Be careful when ordering the salmon, menu states sockeye, but they will serve you Atlantic and still charge the price of sockeye.

This hotel lobby lounge restaurant is quite comfortable actually. It is very spacious and airy. The food was quite decent thanks to the recommendations from our honest and nice server Patrice. The Market Salad had lots of greens, cucumber slices, avocado, cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds with pesto vinaigrette. The Chicken Sandwich had nice well seasoned chicken cooked perfectly. The Angus Burger which I requested medium was actually medium and not medium well or well done. And my Blue Moon came with a slice of orange and a chilled glass. Thank you Patrice for letting me change back to Blue Moon after I tried the local NJ light beer and I did not like it. That was very nice of you!

Good bar/lounge for a hot summer afternoon when you feel like grabbing a cocktail or a brew. Servers are attentive but not too overbearing. Drinks are a bit pricey but it’s worth it for the atmosphere and the staff. Will definitely go back there soon!

Nice simple g&t with a bit of simple syrup along with the lime. A nice surprise! Sweet and tart!

Qube Terrace is a new outdoor lounge at the Hyatt Morristown, just to the left of the main entrance. We went on a Monday night at 8:00 and were literally the only people there(the area could easily seat 50 or more people). The wine selection was very good, the appetizers awesome and the host/bartender/waitress was super-friendly. Finding an outdoor place to have a drink in this area(that isn’t a ‘pickup’ joint) is a rarity, so I’m highly encouraged and will definitely return. My only complaint was the music was way too loud, but since we were the only ones there I guess I could have asked to have the volume turned down.
