Franchise store, don’t honor national *all* ads or deals.
Everything costs extra, even ranch for wings, they said the hot sauce that comes on it is the sauce that’s free… What else would come with hot wings!!!
They should just hook up customers and give them deals. Next time it’s little skeezers for me, even though their pizza look all messed up, only $ 5 and no wait.

Absolutely awful. First time we ordered my pizza came 55 minutes after the estimated delivered time. Obviously my pizza was cold. Second time I ordered I got the two medium for 6.99 deal. My order was scheduled to deliver at 6:36 had to call at 7:45 to ask where it was. They tell me they canceled the order because they had to call and confirm my order and I didn’t answer. I received no call. They act like I order 100 pizzas to have to confirm my order. Plus what’s the point of ordering from a computer online if I have to answer the phone a minute later confirming? I obviously don’t have a phone available. After both of these incidents in done with Pizza Hut. Dominos taste just as good to me.

As far as service goes cool food is cool to but i gave it 4 stars cause the pizza delivery man asks me for my debit card to verify i made the purchase wtf kind of shit is that !!! What if my family or friends wanted to order pizza for me but they live out of state or cities away from me !!! Witch my family does all the time except they order me dominoes !! Your gonna deny giving me my fuckin pizza!!! ??? All because i didnt make the purchase but my family or friends did ?? Why is pizza hut getting sucked into the bullshit ass media there jobs isnt to be a bank and verify i made the purchase !! If it so happens that my card was used as fraud i would just call my bank !!! Smh but yea other than that pizza hut did a great job at helping me with my hunger

Ordered online, ended up with one pizza that had toppings only on one half of the pizza. Where’s the meat? Tiny crumbles for meat, tiny little thinly sliced mushrooms, tiny little slices of banana pepper, pineapple, even the black olives were chopped into little pieces. Boneless wings were swimming in some awful thin runny sauce that was way too salty. Hated having topping on only half of one pizza when I did not order it that way. The only thing they were not chintzy with was the spinach. That they piled on top of the other toppings. Maybe they thought that I wouldn’t notice the fact that there were a few sausage crumbles and I had to really look for the bacon which looked like they used some tiny bacon bits? On the other pizza they did put toppings on the whole thing, but the ham was miniscule and there was a tiny piece on every other slice of pizza. even the bell pepper was sliced very tiny and I counted 4 to 5 tiny slices on the entire pizza. Looked very hard for the bacon. The white sauce on this one was too thick. Why bother offering a deal if you are going to scimp so much on the toppings that the pizza tastes awful? This was a waste of my money. Had to throw away most of it due to it being awful. NEVER AGAIN! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I will order from any other place but Pizza Hut.

Ordered some wings and waffle fries and they came cold, plus the driver didn’t even have change for a $ 20…seriously?

Good food good service. There was not any extra unprofessional chatter. Both of the ladies were polite and helpful. I like coming to the place. i wish that i could actually eat here because the atmosphere is so pleasant.

We came here because it’s close to home. My food came out wrong twice and I specifically asked the girl if she was sure it was right the last time and she kept saying yes. It WASN’T! My wings were all wrong. I paid $ 40 for wings with the wrong sauce but at least my pizza was good. Cheese sticks were old tasting.

Having pizza for dinner. I decided to build my very own. I got a cheese lovers pizza with white Alfredo sauce on pan crust. It was suuuuper bomb! Staff member over the phone was really helpful with building my pizza. Told me the specials of the day and made sure I was satisfied. I picked up the pizza at the store. They were busy but still helped promptly and offered napkins condiments and stuff. Nice and clean store. Great job Pizza Hut!!!

Yet another horrible experience with this place. You would think I would learn. At least this time I can honestly say that I’m DONE! DONE DONE DONE DONE! The staff is rude, the process are STUPID high in comparison to anyone else, and it’s not even that good anymore! DONE!

I ordered some wings and when it got to my house they were cold! I called the store and they asked me if they wanted them to remake it or add credit to my next order. I told them I to add the credit. I ordered the same thing today and they sent me the wrong kind I called for them to remake them and they come burnt! I just don’t get how they are still in business with this kind of service! I have a Pizza Hut next to my work and never have this problem this place sucks! Always check ur order cause it’s probably wrong!

Love this place. Price is great too and online ordering is a breeze. This location always accepts the best online coupons.
On a side note, I think the cashier Rita is gorgeous! I wish I could gather the courage to tell her that someday.

The bone in wings… are soooo delicious and crunchy. The new pizza crust is so delicious I am now a Pizza Hut fan again.

Great food and they always get the order right. They are a little lacking in their social skills over the phone but they are underpaid kids who deliver pizza, what do you expect?

Worst Pizza Hut ever! Rude employees. Placed a phone order and said it will be ready in 15 minutes, now going on 40 minutes and still not ready. Not the first time this has happened.

I picked up a couple of pizza’s here tonight, in a rush to feed the kids, and boy was it a mistake. Generally, I usually like Pizza Hut, but in a few visits I’ve failed to be happy with my purchase at this particular store location. I ordered a 3 topping pan (pepperoni, sausage, bacon) and a hand-​tossed pepperoni pizza. The crust on the pan was an oily, sponge consistency– the toppings were sparse with fully two slices having 1 pepperoni, no sausage, and a few flecks of bacon. Cheese seems to be in constant shortage at this location compared to other Pizza Hut outlets I’ve tried. ¾ of the pizza remains, as the first two kids to taste it warned off everyone else. The hand-​tossed was thin in the middle, thick on the outer edges, with close to 2 inches devoid of sauce or toppings. I would describe the crust on the hand-​tossed as slightly sour, but otherwise flavorless. This one is around the corner from my home, but I’ll travel further next time to purchase consistently good pies. Again, not a knock on Pizza Hut, just this particular location.
