles and the most pleasant attitude that we’ve come across –PSYCH! No. No, we were not. After such a crazy and unreasonable wait-time, we are not met with even so much as a sympathetic glance. I mean, clearly SOMEONE is dropping the ball with this drive-thru experience and I am sure it can’t all be the fault of the drive-thru window lady, but at the VERY least, don’t be a witch! The lady shoved a bag of food at us and did not confirm our order or ask if we wanted any kind of sauce. Well we’ve waited TOO darn long to keep driving and I was determined to at least get one of those little containers of sweet and sour sauce for our cream cheese rangoons… I mean, who eats those things without the sauce that goes with them??? So anyway… every time she appears at the window, we barely catch a glimpse of her profile while she tactfully avoids unnecessary eye-contact. She manages to push a drink our way along with our credit card and receipt without so much as a word. My boyfriend was so frustrated with her attitude that he wanted to just take off, but I insisted we get our sauce, considering this ridiculous wait-time we’ve undergone… why settle at this point? When she realized that we weren’t going to pull away from the window, she leaned out the window with a «what do you want now?» type of expression and then returns with one sauce container. The positive side? The 27 minute ordeal gave me plenty of time to work up an appetite. :-P At least they got our order right… I won’t be coming back to this Panda if I can help it. The one one Moreno Beach Drive has MUCH better customer-service. It’s worth the slightly longer drive… you might even SAVE time by simply avoiding this location and driving the extra 5 miles for decent customer service.

This has been the WORST Panda I have been to. The food is ok, cleanliness is ok, service is terrible. So I ordered 3 meals. Two with two items, both which had one item of teriyaki chicken. The last meal was a kids meal with teriyaki chicken. I asked to mandarin sauce on the side. She gave me two. I asked if I could get some more, as all of us like sauce on our chicken. She said only one per meal. WTF. I was like well we have 3 meals… if only you knew how to count.

I stopped here on my way back from a camping trip. I don’t go to Panda Express often, and after seeing the reviews here I was a little discouraged. But I had a great experience! The line was practically out the door, but it went very quickly, thanks mostly to one particularly upbeat employee. The food was extremely fresh, probably because they were serving it as fast as they could make it. Anyways, the service and the food was great(for fast food, anyway) and I have no reason to rate less than five stars.
