Good food and good atmosphere. Me and my husband love their milkshakes. Overall good place.

Problem with the quality of our fries during this visit and the manager really came through with what good customer service is supposed to be about. Not only did he replace our fries, but also gave us an entire meal and brought out a fresh brownie at no charge! Not every restaurant can make a top notch meal every time because things happen, but good customer service can make the difference every time!

I have never heard of Zaxby’s until passing by this place. Apparently, it is a chicken joint.
The menu is heavily chicken based. Wings, fingers, boneless wings, sandwiches, salads, etc… I didn’t notice any beef at all. At least they’re consistent! Prices are comparable to Chick Fil A.
So my first time here was a dine in experience. I ordered a set of chicken fingers and the grilled chicken salad. My friend ordered a sandwich and some chicken fingers. There were maybe 8 other people in the restaurant. It took at least 10 minutes to get my order. Wtf is that about? Did they have to grow the lettuce and pluck the feathers off my chicken? There was hardly any customers and a kitchen full of employees. Odd.
Anyway, the salad was mediocre at best. Sad, wilty lettuce and greens, very small portion, and salty grilled chicken. Not impressed. However, the chicken fingers were quite good. Served with the Zax sauce. Pretty tasty.
I have come back to this place since that first time but I only ordered the fingers. I’ve learned better than to order salads at fast food places. This time, I went through the drive thru. I ordered the 20 piece and it only took a couple minutes to get my order. I guess it was indeed the salad that required a visit to the farmer to get the lettuce.
Overall, not bad. Stick with the chicken fingers because they’re pretty bomb diggity. 3 stars.

If you like Zaxbys (I do) you’ll like this one.

Not my favorite Zaxby’s ever, but still probably the best place at this exit.
