Well maybe the storage part of it is good, but my experience was with a truck rental. I made the reservation on-​line on the U-​haul site. I ordered a pick up truck and someone called me to confirm but did not tell me it would only be available until 1PM because I needed it until the next day which I am sure I specified on the order. So, they gave me the only truck they had available which was too big for what I needed it for. I only needed it so I could drop off my car at a shop for repairs and I could not rent a car because the deposits are too much. Then, the website said the fee for mileage was .59 then when I got there they said on the weekends its .99 per mile. I put gas back in to where it was when I took it and they charged me for 4.5 gallons that was missing! I dropped the truck off last night so I did not see the bill until today in an email. It is Sunday and they are now closed, so I have to call them tomorrow to discuss this issue.

good service! both on the phone and when I arrived, they gave me the upmost respect and was so helpful. They did not try to hide any fees and we’re straight forward and really fast. I recommend this place, two thumbs up

Great storage facility! No hidden fees, clean space, terrific customer service. I just moved to SoCal from NYC and had to ship some of my things; they were to arrive in CA before I would. I called other storage facilities but they would not accept a delivery on my behalf, even if I paid up front and signed all the necessary documents. Kelsey at SPS made special arrangements for me to have my boxes delivered to their office, where they were held until I got to Moreno Valley. Now, I plan to use SPS for my next years here.

Great, secure, safe, gated storage facility. Employees are friendly, quick and was easy to start service. I have had no problems with accessing my storage unit. Prices are the cheapest compared to other surrounding facilities and the location beats others hands down. If you are in the market for a storage facility seriously consider Security Public Storage.
