Betsey and Mike are the owners and they’re killin’ it! Pizzas are always on point. Stone IPA is on draft. (Wish they’d bring back the Mermaid Red tho!!) Would love to see more craft on tap, but as long as there’s stone, it’s cool. We always go for thirsty Thursday’s. $ 2.50 pints of Stone? Okay!!!

My son wanted to try this place out so I gave it a try, it was a big mistake!
This place does have many good reviews, maybe it was just bad luck? idk? Maybe everything does look better and in this case tastes better after anew drinks!
I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas, OMG were they were so greasy and not sure if it was the sauce or the pepperoni but it was extremely spicy. My 13 and 5 year old boys wouldn’t eat it for that reason, I decided to call them to let them know so I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t there! I decided to explain what happened to get a «I don’t know what to tell you» my response was was that’s it? I guess it was a crazy idea that they would say just bring it and we will make you a new one I guess.
Won’t be going back!

This place is the best pizza place in Moval hands down. There is always an abundance of toppings on the pizza here and it’s always so booooomb. Their deals are always top notch and the staff are always polite and friendly. BEST PIZZA RESTAURANT IN MOVAL’S HISTORY OF EXISTENCE.

Been here a couple times and it’s always yummy! Today I ordered a large pizza and a mini with garlic bread. Jessica helped me and was EXTREAMLY nice!

Okay! Where to begin. Well for starters. 10 wings for $ 5 on Wednesdays? I’m there. Their wings are so good, that now I can’t have wings at any other place!
Not to mention their pizza is really good! The fact that they hand-​toss their pizzas and make it to order. there’s no beating that. Yes, the prices are higher than little caesars and bambinos. but you get what you pay for! It really is worth the cost. + they always have deals of the day & even for deliveries there’s discounts. Overall it’s a great place to either go on a date or with your entire family! Mike and Betsy are great, very attentive to all the customers that come in, regulars or first timers. Everytime I’ve gone there, the tables are always clean and nothing left over from previous customers. Definitely recommend! PS. they have thirsty thursday specials for the beers on tap ;)

Our first time at Pizza factory was not a good experience! The restaurant was filthy dirty, food on the floor under almost every table. We found 1 fairly clean table luckily, almost every table still had cups and trash from customers that had already left. They had plenty of employees working to keep it clean but were more concerned with playing around rather then working. 35 minutes after ordering our 2 medium pizzas we finally got our food and yes the dinning room still wasnt cleaned yet. The pizzs was good and I like the crust but it was pretty expensive. I just cant get over how dirty this place was, makes me wonder if they dont clean the dinning room what does the kitchen look like??? We wont be returning

Came in tonight for family night and got just what we wanted. Pizza was great, the wings were awesome, and the service was great. We will be back for sure!

This place was total and absolute DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I wanted my money back pizza wasn’t out at all mind you during lunch time and it’s supposed to be «all you can eat» I had some cheese and Alfredo pizza and waiting for something else rather than the Pineapple and Canadian bacon being that I’m allergic to Pineapple! Pepperoni finally came out when I lost all hope but by the time I was done with my two slices once again all the pizza was gone!!!
The salad bar was decent but the soup on the other hand tasted like I was eating dirty potatoes!!!
I was really really upset and I will be calling and telling the manager about the horrible experience I had here!!! They should just say they have a all you can eat salad bar!!! Cause that’s the only good thing about this place! Pizza when it WAS out was just O.K. nothing special I will save my money next time and spend only $ 5 at little Ceasars and enjoy a WHOLE pizza!
Was here for over an hour and even people that came after us were there for only 5 min and left immediately! This place is a disappointment!!!

The place looked clean and professional but the food was not all that and a bit pricey. I ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce and it was not good at all. If I could make it at home a million times better for a fraction of the cost… where is my value as a customer. This place was a «Big Guys Pizza» before. Let’s just say it’s worth the 5 min drive to their new location off Alessandro.

I have been here twice. First was the lunch buffet which was decent and priced fairly-​9bucks for salad, pizza coke. 2^nd time was for a meeting. The service is average and the pizza is not bad, but not very good or memorable. I would go again, but would never want to go here and I live right next to it. Many options around for the lunch crowd but they have fair prices and the food isn’t bad.

Worst service ever! Pizza mediocre and salad bar was even worse. Never coming back here again! Waste of time and money!

always excited to try out pizza but this place was a bit disappointing after reading all the positive reviews. I’ll have to try this place a few more times to really evaluate the pizza but upon first impressions it looks identical to the previous ‘big guys’ pizza palor that moved away just a bit less cluttered but still the same generic feel.
Now for the pizza; very extremely greasy from the cheese and the over abundance of pepperoni that wasn’t cooked all the way. Crust is decent. Not sure if I’d spend another $ 20 for average pizza.

Just spent 15 minuets ordering pizza bc my phone kept disconnecting.. Every time they answered they were so friendly and helpful! ! Can’t wait to try their pizza I hope it’s as good as their customer service! !!

This is a family owned business. The pizza is fresh. Is is not the very best but for the value it is worth it. They have a buffet. I wish they made the salad dressings — I hate bottled dressings. They have a club you can join and they offer great coupons.

Awesome food and service! Clean hospitable and a great atmosphere for the entire family! I HIGHLY recommend them for a family night out!

We are so glad that we went to Moreno Valley Pizza Factory today. The sandwiches we had were great!
The service was very good. Betsy was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and organized. The employees were very friendly, too. We will definitely be going back very soon! Good Job!
