Able Storage

Professional staff and reasonable storage rates. If they offer you a lower price deal for a certain amount of time, over-​estimate how long you will need storage so you get that lower price for longer. I thought I’d only need storage for a few months and only got the lower rate for those few months and now I’m paying more than I really should. If I didn’t have so much stuff in my 10’x10’ unit, I’d switch storage facilities.
The staff here are always nice and helpful — and the facility is clean.
Unfortunately there are no temperature controlled storage available here.

I’ve had a unit at this facility for over a year … one whole year of hassle free peace of mind. I come and go as I please and its always well maintained, quiet and spotless. I picked the facility because I felt my stuff would be safe in the hands of Ex Law Enforcement … but they are actually very good business men as well and understand what’s important to their customers. I’ve referred other people to this place.

Returning a Budget 16′ van three-​day rental proved a completely different experience than the prior reviewer. Scruffy, rude and lazy are the best description I have for their staff…
When I arrived at their facility just after 4:00 PM, I found their gates closed, so I parked the truck in their parking lot. On entering the premises, I was told by Aaron, the assistant with an attitude, to «drive the truck into the premises», where they had now opened the gates. I said the truck was on their property and just wanted to return it, to which he responded «not until you drive it through those gates you haven’t».
OK, back in the truck and drive it into the secure area, where their self-​described manager, a scruffy looking guy named Shawn, told me to «fold those blankets». Ignoring his command to fold blankets, bought threats from Aaron regarding charging me $ 25 for the privilege of having them fold their blankets on my behalf. He then went on to lecture me regarding returning vans with folded blankets and completely clean inside.
Unfortunately, after driving it 7 hrs and unloading its contents did not prepare me for the rude reception on retuning it to ABLE STORAGE. This company has management problems, to put such ignorant people up front with paying customers does not bode well for their business success.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The facility is clean and well maintained. When I moved my stuff in, they were really helpful — directing the truck and making sure I had everything I needed.
