This is not only one of my favorite stores but this is one of my preferred locations. Kierra and her team have a great attitude and the energy is just wonderful. The only thing is that is get’s really busy there and when it get’s like that it’s hard to get the service you’re use to. It is good that they are busy. I think Torrid sometimes ask too much from the staff. You have one person running the register, getting product out, customer service, handling orders, phone calls, and other administrative things. Overall, they have it together.

I hate the mall, when ever i need something i like to get in and out as fast as possible. I love coming here; first because i know everything will fit, 2nd the service is always great, when i need a size they always look stuff up for me or in the back. The girls are also really helpful in giving suggestions and letting me know about the sales.

I havent been to torrid in about 10 years. Kierra was really nice and helpful and she was definitely holding the store down she wasn’t just standing there she was folding, cashing out, doing dressing rooms so I respect that about her work ethic. I’m actually shocked i found something in the clearance section. It was 50% off the already discounted price. So 4 stars only because torrid is over priced and the clothes are homely looking for no reason at all why because its plus sizes? I’ll stick with forever 21

Everyone was so nice and helpful going above and beyond to make sure every customer got the color, cut, and size they want. Organized and clean the store was great. Ultimately I bought nothing but I will definitely be going back!
