Not good for returns. I went to this store for a plain pair of white shoes for work. I purchased a pair of Nike, on 8.4.15, price was great! However after three days of wear, I have a bruise on the top of my left foot because the shoe would not give. So I called the store and explained that, a nice gentleman told me to bring them in for an exchange. On my way to work today I stop in, now let me say this, I received an exchange, the same pair of shoes as I paid for. But my problem is the guy standing just to the right inside of the door, not sure if he’s security or a clerk, but he took it upon himself to tell me that he was not going to exchange a faulty product because «you been wearing em!». What i really didn’t appreciate was his attitude and demeanor, he’s loud and abrasive. As soon as the other clerk saw what was going on, he jumped in and says, «i spoke to you on the phone, we’ll do an even exchange.» Which is all i wanted. This was my first time shopping at WSS and has slightly deterred me from coming back, I probably will shop at WSS again, but not this location.

Love the deals and the selection especially for kids. The employees are friendly enough and they have coupons and a $ ¹⁰⁄₅₀ Unilocal check in deal although you can only use one or the other :-/
Overall, it’s a cool spot for a deal on shoes

This is now my «go to» shoe store for the kids. The lower prices and specials here beats shopping at the mall any day!
There’s a $ 10 off Unilocal check-​in when you purchase $ 50 in one visit. They also send me coupons in the mail (get $ 15 off with $ 65 purchase), but you can only use one or the other, NOT both the Unilocal deal and coupons together.
You can also sign up for their store card which entitles you to receive an additional $ 10 off when you earn a total of 200 points from purchases. It took me a year to reach 200 points, but you shoe-​hoarders (I mean shoe lovers) should not have to wait THAT long!
Bought TWO pairs of (youth) Filas for only $ 35! My son grabbed one (running) pair for his P.E. locker at school and another cool pair for regular wear. They were $ 20 each, but if you purchase two pairs at once you get $ 5 off.
Got my daughter’s Hello Kitty pink hi top sneakers for only $ 20 as well. Sweet!
Already used two Groupons for this place (proud Groupon Queen here). Like I said before, they should get on Groupon more often… you know how fast them feet can grow? I’m referring to my kids’ feet of course!
All brands of sneakers are represented here + lots of VARIETY (don’t you just love that word!) — from sneakers to sandals and boots for children, men and women.
There’s a clearance rack to the right/​back of the store with additional discounts, but consider yourself lucky if you find your size… they had nothing but oversized shoes the last time I checked (probably for the Bigfoot descendants in town).

I think this will be my regular ‘go-​to’ store for shoes for me and my kids. Good selection of styles and sizes, price beats any mall store, helpful employees, and a clean and organized location.
On top of the good prices I used the Unilocal coupon. I paid $ 60 for two pair of shoes (DC and Vans), that’s a hell of a deal.

I’ve been shopping there for a while now and I really like it. They have several brand selections at a descent price. They have a larger variety of shoes than clothes but the clothes section is really good. I have found my share of cute clothes.

Same price as the mall but great price when you use Unilocal!!!
